The inventor finds that the plant additive provided by the embodiment of the invention has good antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, and has remarkable effects of preventing and treating gingival bleeding, repairing oral mucosa, eliminating oral odor and the like, so that the plant additive can be applied to the preparation of oral care products.
The oral care product provided by the embodiment of the invention is prepared from raw materials, and in order to obtain good oral care effects of treating gingival bleeding, repairing oral mucosa, resisting and inhibiting bacteria and the like, the raw materials comprise the plant additive provided by the embodiment of the invention.
the addition amount of the plant additive is not particularly limited, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the inventor has creatively tested that when the mass percentage of the plant additive in the raw material is 5.2% to 42%, the better oral health effect can be obtained, and especially when the mass percentage of the plant additive in the raw material is 6.5% to 42%, the best oral health effect can be obtained.
The manner of adding the plant additive to the raw materials is not particularly limited, and it is preferable that the plant extracts in the plant additive are weighed and then sequentially added in consideration of convenience in accurate weighing and calculation of the amount.
In this embodiment, the kind of the oral care product is not particularly limited, and toothpaste, mouthwash and mouth spray are preferably used in consideration of the high use rate of the prepared product.
When the oral care product is toothpaste, the inventor creatively tests out that the oral care product comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the green tea extract 0.5-5%, the mint extract 2.5-5%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract 1.2-2%, the licorice extract 0.5-5% and the propolis extract 0.5-5% have the best oral health care effects of reducing gum bleeding and the like.
when the oral care product is mouthwash, creative tests of the inventor show that the oral care product comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the green tea extract 1.5-3.5%, the mint extract 0.5-5%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract 2.5-3%, the licorice extract 1.5-5% and the propolis extract 0.5-5% have the best oral health care effects of refreshing breath and the like.
When the oral care product is oral spray, creative tests of the inventor show that the oral care product comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the green tea extract 0.5-5%, the mint extract 2.5-5%, the emblic leafflower fruit extract 1.2-2%, the licorice extract 0.5-5% and the propolis extract 0.5-5% have the best effect of repairing oral mucosa and other oral health care effects.
The features and properties of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
Examples 1 to 8
Examples 1-8 provide a bacteriostatic agent and a method for preparing the same, respectively.
Some of the formulations of the bacteriostats provided in examples 1-8 are shown in table 1 below:

The preparation method of the bacteriostatic agent provided in examples 1-8 is as follows:
Respectively extracting green tea, herba Menthae, fructus Phyllanthi, Glycyrrhrizae radix and propolis with water and ethanol by ultrasonic extraction, performing sonic extraction at 15 deg.C, mixing the obtained green tea extract, herba Menthae extract, fructus Phyllanthi extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract and propolis extract in the above weight parts, and making into antibacterial agent.
Examples 9 to 16
Examples 9-16 provide a toothpaste and a method of making the same, respectively.
Some of the formulations of the toothpastes provided in examples 9-16 are shown in table 2 below:

The toothpaste is prepared from the weighed green tea extract, mint extract, emblic leafflower fruit extract, liquorice extract and propolis extract and a proper amount of grinding agent, humectant, adhesive, foaming agent, sweetener, essence and other components (preservative, pigment, water, efficacy additive and the like) according to a conventional method.
Examples 17 to 24
Examples 17-24 provide a mouthwash and a method of making the same, respectively.
Some of the formulations of the mouthwashes provided by examples 17-24 are shown in table 3 below:

The green tea extract, the mint extract, the emblic extract, the liquorice extract and the propolis extract are weighed, and a proper amount of humectant, emulsifier, sweetener, essence and other components (preservative, pigment, water, functional additive and the like) are mixed to prepare the mouthwash according to a conventional method.
Examples 25 to 32
Examples 25-32 provide an oral spray and a method of making the same, respectively.
Some of the formulations of the oral sprays provided by examples 25-32 are shown in table 4 below:

Mixing the weighed green tea extract, herba Menthae extract, fructus Phyllanthi extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract and propolis extract with appropriate amount of humectant, emulsifier, flavoring agent, ethanol, sweetener, essence, and other components (antiseptic, pigment, water, and effect additive) and making into oral spray by conventional method.
Experimental example 1
(1) Killing effect of bacteriostatic agent on escherichia coli
Taking 16 LB culture media, putting the same amount of bacteriostatic agent prepared in the examples 1-8 into 8 culture media, setting the culture media into experimental groups 1-8 correspondingly, and setting the rest 8 culture media as control groups into control groups 1-8; coli was added to each of the experimental groups 1 to 8 and the control groups 1 to 8, and the total number of colonies in each medium was observed after 8 hours, as shown in Table 5.
(2) Killing effect of bacteriostatic agent on staphylococcus aureus
Taking 16 LB culture media, putting the same amount of bacteriostatic agent prepared in the examples 1-8 into 3 culture media, setting the culture media into experimental groups 1-8 correspondingly, and setting the rest 8 culture media as control groups into control groups 1-8; staphylococcus aureus was added to each of the experimental groups 1 to 8 and the control groups 1 to 8, and the total number of colonies in each medium was observed after 8 hours, as shown in Table 5.

As can be seen from the data in table 5, the bacteriostatic agents prepared in examples 1 to 8 all showed significant killing effects on escherichia coli and staphylococcus, which indicates that at least three or more plant extracts provided in the examples of the present invention cooperate to achieve synergistic and synergistic effects in killing bacteria. Wherein, the killing effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus in the examples 4-6 is better than that in the examples 1-3, which shows that the five plant extracts are matched with each other to play the optimal synergistic sterilization effect, and the sterilization capability is better than that of only three or four plant extracts; the killing effect on E.coli and staphylococci in examples 4-6 was better than that of examples 7-8, indicating that the bacteriostatic agents formulated within the scope of the data obtained inventively in the examples of the present invention gave the best results.
Experimental example 2
The toothpaste provided by the embodiment of the invention has the effect of improving gingival bleeding
Selecting 90 subjects with similar tooth health status, and dividing into 9 groups, wherein each group comprises 10 persons; the toothpastes provided in examples 9 to 16 (as experimental groups 1 to 8) were clinically verified together with a toothpaste without any functional ingredient (as control group 1) as a control; the mean gingival bleeding index BOP% of 9 groups of subjects using the same time period was compared, see table 6.

As can be seen from the data in Table 6, the BOP% values of the subjects in the experimental groups 1-8 were significantly decreased after one month and three months, and were significantly better than those of the control group 1, which indicates that the toothpaste containing at least three plant extracts provided by the embodiments of the present invention can improve the gingival bleeding. Wherein, the BOP% values of the subjects of the experimental groups 4-6 after one month and three months were decreased by a ratio greater than that of the experimental groups 1-3, which indicates that the addition of five plant extracts more comprehensively improves the gingival bleeding symptom than the addition of three or four plant extracts improved according to the present example; the subjects in experimental group 5 had a greater percentage reduction in BOP% values after one and three months than in experimental group 4 and 6, indicating that the effect of improving gingival bleeding was best when the total amount of five plant extracts added was 6.5% to 42%; the subjects in experimental groups 4-6 had a greater percentage reduction in BOP% values after one and three months than in experimental groups 7-8, indicating that the range of ratios of the plant extracts inventively obtained according to the examples of the present invention when added to toothpaste provides the best results in terms of improvement of gingival bleeding.
Experimental example 3
The mouth wash provided by the embodiment of the invention has the effect of eliminating bad breath
Selecting 90 patients with halitosis of the same degree, and dividing into 9 groups, each group containing 10 patients; the mouthwashes provided in examples 17 to 24 (as experimental groups 1 to 8) were tested together with a mouthrinse without any additional efficacy ingredient (as control group 1) as a control; the improvement in oral cavity was compared in 9 groups of patients who used the same period of time, as shown in Table 7.

As can be seen from the data in table 6, the breath degree of the patients with breath in experimental groups 1 to 8 was significantly improved after two weeks, the breath disappeared after one month, while the breath of the control group 1 was still not disappeared after one month, which indicates that the oral environment was significantly improved and the bad smell was removed by adding at least three kinds of the plant extracts provided in the embodiments of the present invention to the mouthwash. Wherein, compared with the experimental groups 1-3, the oral cavity of the patients of the experimental groups 4-6 become clear after one month, which shows that compared with the addition of three or four plant extracts improved by the embodiment of the invention, the addition of five plant extracts has better effects of improving the oral cavity environment and eliminating peculiar smell; the breath of the patients with the breath of the experimental groups 4 to 6 becomes clear after one month, compared with the breath of the experimental groups 7 to 8, on the basis of disappearance of the breath, which shows that the proportion range of the plant extract creatively obtained according to the embodiment of the invention is added into the mouthwash, so that the effects of improving the oral environment and eliminating the peculiar smell are better.
Experimental example 4
The oral spray provided by the embodiment of the invention has the function of restoring oral mucosa
Selecting 90 patients with oral mucosa ulceration of the same degree, dividing the patients into 9 groups, and 10 patients in each group; the oral sprays provided in examples 25-32 (as experimental groups 1-8) were tested with an oral spray without any efficacy ingredient (as control group 1) as a control; the oral mucosa repair was compared in 9 groups of patients after the same time period, see table 8.

As can be seen from the data in table 8, the oral cavity ulceration degree of the oral cavity ulceration patients in the experimental groups 1 to 8 is obviously improved or even disappeared after two weeks, while the oral cavity ulceration degree of the control group 1 is still more important after two weeks, which indicates that the oral cavity spray can obviously repair the ulcerated part due to the addition of at least three plant extracts provided by the embodiments of the present invention. The patient of the experimental group 4-6 has better oral cavity ulceration repairing degree than the patient of the experimental group 1-3 after two weeks, which shows that compared with the addition of three or four plant extracts improved by the embodiment of the invention, the synergistic effect of the five plant extracts is better, and the oral cavity ulceration can be remarkably repaired; the oral cavity ulceration repairing degree of the oral cavity ulceration patients of the experimental groups 4-6 is better than that of the experimental groups 7-8 after two weeks, which shows that the effect of repairing the oral cavity ulceration is better when the plant extract creatively obtained according to the embodiment of the invention is added into the oral cavity spray in the proportioning range.
In conclusion, the bacteriostatic agent prepared from the plant composition provided by the embodiment of the invention has good bacteriostatic and bactericidal capabilities; the oral care product prepared by using the plant composition provided by the embodiment of the invention as an additive has excellent efficacies of relieving gingival bleeding, repairing oral mucosa, refreshing breath, eliminating peculiar smell and the like, and is suitable for being used when oral cavity problems occur and also suitable for being used for prevention in daily life.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (3)
1. An oral care product, which is a toothpaste and comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 5 percent of green tea extract, 2.5 to 5 percent of mint extract, 1.2 to 2 percent of emblic leafflower fruit extract, 0.5 to 5 percent of liquorice extract and 0.5 to 5 percent of propolis extract.
2. An oral care product, which is a mouthwash and comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.5 to 3.5 percent of green tea extract, 0.5 to 5 percent of mint extract, 2.5 to 3 percent of emblic leafflower fruit extract, 1.5 to 5 percent of liquorice extract and 0.5 to 5 percent of propolis extract.
3. An oral care product, which is an oral spray and comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 5 percent of green tea extract, 2.5 to 5 percent of mint extract, 1.2 to 2 percent of emblic leafflower fruit extract, 0.5 to 5 percent of liquorice extract and 0.5 to 5 percent of propolis extract.
