Abstract
本发明提供了一种玻璃容器硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,包括如下步骤:准备玻璃容器,且将玻璃容器外表面进行清洁处理;在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层粘结层,且在粘结层的外表面喷涂一层液体硅胶层或直接在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层自粘结的液体硅胶层;液体硅胶为有色或无色液体硅胶,所述自粘结的液体硅胶层粘度为1000‑2000cst,本发明的有益效果在于:工艺简单,无需对基材表面进行特殊处理,即可将液体硅胶喷涂在玻璃容器表面;玻璃容器表面的硅胶层会有明显的自浅到深或自深到浅的颜色变化;玻璃容器表面的硅胶外表面的硅胶层整体厚度一致,非常美观,在硫化成型的硅胶外表面再增加一层硅胶手感油;手感舒适,富有质感;为了增强产品预示功能,丰富产品色彩。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种玻璃容器硅胶涂层的方法,尤其涉及一种玻璃容器硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法。
【背景技术】
市面上的自粘结成型的液体硅橡胶对基材(如玻璃、金属、塑料等)的粘附力较差,如需要粘结力强,需要作基材表面处理,工艺繁琐;对基材表面进行复杂处理后再喷涂的硅胶层没有颜色或只有单一颜色没有颜色的深浅变化、不美观、手感差,缺乏质感。
【发明内容】
本发明目的在于解决市面上的自粘结成型的液体硅橡胶对基材(如玻璃、金属、塑料等)的粘附力较差,如需要粘结力强,需要作基材表面处理,工艺繁琐;对基材表面进行复杂处理后再喷涂的硅胶层没有颜色或只有单一颜色没有颜色的深浅变化、不美观、手感差,缺乏质感的不足而提供的一种新型玻璃容器硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种玻璃容器硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层液体硅胶,通过液体硅胶的粘附力,保护玻璃、防止玻璃破碎时,玻璃渣飞溅;包括如下步骤:
(1)准备玻璃容器,且将玻璃容器外表面进行清洁处理;
(2)在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层粘结层,且在粘结层的外表面喷涂一层液体硅胶层或直接在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层自粘结的液体硅胶层;液体硅胶为有色或无色液体硅胶,所述自粘结的液体硅胶层粘度为1000-2000cst;
(3)烘干30分钟-100分钟,烘干温度为180-220℃,使硅橡胶硫化成型。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器外表面,静置一段时间。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器外表面,静置一段时间后;在有色液体硅胶层外层再用另外的机器自玻璃容器一端到另一端从薄到厚或从厚到薄喷涂无色液体硅胶。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)后在硫化成型的硅胶外表面再增加一层硅胶手感油;为了增强硅胶层手感和去除硅胶静电,在硅油中加入硅胶手感油,在150-180℃条件下烘烤,使得表层在铂金催化作用下硫化结网;为了增强产品预示功能,丰富产品色彩,将感温或不感温色粉添加剂加入到液体硅橡胶中,高速分散,使其与液体硅橡胶混合,使液体硅橡胶达到随温度的变化变色或不变色;所述硅胶手感油为聚乙烯微腊,在硅油中混合比例一般不超过10%。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层粘结层,所述粘结层成分为:
聚硅氧烷,含量为65%;
气相法白炭黑SiO2,含量为15%;
甲基硅树脂,含量为20%;
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层粘结层,喷涂时间为1-5秒,厚度范围为0.1-1丝。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器外表面,静置一段时间;喷涂时间为5-10秒;静置时间为5-10秒;厚度范围为200-2丝。
进一步地,在有色液体硅胶层外层再用另外的机器自玻璃容器一端到另一端从薄到厚或从厚到薄喷涂无色液体硅胶,喷涂时间为5-10秒;厚度范围为2-200丝。
进一步地,所述自粘结的液体硅胶制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备气相白炭黑SiO2,并混合带有极性基团的硅氧烷处理剂;所述带有极性基团为环氧基、甲基丙烯酸丙基;
(2)将处理好的气相白炭黑SiO2与带极性基团的硅烷或硅油混合;
(3)将混合好的材料分成A、B组合;A组含有铂金硫化剂,B组含有抑制剂,所述抑制剂通常为炔醇类物质,如甲基丁炔醇;
(4)将A、B组分按1:1混合,使用有机溶剂将液体硅橡胶稀释,粘度为1000-2000cst。
进一步地,所述自粘结的液体硅胶主要组分及质量百分比为:
气相法白炭黑SiO2,含量为20%-40%;
乙烯基硅油含量为60%-75%;其分子结构式为:
CH2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2;
含氢硅油含量为2%-10%;其分子结构式为:C3H9OSi·(CH4OSi)n·C3H9Si;
使硅胶黏度500(Pas,23℃),拉伸强度大于9Mpa。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)工艺简单,无需对基材表面进行特殊处理,即可将液体硅胶喷涂在玻璃容器表面;
(2)玻璃容器表面的硅胶层会有明显的自浅到深或自深到浅的颜色变化;
(3)玻璃容器表面的硅胶外表面的硅胶层整体厚度一致,非常漂亮美观,
(4)在硫化成型的硅胶外表面再增加一层硅胶手感油;为了增强硅胶层手感和去除硅胶静电,在硅油中加入硅胶手感油,在150-180℃条件下烘烤,使得表层在铂金催化作用下硫化结网;手感舒适,富有质感;
(5)为了增强产品预示功能,丰富产品色彩,将感温或不感温色粉添加剂加入到液体硅橡胶中,高速分散,使其与液体硅橡胶混合,使液体硅橡胶达到随温度的变化变色或不变色。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1所示:一种玻璃容器硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,在玻璃容器1外表面喷涂一层液体硅胶,通过液体硅胶的粘附力,保护玻璃、防止玻璃破碎时,玻璃渣飞溅;包括如下步骤:
(1)准备玻璃容器1,且将玻璃容器外表面进行清洁处理;
(2)在玻璃容器1外表面喷涂一层粘结层,且在粘结层的外表面喷涂一层液体硅胶层或直接在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层自粘结的液体硅胶层;液体硅胶为有色或无色液体硅胶,所述自粘结的液体硅胶层粘度为1000-2000cst;
(3)烘干30分钟-100分钟,烘干温度为180-220℃,使硅橡胶硫化成型。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层2用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器1外表面,静置一段时间。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层2用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器1外表面,静置一段时间后;在有色液体硅胶层外层2再用另外的机器自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从薄到厚或从厚到薄喷涂无色液体硅胶层3。

进一步地,所述步骤(2)中在玻璃容器1外表面喷涂一层粘结层,所述粘结层成分为:
聚硅氧烷,含量为65%;
气相法白炭黑SiO2,含量为15%;
甲基硅树脂,含量为20%;
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中在玻璃容器1外表面喷涂一层粘结层,喷涂时间为1-5秒,厚度范围为0.1-1丝。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层2用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器1外表面,静置一段时间;喷涂时间为5-10秒;静置时间为5-10秒;厚度范围为200-2丝。
进一步地,在有色液体硅胶层外层2再用另外的机器自玻璃容器1一端到另一端从薄到厚或从厚到薄喷涂无色液体硅胶层3,喷涂时间为5-10秒;厚度范围为2-200丝。
进一步地,所述自粘结的液体硅胶制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备气相白炭黑SiO2,并混合带有极性基团的硅氧烷处理剂;所述带有极性基团为环氧基、甲基丙烯酸丙基;
(2)将处理好的气相白炭黑SiO2与带极性基团的硅烷或硅油混合;
(3)将混合好的材料分成A、B组合;A组含有铂金硫化剂,B组含有抑制剂,所述抑制剂通常为炔醇类物质,如甲基丁炔醇;
(4)将A、B组分按1:1混合,使用有机溶剂将液体硅橡胶稀释,粘度为1000-2000cst。
进一步地,所述自粘结的液体硅胶主要组分及质量百分比为:
气相法白炭黑SiO2,含量为20%-40%;
乙烯基硅油含量为60%-75%;其分子结构式为:
CH2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2;

Claims (10)
1.一种玻璃容器硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于,在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层液体硅胶,通过液体硅胶的粘附力,保护玻璃、防止玻璃破碎时,玻璃渣飞溅;包括如下步骤:
(1)准备玻璃容器,且将玻璃容器外表面进行清洁处理;
(2)在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层粘结层,且在粘结层的外表面喷涂一层液体硅胶层或直接在玻璃容器外表面喷涂一层自粘结的液体硅胶层;液体硅胶为有色或无色液体硅胶,所述自粘结的液体硅胶层粘度为1000-2000cst;
(3)烘干30分钟-100分钟,烘干温度为180-220℃,使硅橡胶硫化成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器外表面,静置一段时间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃瓶硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器外表面,静置一段时间后;在有色液体硅胶层外层再用另外的机器自玻璃容器一端到另一端从薄到厚或从厚到薄喷涂无色液体硅胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)后在硫化成型的硅胶外表面再增加一层硅胶手感油;为了增强硅胶层手感和去除硅胶静电,在硅油中加入硅胶手感油,在150-180℃条件下烘烤,使得表层在铂金催化作用下硫化结网;为了增强产品预示功能,丰富产品色彩,将感温或不感温色粉添加剂加入到液体硅橡胶中,高速分散,使其与液体硅橡胶混合,使液体硅橡胶达到随温度的变化变色或不变色;所述硅胶手感油为聚乙烯微腊,在硅油中混合比例一般不超过10%。

7.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃瓶硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中将有色液体硅胶层用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚喷涂在粘结层的外表面,静置一段时间或将有色自粘结液体硅胶用有机溶剂稀释,并自玻璃容器一端到另一端从厚到薄或从薄到厚直接喷涂在玻璃容器外表面,静置一段时间;喷涂时间为5-10秒;静置时间为5-10秒;厚度范围为200-2丝。
8.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃瓶硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于:在有色液体硅胶层外层再用另外的机器自玻璃容器一端到另一端从薄到厚或从厚到薄喷涂无色液体硅胶层,喷涂时间为5-10秒;厚度范围为2-200丝。
9.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃瓶硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于:所述自粘结的液体硅胶制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备气相白炭黑SiO2,并混合带有极性基团的硅氧烷处理剂;所述带有极性基团为环氧基、甲基丙烯酸丙基;
(2)将处理好的气相白炭黑SiO2与带极性基团的硅烷或硅油混合;
(3)将混合好的材料分成A、B组合;A组含有铂金硫化剂,B组含有抑制剂,所述抑制剂通常为炔醇类物质,如甲基丁炔醇;
(4)将A、B组分按1:1混合,使用有机溶剂将液体硅橡胶稀释,粘度为1000-2000cst。
10.根据权利要求1或9所述的玻璃瓶硅胶涂层的制作工艺及方法,其特征在于:所述自粘结的液体硅胶主要组分及质量百分比为:
