本发明属于饮料领域,尤其涉及一种甜橙西柚啤酒。
背景技术
啤酒以大麦芽、酒花、水为主要原料,经酵母发酵作用酿制而成的饱含二氧化碳的低酒精度酒,被称为“液体面包”,是一种低浓度酒精饮料。啤酒乙醇含量最少、故喝啤酒不但不易醉人伤人、少量饮用反而对身体健康有益处。
随着人们生活水平的提高和营养观念的不断更新,传统的麦芽型啤酒已经难以满足广大消费者新的需要,因此啤酒行业已逐步开始由传统啤酒生产转向多花色、多口味、多类型的啤酒生产,特别是营养丰富、碳水化合物含量低的风味啤酒。

一种甜橙西柚啤酒,包括以下重量分数的组分:甜橙汁8~12份、西柚汁8~12份、柠檬汁10~20份、啤酒花0.4~0.6份、小麦15~25份、荞麦10~20份、青稞粉6~10份、酿酒酵母0.4~0.6份、海藻多糖3~5份、矿泉水300~500份。
