五黑鸡在我国属于比较稀有的珍禽,有着悠久的养殖历史。外型具有黑冠、黑羽、黑皮、黑肉、黑骨的特性,故名为五黑鸡;五黑鸡含有极高的滋补、药用价值的黑色素,具有滋阴、补肾、添精、抗癌等独特功效,是传统的名贵中药材,备受历代医药家所重视。五黑鸡集药用、滋补和观赏于一体,含有18种氨基酸、27种微量元素、丰富的蛋白质和黑色素,其蛋白质含量比鸭肉、鹅肉多,入药后能起到使人体内的红血球和血色素增生的作用,提高生理机能,延缓衰老、强筋健骨、对防治骨质疏松、佝偻病和贫血症等有明显功效,自古被誉为“滋补胜甲鱼,养伤赛白鸽,美容如珍珠”。由于五黑鸡具有很好的保健作用,因此黑鸡历来是我国的畅销产品。传统的五黑鸡养殖模式,表现出抗病能力弱、易患病、生长缓慢、养殖效益不高等缺点,因此亟待研究五黑鸡的养殖方法。

本发明的目的是提供一种五黑鸡的养殖方法,缩短了五黑鸡的养殖周期,发病率低,经济效益高。
为了实现本发明的目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种五黑鸡的养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖场地的选定:选择地势平缓、排水良好、有清洁水源、向阳、远离住户的竹林或果林地;
(2)搭建鸡舍:鸡舍建在通风向阳处,面积按照每平方米10-15羽而建,鸡舍前后开设采光透风窗,鸡舍内设置栖架;
(3)孵化:挑选鸡蛋在孵化机内孵化,孵化至第21天后出壳转出;
(4)饲养管理
1)鸡舍预处理:将鸡舍清扫干净并消毒,然后铺垫料并进行加温预热;
2)育雏期管理:育雏期是指0-5周龄,雏鸡9日龄前控制鸡舍温度为32~35℃,9日龄后每周温度下降2℃,直到21~22℃时稳定;控制鸡舍湿度为55%~65%;雏鸡出壳12~24h开食,在开食前饮万分之一浓度高锰酸钾,以后每隔5天饮一次万分之二的高锰酸钾溶液,同时30日龄前每天饮用8%红糖水,以后饮清水;雏鸡在育雏期24h光照,光照强度为3瓦/m2;雏鸡开食时,饲喂全价料,7日龄后饲喂复配料,少喂勤添,日添6~8次;
3)育成期管理:育成期是指6-18周龄,育成鸡脱温后,选择天气暖和的晴天放养,初始一周每天放养3~4h,以后逐步增加放养时间,放养期间补充饲料1~3次;每周按照群体的3~5%随机抽查测重;放养期间公母鸡搭配,每只公鸡搭配18-22只母鸡。

育雏期7日龄后饲喂复配料,复配料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉45份、豆粕18份、鱼粉6份、贝壳粉1.5份、细砂0.5份、食盐0.2份、维生素0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.5份、硫酸锌0.2份、金银花1.5份、紫草1份、陈皮2份、紫苏3份。
育成期放养期间补充饲料3次,补充的饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉58份、麸皮22份、豆粕10份、鱼粉7份、石粉1.2份、食盐0.3份、柠檬酸0.8份、维生素0.2份、青菜叶4份、苦参2份、马齿苋1份、白芍1.5份、辣蓼3份。

Claims (4)
1.一种五黑鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖场地的选定:选择地势平缓、排水良好、有清洁水源、向阳、远离住户的竹林或果林地;
(2)搭建鸡舍:鸡舍建在通风向阳处,面积按照每平方米10-15羽而建,鸡舍前后开设采光透风窗,鸡舍内设置栖架;
(3)孵化:挑选鸡蛋在孵化机内孵化,孵化至第21天后出壳转出;
(4)饲养管理
1)鸡舍预处理:将鸡舍清扫干净并消毒,然后铺垫料并进行加温预热;
2)育雏期管理:育雏期是指0-5周龄,雏鸡9日龄前控制鸡舍温度为32~35℃,9日龄后每周温度下降2℃,直到21~22℃时稳定;控制鸡舍湿度为55%~65%;雏鸡出壳12~24h开食,在开食前饮万分之一浓度高锰酸钾,以后每隔5天饮一次万分之二的高锰酸钾溶液,同时30日龄前每天饮用8%红糖水,以后饮清水;雏鸡在育雏期24h光照,光照强度为3瓦/m2;雏鸡开食时,饲喂全价料,7日龄后饲喂复配料,少喂勤添,日添6~8次;
3)育成期管理:育成期是指6-18周龄,育成鸡脱温后,选择天气暖和的晴天放养,初始一周每天放养3~4h,以后逐步增加放养时间,放养期间补充饲料1~3次;每周按照群体的3~5%随机抽查测重;放养期间公母鸡搭配,每只公鸡搭配18-22只母鸡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中消毒方式为高锰酸钾熏蒸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述复配料由以下重量份的原料组成:
玉米粉40-60份、豆粕16-22份、鱼粉5-8份、贝壳粉1-3份、细砂0.5-1.5份、食盐0.2-0.5份、维生素0.1-0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.5-2份、硫酸锌0.1-0.5份、金银花1-3份、紫草1-3份、陈皮1-3份、紫苏1-3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中放养期间补充的饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:
玉米粉40-60份、麸皮20-28份、豆粕8-13份、鱼粉5-8份、石粉1-2份、食盐0.2-0.5份、柠檬酸0.5-2份、维生素0.1-0.5份、青菜叶3-7份、苦参1-3份、马齿苋1-3份、白芍1-3份、辣蓼1-3份。
