背景技术
火龙果又称红龙果、龙珠果、仙蜜果、玉龙果。仙人掌科、量天尺属植物。果实呈椭圆形,直径10-12厘米,外观为红色或黄色,有绿色圆角三角形的叶状体,果肉呈白色、红色或黄色,具有黑色种子。
火龙果营养丰富、功能独特,它含有一般植物少有的植物性白蛋白以及花青素,丰富的维生素和水溶性膳食纤维。主要营养成分有蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素C、铁、磷、钙、镁、钾及各种酶、白蛋白、纤维质及高浓度天然色素花青素。
绿茶是中国的主要茶类之一,是指采取茶树的新叶或芽,未经发酵,经杀青、整形、烘干等工艺而制作的饮品。其制成品的色泽和冲泡后的茶汤保存了鲜茶叶的绿色格调。常饮绿茶能护齿明目、缓解疲劳、延缓衰老,防癌,降脂和减肥,对吸烟者也可减轻其受到的尼古丁伤害。
现有技术对于如何有效的利用火龙果、绿茶本身的特性进行搭配,及其加工工艺未见记载。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种绿茶火龙果汁的制作方法,其采用绿茶汤、火龙果汁、脱脂牛奶加稳定剂、蔗糖调配而成,具有防止血管硬化、排毒护胃、预防贫血、护齿明目、缓解疲劳、抗衰老等保健功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种绿茶火龙果汁的制作方法,其制作步骤如下:
步骤1:绿茶汤的制备,将饮用水煮沸冷却至85-90℃,投入茶叶,泡制20分钟,其中绿茶与水的比例为1∶15,用三层纱布过滤;
步骤2:火龙果汁的制备,将火龙果连皮切片,用0.02%-0.04%的抗坏血酸浸泡25分钟护色,加入5倍重量的水榨汁,加入复合酶酶解,用柠檬酸将调节PH为3,水浴恒温50℃酶解1小时,离心过滤得火龙果汁;
步骤3:绿茶火龙果汁的调配,按体积份数计数,取三份步骤1制得的绿茶汤,1份脱脂牛奶,6份步骤2制得的火龙果汁,加入稳定剂、蔗糖,搅拌均匀;
步骤4:将步骤3所得的混合物消毒灭菌;
步骤5:于无菌条件下封装。
