S13、将步骤 S10制得的中药汤和步骤 S11制得的水果汁混合,采用离心机过滤制得混合上清液;
S14、将步骤 S13制得的混合上清液加入洋槐蜜和步骤 S12制得的酸奶进行均质操作,然后采用巴氏杀菌方式进行杀菌,装入经灭菌处理的400mL/ 瓶的PET 食品塑料瓶,封口机封口即制得瓶装润肠通便饮料。
其制作步骤 S12所述的菌种为乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌。
其制作步骤 S14所述的均质操作压力为10~ 20MPa ,温度为50 ~ 70℃。
本发明中各原料的作用:
山楂:具有降压,降脂,抗氧化,增强免疫力,清除胃肠道有害细菌。
罗布麻叶:具有保肝、护肝、降血脂、降血压、润肠通便,促消化、抗便秘安神、促进睡眠、调节心脑血管功能。
火麻仁:有润肠通便之功效。常用于血虚津亏,肠燥便秘。
芦荟:具有杀菌消炎、增强免疫功能、清除内毒素和自由基的作用,能解除便秘、预防结肠炎,改善血液循环,祛痘养颜,增进全身健康。常服芦荟制品能使体液维持碱性,保持健康体质。每天摄入足够的芦荟制品还有助身体减少对食物中油脂的吸收,达到更好的减重和排毒目的。
火龙果:火龙果是一种低能量的水果,富含水溶性膳食纤维,具有减肥、降低胆固醇、预防便秘、大肠癌等功效,还有丰富的纤维,能够预防便秘。火龙果中含有一般蔬果中较少有的植物性白蛋白,这种白蛋白会与人体内的重金属离子结合而起到解毒的作用。它富含抗氧化剂维生素C,能美白皮肤防黑斑。除此之外,火龙果中铁的含量也非常丰富。
柚子:味甘酸、性寒,具有消食健胃、生津止渴、化痰止咳、滑肠通便之功效。
芭蕉:具有润肠通便、缓和胃酸刺激、保护胃黏膜、抑制血压升高、消炎解毒、防癌抗癌功效。
雪梨:具有生津,润燥,清热,化痰,解酒的功效,梨中含有丰富的B族维生素,能保护心脏,减轻疲劳,增强心肌活力,降低血压;梨所含的配糖体及鞣酸等成分,能祛痰止咳,对咽喉有养护作用;梨有较多糖类物质和多种维生素,易被人体吸收,增进食欲,对肝脏具有保护作用;梨性凉并能清热镇静,常食能使血压恢复正常,改善头晕目眩等症状;食梨能防止动脉粥样硬化,抑制致癌物质亚硝胺的形成,从而防癌抗癌;梨中的果胶含量很高,有助于消化、通利大便。
酸奶:1酸奶可增强人体免疫功能; 2.降低血清胆固醇的水平;3.常饮用酸奶能促进肠道运动,缩短食物口一肛转运时间,软化酵解结肠内容物,增加粪便排泄量,预防便秘发生,有益干预防结肠癌。
洋槐蜜:其性清凉,具有槐花之去湿利尿、凉血止血之功效,能保持毛细血管正常的抵抗能力,有舒张血管、改善血液循环、防止血管硬化、降低血脂血压等作用,并用于预防中风,同时亦有清热补中、解毒润燥之功效。较适用于慢性病患者及心血管病人的保健食用,尤其适合老年人。
本发明提供的润肠通便饮料原料配伍科学合理,具有保肝、护肝、降血脂、降血压、润肠通便,促消化功效,其原料中添加的酸奶使肠道菌群的构成发生有益变化,改善人体胃肠道功能,恢复人体肠道内菌群平衡,形成抗菌生物屏障,维护人体健康。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种润肠通便饮料,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:中药汤20份、水果汁40份、酸奶20份、甜蜜剂5份。
所述的中药汤由山楂、罗布麻叶、火麻仁、芦荟、组成。
所述的水果汁由火龙果、柚、芭蕉、雪梨组成。
所述的甜蜜剂为洋槐蜜。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:

1.一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:中药汤20~30份、水果汁40~50份、酸奶20~30份、甜蜜剂5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:中药汤20份、水果汁40份、酸奶20份、甜蜜剂5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:中药汤25份、水果汁45份、酸奶25份、甜蜜剂8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:中药汤30份、水果汁50份、酸奶30份、甜蜜剂10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于:所述的中药汤由山楂、罗布麻叶、火麻仁、芦荟、组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于:所述的水果汁由火龙果、柚、芭蕉、雪梨组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于:所述的甜蜜剂为洋槐蜜。
8.根据权利要求1~4之一所述的一种润肠通便饮料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
