本发明涉及一种多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法,其特征为将全毛装饰面料坯布经洗呢→防蛀→烘干→刷毛→剪毛→多功能整理→焙烘→罐蒸工艺后即为成品;其中防蛀的工艺为在洗呢车的清水中加入对织物重的0.6~0.8%owf的防蛀剂JF‑86,温度40~50℃,时间20~30分钟;剪毛工艺为单面剪毛,刀距:0.3~0.5毫米;多功能整理工艺为采用MONFORTS定型机的浸轧法,其中加入防霉剂Sinprotect SB‑345和三防助剂Sinphobol SF‑810,防霉剂Sinprotect SB‑345的加入量为1~5克/升;三防助剂Sinphobol SF‑810的加入量为30~70克/升。本发明具有使生产的面料能防止滋生蛀虫和霉菌、提高全毛装饰面料的使用寿命的优点。

多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰面料的生产方法,尤其涉及一种多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法。
背景技术
当今社会人们对房屋的装修越来越考究,大量用到装修面料,如墙布,软包,窗帘,布艺沙发等等。羊毛纤维作为一种纯天然纤维,也越来越受到人们的热捧。羊毛面料用作装饰面料不仅具有独特的环保性,而且给人一种低调而奢华的感觉。但是羊毛纤维是蛋白质纤维,时间长了会滋生蛀虫和霉菌,所以全毛装饰面料的使用寿命较短,且不具有防水、防油、防污性能。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种能防止滋生蛀虫和霉菌、提高全毛装饰面料的使用寿命及具有防水、防油、防污性能的多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法。
本发明的技术内容为,一种多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法,其特征为将全毛装饰面料坯布经洗呢→防蛀→烘干→刷毛→剪毛→多功能整理→焙烘→罐蒸工艺后即为成品;其中
洗呢的工艺为温度45~55℃,时间30~50分钟;
防蛀的工艺为在洗呢车的清水中加入对织物重的0.6~0.8%owf的防蛀剂JF-86,温度40~50℃,时间20~30分钟;
剪毛工艺为单面剪毛,刀距:0.3~0.5毫米;
多功能整理工艺为采用MONFORTS定型机的浸轧法,其中加入防霉剂 Sinprotect SB-345和三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810,防霉剂 Sinprotect SB-345的加入量为1~5克/升;三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810的加入量为30~70克/升;织物带液量65~75%,烘干温度145℃~150℃,烘干时间60~80秒;
焙烘:温度175~185℃,焙烘时间50~80秒;
罐蒸工艺为温度120~125℃,蒸汽循环时间5~8分钟,抽冷时间5~10分钟,包布张力2~3公斤。
在上述多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法中,防蛀的工艺中使用的洗呢车为常规洗呢工艺中使用的洗呢设备,防蛀剂的主要成份为苄氯菊酯;烘干采用常规工艺,多功能整理工艺中的三防助剂是主链为6个碳原子的氟碳长链防水防油剂,能使面料具有防水、防油、防污性能。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点为,能防止全毛装饰面料在使用过程中滋生蛀虫和霉菌,从而提高全毛装饰面料的使用寿命,并且具有防水、防油、防污性能。
具体实施方式
例1、一种多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法,将羊毛含量100%、纱支15/2Nm*15/2Nm、经纱捻度:300/350、纬纱捻度300/350、面料克重430g/m、经密111根/10cm、纬密93根/10cm及织物组织1/1平纹的全毛装饰面料坯布经洗呢→防蛀→烘干→刷毛→剪毛→多功能整理→焙烘→罐蒸工艺后即为成品多功能全毛装饰面料;其中
洗呢的工艺为温度50℃,时间40分钟;
防蛀的工艺为在洗呢车的清水中加入对织物重的0.7%owf的江苏凯兴塑化有限公司生产的防蛀剂JF-86,温度45℃,时间25分钟;
剪毛工艺为单面剪毛,刀距:0.4毫米;
多功能整理工艺为采用MONFORTS定型机的浸轧法,其中加入立明集团生产的防霉剂Sinprotect SB-345及三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810,防霉剂 Sinprotect SB-345的加入量为5克/升;三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810的加入量为50克/升;织物带液量75%,烘干温度150℃,烘干时间80秒;
焙烘工艺为温度175,焙烘时间70秒;
罐蒸工艺为温度120℃,蒸汽循环时间5分钟,抽冷时间8分钟,包布张力2.5公斤力。
例2、一种多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法,将羊毛含量100%、纱支38/2Nm*38/2Nm、经纱捻度:450/650、纬纱捻度450/650、面料克重380g /m、经密230根/10cm、纬密203根/10cm及织物组织2/2斜的全毛装饰面料坯布经洗呢→防蛀→烘干→刷毛→剪毛→多功能整理→焙烘→罐蒸工艺后即为成品多功能全毛装饰面料;其中
洗呢的工艺为温度50℃,时间40分钟;
防蛀的工艺为在洗呢车的清水中加入对织物重的0.7%owf的江苏凯兴塑化有限公司生产的防蛀剂JF-86,温度45℃,时间25分钟;
剪毛工艺为单面剪毛,刀距:0.3毫米;
多功能整理工艺为采用MONFORTS定型机的浸轧法,其中加入立明集团生产的防霉剂Sinprotect SB-345及三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810,防霉剂 Sinprotect SB-345的加入量为4克/升;三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810的加入量为50克/升;织物带液量70%,烘干温度150℃,烘干时间70秒;
焙烘工艺为温度175,焙烘时间60秒;
罐蒸工艺为温度120℃,蒸汽循环时间6分钟,抽冷时间8分钟,包布张力2.8公斤。

1.一种多功能全毛装饰面料的生产方法,其特征为将全毛装饰面料坯布经洗呢→防蛀→烘干→刷毛→剪毛→多功能整理→焙烘→罐蒸工艺后即为成品;其中
洗呢的工艺为温度45~55℃,时间30~50分钟;
防蛀的工艺为在洗呢车的清水中加入对织物重的0.6~0.8%owf的防蛀剂JF-86,温度40~50℃,时间20~30分钟;
剪毛工艺为单面剪毛,刀距:0.3~0.5毫米;
多功能整理工艺为采用MONFORTS定型机的浸轧法,其中加入防霉剂 Sinprotect SB-345和三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810,防霉剂 Sinprotect SB-345的加入量为1~5克/升;三防助剂 Sinphobol SF-810的加入量为30~70克/升;织物带液量65~75%,烘干温度145℃~150℃,烘干时间60~80秒;
焙烘:温度175~185℃,焙烘时间50~80秒;
