specisoa Champ.)是著名的药膳同源的南药,为豆 科蝶形花科植物美丽崖豆藤的块根,又称为牛古大力、山莲藕、大力薯等。 主产区分布于我国广东、 广西、海南、 港澳等地和东南亚一些国家,生长于灌木丛中。牛大力始载于《生草药性备要》,称其“味甜、性切”,具有强筋骨,解热毒,理内伤,治淤打,滋肾护肝的功效。《中华本草》、《广东中药志》等书籍有记载。牛大力作为补益药的物质基础之一, 微量元素含量丰富,其中 Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn 含量较高,促进造血功能具有重要的作用,还含有紫檀烷和查尔酮等黄酮类化合物以及多糖和三萜,其中多糖对增强免疫调节具有重要的作用。
鸡是一种常见的家禽,如何饲养出一种鸡,使其肉质结实、含有丰富有益于人体微量元素、胆固醇含量低,是需要研究解决的。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题,在于提供一种鸡的饲养方法及饲料,可以饲养出肉质结实、含有丰富有益于人体微量元素、胆固醇含量低的鸡。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术手段为:一种牛大力鸡的饲养方法,在鸡的食物中加入牛大力。

本发明一种牛大力鸡的饲养方法,其关键在于,在鸡的食物中加入牛大力。加入的方式可以采用放养或饲料的方式,也可以将二者混合。
例如可以在中药材牛大力林下采用自然放养,选用优良土鸡为佳,自由觅食昆虫、树叶、树果、蚯蚓、蜈蚣、野草、草根等,还可以一并辅以牛大力饲料,该饲料按质量百分数计,将牛大力粉5%、玉米51%、小麦6%、豆饼15%、鱼粉5%、麸皮14%、碳酸氢钙1.5%、食盐0.5%、骨粉2%混合成饲料进行喂养。
