本发明公开了一种胶布裁切机,包括:摆放胶布的基台,置于基台上的冲压气缸,固定于冲压气缸下的裁切刀,置于基台一侧并压住胶布的固定组件,置于基台另一侧将裁切后的胶布带走的传送组件。本发明提供一种胶布裁切机,能够履平胶布,避免由于胶布质量过轻在裁切过程中发生卷跌,提高裁切质量,实现传送胶布自动化,提高自动化程度,提高工作效率。

涉及机械领域,特别是一种裁切机。
背景技术
胶布是一种有粘性的塑料制品,自动裁切机是用于各行各业的片材的分割与裁切,通过系统软件来控制,然后直接对产品进行裁切,只要在操作平台上设置好相应的参数,电脑传输相应的指令给裁切机,裁切机就根据接受的设计图稿进行快速裁切,但市场上的裁切机,运用到胶布这样的轻质量的产品时,胶布会卷跌,使得裁切质量差,裁切虽然自动化,但胶布的传输仍然是人工完成,自动化程度低,现有技术还未解决这样的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种胶布裁切机,能够履平胶布,避免由于胶布质量过轻在裁切过程中发生卷跌,提高裁切质量,实现传送胶布自动化,提高自动化程度,提高工作效率。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
胶布裁切机,包括:摆放胶布的基台,置于基台上的冲压气缸,固定于冲压气缸下的裁切刀,置于基台一侧并压住胶布的固定组件,置于基台另一侧将裁切后的胶布带走的传送组件。
前述的胶布裁切机,固定组件组成有:压住胶布的压块,连接于压块的旋转件。
前述的胶布裁切机,旋转件为弹簧铰链。
前述的胶布裁切机,传送组件组成有:置于基台另一侧的移动件,连接于移动件并吸取裁切后胶布的真空吸盘。
前述的胶布裁切机,移动件为导轨。
前述的胶布裁切机,还包括:固定于裁切刀的固定板,固定于气缸下的限位板,连接于固定板与限位板之间复位件。
前述的胶布裁切机,复位件为复位弹簧。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明提供一种胶布裁切机,本发明通过固定组件实现履平胶布,避免由于胶布质量过轻在裁切过程中发生卷跌,提高裁切质量,通过传送组件实现传送胶布自动化,提高自动化程度,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
胶布裁切机,包括:摆放胶布的基台1,置于基台1上的冲压气缸2,固定于冲压气缸2下的裁切刀3,置于基台1一侧并压住胶布的固定组件,置于基台1另一侧将裁切后的胶布带走的传送组件。
固定组件组成有:压住胶布的压块4,连接于压块4的旋转件5;作为一种实施例,旋转件5可以为弹簧铰链也可以为电子转轴。压块4压住胶布不被外界影响而产生卷折,能够保持胶布在裁切过程中保持平直,旋转件5的设计方便胶布的摆放和传送。
传送组件组成有:置于基台1另一侧的移动件6,连接于移动件6并吸取裁切后胶布的真空吸盘7。作为一种实施例,移动件6可以为导轨也可以为传送带,导轨为了能够支撑真空吸盘7的质量,可以选用不锈钢导轨。
胶布裁切机,还包括:固定于裁切刀3的固定板8,固定于气缸下的限位板9,连接于固定板8与限位板9之间复位件10;作为一种优选,复位件10为复位弹簧。限位板9的设置能够避免冲力损伤气缸,增加气缸的寿命;复位件10的设计能够使得气缸能够自动复位,方便循环操作。
在裁切开始前,将胶布放置在基台1上,抬起弹簧铰链由压块4压住胶布,控制器开启气缸,裁切刀3对胶布完成裁切,完成裁切后的胶布,由控制器控制真空吸盘7开启,固定在真空吸盘7上,再由导轨运送到别的生产线。
本发明提供一种胶布裁切机,本发明通过固定组件实现履平胶布,避免由于胶布质量过轻在裁切过程中发生卷跌,提高裁切质量,通过传送组件实现传送胶布自动化,提高自动化程度,提高工作效率。

1.胶布裁切机,其特征在于,包括:摆放胶布的基台,置于上述基台上的冲压气缸,固定于上述冲压气缸下的裁切刀,置于上述基台一侧并压住胶布的固定组件,置于上述基台另一侧将裁切后的胶布带走的传送组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶布裁切机,其特征在于,上述固定组件组成有:压住胶布的压块,连接于上述压块的旋转件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胶布裁切机,其特征在于,上述旋转件为弹簧铰链。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶布裁切机,其特征在于,上述传送组件组成有:置于上述基台另一侧的移动件,连接于上述移动件并吸取裁切后胶布的真空吸盘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胶布裁切机,其特征在于,上述移动件为导轨。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胶布裁切机,其特征在于,还包括:固定于上述裁切刀的固定板,固定于上述气缸下的限位板,连接于上述固定板与限位板之间复位件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的胶布裁切机,其特征在于,上述复位件为复位弹簧。
