Abstract
本發明提供了一種玻璃容器矽膠塗層的製作方法,包括如下步驟:準備玻璃容器,且將玻璃容器外表面進行清潔處理;在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層黏結層,且在黏結層的外表面噴塗一層液體矽膠層或直接在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層自黏結的液體矽膠層;液體矽膠為有色或無色液體矽膠,所述自黏結的液體矽膠層黏度為1000-2000cst,本發明的有益效果在於:製作方法簡單,無需對基材表面進行特殊處理,即可將液體矽膠噴塗在玻璃容器表面;玻璃容器表面的矽膠層會有明顯的自淺到深或自深到淺的顏色變化;玻璃容器表面的矽膠外表面的矽膠層整體厚度一致,非常美觀,在硫化成型的矽膠外表面再增加一層矽膠手感油;手感舒適,富有質感;為了增強產品預示功能,豐富產品色彩。

本發明涉及一種玻璃容器矽膠塗層的方法,尤其涉及一種玻璃容器矽膠塗層的製作方法。
市面上的自黏結成型的液體矽橡膠對基材(如玻璃、金屬、塑料等)的黏附力較差,如需要黏結力強,需要作基材表面處理,製作方法繁瑣;對基材表面進行複雜處理後再噴塗的矽膠層沒有顏色或只有單一顏色沒有顏色的深淺變化、不美觀、手感差,缺乏質感。
有鑑於此,吾等發明人乃潛心進一步研究,並著手進行研發及改良,期以一較佳設作以解決上述問題,且在經過不斷試驗及修改後而有本發明之問世。
本發明目的在於解決市面上的自黏結成型的液體矽橡膠對基材(如玻璃、金屬、塑料等)的黏附力較差,如需要黏結力強,需要作基材表面處理,製作方法繁瑣;對基材表面進行複雜處理後再噴塗的矽膠層沒有顏色或只有單一顏色沒有顏色的深淺變化、不美觀、手感差,缺乏質感的不足而提供的一種新型玻璃容器矽膠塗層的製作方法。
本發明是通過以下技術方案來實現的:一種玻璃容器矽膠塗層的製作方法,在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層液體矽膠,通過液體矽膠的黏附力,保護玻璃、防止玻璃破碎時,玻璃渣飛濺;包括如下步驟:
(1)準備玻璃容器,且將玻璃容器外表面進行清潔處理;
(2)在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層黏結層,且在黏結層的外表面噴塗一層液體矽膠層或直接在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層自黏結的液體矽膠層;液體矽膠為有色或無色液體矽膠,所述自黏結的液體矽膠層黏度為1000-2000cst;
(3)烘乾30分鐘-100分鐘,烘乾溫度為180-220℃,使矽橡膠硫化成型。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器外表面,靜置一段時間。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器外表面,靜置一段時間後;在有色液體矽膠層外層再用另外的機器自玻璃容器一端到另一端從薄到厚或從厚到薄噴塗無色液體矽膠。
進一步地,所述步驟(3)後在硫化成型的矽膠外表面再增加一層矽膠手感油;為了增強矽膠層手感和去除矽膠靜電,在矽油中加入矽膠手感油,在150-180℃條件下烘烤,使得表層在鉑金催化作用下硫化結網;為了增強產品預示功能,豐富產品色彩,將感溫或不感溫色粉添加劑加入到液體矽橡膠中,高速分散,使其與液體矽橡膠混合,使液體矽橡膠達到隨溫度的變化變色或不變色;所述矽膠手感油為聚乙烯微臘,在矽油中混合比例一般不超過10%。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層黏結層,所述黏結層成分為:
聚矽氧烷,含量為65%;
氣相法白炭黑SiO2
,含量為15%;以及
甲基矽樹脂,含量為20%。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層黏結層,噴塗時間為1-5秒,厚度範圍為0.1-1絲。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器外表面,靜置一段時間;噴塗時間為5-10秒;靜置時間為5-10秒;厚度範圍為200-2絲。
進一步地,在有色液體矽膠層外層再用另外的機器自玻璃容器一端到另一端從薄到厚或從厚到薄噴塗無色液體矽膠,噴塗時間為5-10秒;厚度範圍為2-200絲。
進一步地,所述自黏結的液體矽膠製備方法,包括如下步驟:
(1)準備氣相白炭黑SiO2
,並混合帶有極性基團的矽氧烷處理劑;所述帶有極性基團為環氧基、甲基丙烯酸丙基;
(2)將處理好的氣相白炭黑SiO2
與帶極性基團的矽烷或矽油混合;
(3)將混合好的材料分成A、B組合;A組含有鉑金硫化劑,B組含有抑制劑,所述抑制劑通常為炔醇類物質,如甲基丁炔醇;以及
將A、B組分按1:1混合,使用有機溶劑將液體矽橡膠稀釋,黏度為1000-2000cst。
進一步地,所述自黏結的液體矽膠主要組分及質量百分比為:
氣相法白炭黑SiO2
,含量為20%-40%;
乙烯基矽油含量為60%-75%;其分子結構式為:CH2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2 ;以及
含氫矽油含量為2%-10%;其分子結構式為:C3
H9
OSi·(CH4
OSi)n·C3
H9
Si;
使矽膠黏度500(Pas,23℃),拉伸強度大於9 Mpa。
本發明的有益效果在於:
(1)製作方法簡單,無需對基材表面進行特殊處理,即可將液體矽膠噴塗在玻璃容器表面;
(2)玻璃容器表面的矽膠層會有明顯的自淺到深或自深到淺的顏色變化;
(3)玻璃容器表面的矽膠外表面的矽膠層整體厚度一致,非常漂亮美觀,
(4)在硫化成型的矽膠外表面再增加一層矽膠手感油;為了增強矽膠層手感和去除矽膠靜電,在矽油中加入矽膠手感油,在150-180℃條件下烘烤,使得表層在鉑金催化作用下硫化結網;手感舒適,富有質感;
(5)為了增強產品預示功能,豐富產品色彩,將感溫或不感溫色粉添加劑加入到液體矽橡膠中,高速分散,使其與液體矽橡膠混合,使液體矽橡膠達到隨溫度的變化變色或不變色。
關於吾等發明人之技術手段,茲舉數種較佳實施例配合圖式於下文進行詳細說明,俾供 鈞上深入瞭解並認同本發明。
下面結合圖式及具體實施方式對本發明做進一步描述:
如第1圖所示:一種玻璃容器矽膠塗層的製作方法,在玻璃容器1外表面噴塗一層液體矽膠,通過液體矽膠的黏附力,保護玻璃、防止玻璃破碎時,玻璃渣飛濺;包括如下步驟:
(1)準備玻璃容器1,且將玻璃容器外表面進行清潔處理;
(2)在玻璃容器1外表面噴塗一層黏結層,且在黏結層的外表面噴塗一層液體矽膠層或直接在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層自黏結的液體矽膠層;液體矽膠為有色或無色液體矽膠,所述自黏結的液體矽膠層黏度為1000-2000cst;
(3)烘乾30分鐘-100分鐘,烘乾溫度為180-220℃,使矽橡膠硫化成型。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層2用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器1外表面,靜置一段時間。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層2用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器1外表面,靜置一段時間後;在有色液體矽膠層外層2再用另外的機器自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從薄到厚或從厚到薄噴塗無色液體矽膠層3。
進一步地,所述步驟(3)後在硫化成型的矽膠外表面再增加一層矽膠手感油;為了增強矽膠層手感和去除矽膠靜電,在矽油中加入矽膠手感油,在150-180℃條件下烘烤,使得表層在鉑金催化作用下硫化結網;為了增強產品預示功能,豐富產品色彩,將感溫或不感溫色粉添加劑加入到液體矽橡膠中,高速分散,使其與液體矽橡膠混合,使液體矽橡膠達到隨溫度的變化變色或不變色;所述矽膠手感油為聚乙烯微臘,在矽油中混合比例一般不超過10%。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中在玻璃容器1外表面噴塗一層黏結層,所述黏結層成分為:
聚矽氧烷,含量為65%;
氣相法白炭黑SiO2
,含量為15%;以及
甲基矽樹脂,含量為20%;
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中在玻璃容器1外表面噴塗一層黏結層,噴塗時間為1-5秒,厚度範圍為0.1-1絲。
進一步地,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層2用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器1外表面,靜置一段時間;噴塗時間為5-10秒;靜置時間為5-10秒;厚度範圍為200-2絲。
進一步地,在有色液體矽膠層外層2再用另外的機器自玻璃容器1一端到另一端從薄到厚或從厚到薄噴塗無色液體矽膠層3,噴塗時間為5-10秒;厚度範圍為2-200絲。
進一步地,所述自黏結的液體矽膠製備方法,包括如下步驟:
(1)準備氣相白炭黑SiO2
,並混合帶有極性基團的矽氧烷處理劑;所述帶有極性基團為環氧基、甲基丙烯酸丙基;
(2)將處理好的氣相白炭黑SiO2
與帶極性基團的矽烷或矽油混合;
(3)將混合好的材料分成A、B組合;A組含有鉑金硫化劑,B組含有抑制劑,所述抑制劑通常為炔醇類物質,如甲基丁炔醇;
(4)將A、B組分按1:1混合,使用有機溶劑將液體矽橡膠稀釋,黏度為1000-2000cst。

綜上所述,本發明所揭露之技術手段確能有效解決習知等問題,並達致預期之目的與功效,且申請前未見諸於刊物、未曾公開使用且具長遠進步性,誠屬專利法所稱之發明無誤,爰依法提出申請,懇祈 鈞上惠予詳審並賜准發明專利,至感德馨。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之數種較佳實施例,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種玻璃容器矽膠塗層的製作方法,其特徵在於,在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層液體矽膠,通過液體矽膠的黏附力,保護玻璃、防止玻璃破碎時,玻璃渣飛濺;包括如下步驟: (1)準備玻璃容器,且將玻璃容器外表面進行清潔處理; (2)在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層黏結層,且在黏結層的外表面噴塗一層液體矽膠層或直接在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層自黏結的液體矽膠層;液體矽膠為有色或無色液體矽膠,所述自黏結的液體矽膠層黏度為1000-2000cst;以及 (3)烘乾30分鐘-100分鐘,烘乾溫度為180-220℃,使矽橡膠硫化成型。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器外表面,靜置一段時間。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中, 所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器外表面,靜置一段時間後;在有色液體矽膠層外層再用另外的機器自玻璃容器一端到另一端從薄到厚或從厚到薄噴塗無色液體矽膠層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,所述步驟(3)後在硫化成型的矽膠外表面再增加一層矽膠手感油;為了增強矽膠層手感和去除矽膠靜電,在矽油中加入矽膠手感油,在150-180℃條件下烘烤,使得表層在鉑金催化作用下硫化結網;為了增強產品預示功能,豐富產品色彩,將感溫或不感溫色粉添加劑加入到液體矽橡膠中,高速分散,使其與液體矽橡膠混合,使液體矽橡膠達到隨溫度的變化變色或不變色;所述矽膠手感油為聚乙烯微臘,在矽油中混合比例一般不超過10%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,所述步驟(2)中在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層黏結層,所述黏結層成分為: 聚矽氧烷,含量為65%; 氣相法白炭黑SiO2 ,含量為15%;以及 甲基矽樹脂,含量為20%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,所述步驟(2)中在玻璃容器外表面噴塗一層黏結層,噴塗時間為1-5秒,厚度範圍為0.1-1絲。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,所述步驟(2)中將有色液體矽膠層用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚噴塗在黏結層的外表面,靜置一段時間或將有色自黏結液體矽膠用有機溶劑稀釋,並自玻璃容器一端到另一端從厚到薄或從薄到厚直接噴塗在玻璃容器外表面,靜置一段時間;噴塗時間為5-10秒;靜置時間為5-10秒;厚度範圍為200-2絲。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,在有色液體矽膠層外層再用另外的機器自玻璃容器一端到另一端從薄到厚或從厚到薄噴塗無色液體矽膠層,噴塗時間為5-10秒;厚度範圍為2-200絲。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,所述自黏結的液體矽膠製備方法,包括如下步驟: (1)準備氣相白炭黑SiO2 ,並混合帶有極性基團的矽氧烷處理劑;所述帶有極性基團為環氧基、甲基丙烯酸丙基; (2)將處理好的氣相白炭黑SiO2 與帶極性基團的矽烷或矽油混合; (3)將混合好的材料分成A、B組合;A組含有鉑金硫化劑,B組含有抑制 劑,所述抑制劑通常為炔醇類物質,如甲基丁炔醇;以及 (4)將A、B組分按1:1混合,使用有機溶劑將液體矽橡膠稀釋,黏度為 1000-2000cst。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或9項所述之玻璃瓶矽膠塗層的製作方法,其中,所述自黏結的液體矽膠主要組分及質量百分比為: 氣相法白炭黑SiO2 ,含量為20%-40%; 乙烯基矽油含量為60%-75%;其分子結構式為:CH2=CH-Si(CH3)2O[(CH3)2SiO]n(CH3)2Si-CH=CH2 ;以及 含氫矽油含量為2%-10%;其分子結構式為:C3 H9 OSi·(CH4 OSi)n·C3 H9 Si; 使矽膠黏度500(Pas,23℃),拉伸強度大於9 Mpa。
