本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防紫外线浮水印花面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
浮水印花,也称水变印花,是隐形印花的一种,即当面料在干燥状态时表面看不到有花形图案显露,而当遇水面料经充分润湿后方能显示出所印制的花形图案。例如印花的游泳衣在干燥时无花形,当着衣者入水游泳时即可显出印刷的图案,当游泳者上岸后,泳衣逐渐干燥则花形又慢慢不见了,恢复成入水前的样子。其原理是被水浸湿与没有被水浸湿的织物,它们的颜色对光线的反射不一致,浸水的织物颜色变深与干燥织物颜色产生了色差。这种变化可以反复进行,因此,浮水印花面料可应用于泳装、雨衣、雨伞、毛巾等与遇水有关的各类产品,给人们带来视觉享受和乐趣,浮水印花已成为广泛流行的一种服装装饰技术。
而现有技术中,浮水印花产品有的印花薄膜易脱落、不耐洗,洗涤数次后就不能实现水变效果了;有的印花处手感不柔软,影响穿着舒适度;还有的影响了织物原有的色泽和质感,这些不足都急需改进。
另外,浮水印花面料多应用于沙滩裤、泳装、雨衣、雨伞等产品,因此,若其能同时具有防紫外线功能则锦上添花了。如今,人们已经越来越重视紫外线的危害了。太阳光谱中的紫外线不仅使纺织品褪色和脆化,也可使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康。
因此,市场急需一种耐水洗、耐撕裂、手感好,同时又具有防紫外线功能的浮水印花面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种防紫外线浮水印花面料及其制备方法,该防紫外线浮水印花面料具有耐水洗、耐撕裂、手感好,且防紫外线效果良好等优点。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,包括带底色的织物层和涂覆于织物层表面的印花浆料层以及最外层的防紫外线处理层;其中所述印花浆料由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液1-3份、聚二甲基硅烷乳液1.5-4份、丙烯酸树脂3-7份、淀粉6-10份、白糊精2-5份、海藻酸钠5-8份、二乙二醇7-15份、尿素0.5-3份、粘合剂0.1-0.3份、水30-48份;所述防紫外线处理层使用的浸轧液由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:纳米氧化锌5-8份、纳米二氧化钛2-7份、纳米二氧化硅1-4份、水性松香树脂乳液12-20份、丁香酚0.5-1份、氨基硅乳6-15份、水30-45份。
更进一步地,所述织物层纺织面料为纯棉、化纤或混纺面料。
更进一步地,所述织物层纺织面料为合成纤维。
更进一步地,所述印花浆料中聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液和聚二甲基硅烷乳液的质量浓度均为30%。
本发明还提供一种防紫外线浮水印花面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将带底色的织物层预处理使其润湿;
2)按照所述质量配比,先将聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液与聚二甲基硅烷乳液混合,加入一半量的水搅拌均匀得混合物A备用,再将淀粉、白糊精、海藻酸钠和二乙二醇混合搅拌均匀得混合物B备用,将混合物B、丙烯酸树脂、尿素和粘合剂混合,加入余量的水,边搅拌边加入混合物A,搅拌均匀即得印花浆料,使用其对织物进行平网印花;

5)将步骤4)得到的面料用熨斗熨烫平整;
6)按照所述质量配比,先将纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅混合均匀,再将其和水性松香树脂乳液、氨基硅乳依次加入水中搅拌均匀,升温至35℃,加入丁香酚搅拌均匀,自然冷却即得浸轧液,将步骤5)得到的面料浸渍于其中,一浸一轧,轧液率为80%,于140℃-150℃下烘干,即得所述防紫外线浮水印花面料。
更进一步地,所述步骤3)中烘干温度为100℃,焙烘温度为130℃-150℃,时间为3-7min。
更进一步地,所述步骤4)中皂洗温度为50℃,时间为10min。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:本发明的防紫外线浮水印花面料具有耐水洗、耐撕裂、手感好的优点,聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液与聚二甲基硅烷乳液复配作为拒水剂,性能互补,既能形成牢固的薄膜又不影响手感,印花浆料中的丙烯酸树脂、二乙二醇都能起到提升柔软度,增强薄膜抗撕裂强度的作用;本发明使用了氧化锌、二氧化钛和二氧化硅多种纳米粉体互配,且摒弃传统的印花浆料中直接添加紫外线屏蔽剂和涂层法,而采用浸轧法对面料进行防紫外线处理,得到高品质的防紫外线浮水印花面料,UPF值达到50+,紫外遮蔽率高达99%,且无毒、对人体安全,对皮肤无刺激、无过敏反应,又不影响织物的色泽、强力和吸湿透气性,同时还有抗菌防霉防臭功能,可谓一举多得。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,包括带底色的纯棉织物层和涂覆于织物层表面的印花浆料层以及最外层的防紫外线处理层;其中所述印花浆料由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液1份、聚二甲基硅烷乳液1.5份、丙烯酸树脂3份、淀粉6份、白糊精2份、海藻酸钠5份、二乙二醇7份、尿素0.5份、粘合剂0.1份、水30份;所述防紫外线处理层使用的浸轧液由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:纳米氧化锌5份、纳米二氧化钛2份、纳米二氧化硅1份、水性松香树脂乳液12份、丁香酚0.5份、氨基硅乳6份、水30份,其中所述印花浆料中聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液和聚二甲基硅烷乳液的质量浓度均为30%。
该防紫外线浮水印花面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将带底色的织物层预处理使其润湿;
2)按照所述质量配比,先将聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液与聚二甲基硅烷乳液混合,加入一半量的水搅拌均匀得混合物A备用,再将淀粉、白糊精、海藻酸钠和二乙二醇混合搅拌均匀得混合物B备用,将混合物B、丙烯酸树脂、尿素和粘合剂混合,加入余量的水,边搅拌边加入混合物A,搅拌均匀即得印花浆料,使用其对织物进行平网印花;
3)将步骤2)得到的面料烘干后再进行焙烘,其中烘干温度为100℃,焙烘温度为130℃,时间为7min;
4)将步骤3)得到的面料进行皂洗、水洗,其中皂洗温度为50℃,时间为10min;
5)将步骤4)得到的面料用熨斗熨烫平整;
6)按照所述质量配比,先将纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅混合均匀,再将其和水性松香树脂乳液、氨基硅乳依次加入水中搅拌均匀,升温至35℃,加入丁香酚搅拌均匀,自然冷却即得浸轧液,将步骤5)得到的面料浸渍于其中,一浸一轧,轧液率为80%,于140℃下烘干,即得所述防紫外线浮水印花面料。
实施例2
一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,包括带底色的合成纤维织物层和涂覆于织物层表面的印花浆料层以及最外层的防紫外线处理层;其中所述印花浆料由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液2份、聚二甲基硅烷乳液2份、丙烯酸树脂5份、淀粉8份、白糊精4份、海藻酸钠6份、二乙二醇12份、尿素2份、粘合剂0.2份、水40份;所述防紫外线处理层使用的浸轧液由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:纳米氧化锌6份、纳米二氧化钛5份、纳米二氧化硅3份、水性松香树脂乳液16份、丁香酚0.7份、氨基硅乳10份、水38份,其中所述印花浆料中聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液和聚二甲基硅烷乳液的质量浓度均为30%。
该防紫外线浮水印花面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将带底色的织物层预处理使其润湿;
2)按照所述质量配比,先将聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液与聚二甲基硅烷乳液混合,加入一半量的水搅拌均匀得混合物A备用,再将淀粉、白糊精、海藻酸钠和二乙二醇混合搅拌均匀得混合物B备用,将混合物B、丙烯酸树脂、尿素和粘合剂混合,加入余量的水,边搅拌边加入混合物A,搅拌均匀即得印花浆料,使用其对织物进行平网印花;
3)将步骤2)得到的面料烘干后再进行焙烘,其中烘干温度为100℃,焙烘温度为140℃,时间为5min;
4)将步骤3)得到的面料进行皂洗、水洗,其中皂洗温度为50℃,时间为10min;
5)将步骤4)得到的面料用熨斗熨烫平整;
6)按照所述质量配比,先将纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅混合均匀,再将其和水性松香树脂乳液、氨基硅乳依次加入水中搅拌均匀,升温至35℃,加入丁香酚搅拌均匀,自然冷却即得浸轧液,将步骤5)得到的面料浸渍于其中,一浸一轧,轧液率为80%,于145℃下烘干,即得所述防紫外线浮水印花面料。
实施例3
一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,包括带底色的混纺面料织物层和涂覆于织物层表面的印花浆料层以及最外层的防紫外线处理层;其中所述印花浆料由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液3份、聚二甲基硅烷乳液4份、丙烯酸树脂7份、淀粉10份、白糊精5份、海藻酸钠8份、二乙二醇15份、尿素3份、粘合剂0.3份、水48份;所述防紫外线处理层使用的浸轧液由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:纳米氧化锌8份、纳米二氧化钛7份、纳米二氧化硅4份、水性松香树脂乳液20份、丁香酚1份、氨基硅乳15份、水45份,其中所述印花浆料中聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液和聚二甲基硅烷乳液的质量浓度均为30%。
该防紫外线浮水印花面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将带底色的织物层预处理使其润湿;
2)按照所述质量配比,先将聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液与聚二甲基硅烷乳液混合,加入一半量的水搅拌均匀得混合物A备用,再将淀粉、白糊精、海藻酸钠和二乙二醇混合搅拌均匀得混合物B备用,将混合物B、丙烯酸树脂、尿素和粘合剂混合,加入余量的水,边搅拌边加入混合物A,搅拌均匀即得印花浆料,使用其对织物进行平网印花;
3)将步骤2)得到的面料烘干后再进行焙烘,其中烘干温度为100℃,焙烘温度为150℃,时间为3min;
4)将步骤3)得到的面料进行皂洗、水洗,其中皂洗温度为50℃,时间为10min;
5)将步骤4)得到的面料用熨斗熨烫平整;
6)按照所述质量配比,先将纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅混合均匀,再将其和水性松香树脂乳液、氨基硅乳依次加入水中搅拌均匀,升温至35℃,加入丁香酚搅拌均匀,自然冷却即得浸轧液,将步骤5)得到的面料浸渍于其中,一浸一轧,轧液率为80%,于150℃下烘干,即得所述防紫外线浮水印花面料。
将本发明实施例1至3所得的防紫外线浮水印花面料进行性能测试,结果如下表1所示:

由表中可知,本发明的防紫外线浮水印花面料耐水洗、耐撕裂、手感好,且防紫外线效果好,优于市面上普通同类产品。

Claims (7)

1.一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,其特征在于,包括带底色的织物层和涂覆于织物层表面的印花浆料层以及最外层的防紫外线处理层;其中所述印花浆料由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液1-3份、聚二甲基硅烷乳液1.5-4份、丙烯酸树脂3-7份、淀粉6-10份、白糊精2-5份、海藻酸钠5-8份、二乙二醇7-15份、尿素0.5-3份、粘合剂0.1-0.3份、水30-48份;所述防紫外线处理层使用的浸轧液由按照质量份数计的如下组分制得:纳米氧化锌5-8份、纳米二氧化钛2-7份、纳米二氧化硅1-4份、水性松香树脂乳液12-20份、丁香酚0.5-1份、氨基硅乳6-15份、水30-45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,其特征在于,所述织物层纺织面料为纯棉、化纤或混纺面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,其特征在于,所述织物层纺织面料为合成纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线浮水印花面料,其特征在于,所述印花浆料中聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液和聚二甲基硅烷乳液的质量浓度均为30%。
5.权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线浮水印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将带底色的织物层预处理使其润湿;
2)按照所述质量配比,先将聚甲基含氢硅烷乳液与聚二甲基硅烷乳液混合,加入一半量的水搅拌均匀得混合物A备用,再将淀粉、白糊精、海藻酸钠和二乙二醇混合搅拌均匀得混合物B备用,将混合物B、丙烯酸树脂、尿素和粘合剂混合,加入余量的水,边搅拌边加入混合物A,搅拌均匀即得印花浆料,使用其对织物进行平网印花;
3)将步骤2)得到的面料烘干后再进行焙烘;
4)将步骤3)得到的面料进行皂洗、水洗;
5)将步骤4)得到的面料用熨斗熨烫平整;
6)按照所述质量配比,先将纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅混合均匀,再将其和水性松香树脂乳液、氨基硅乳依次加入水中搅拌均匀,升温至35℃,加入丁香酚搅拌均匀,自然冷却即得浸轧液,将步骤5)得到的面料浸渍于其中,一浸一轧,轧液率为80%,于140℃-150℃下烘干,即得所述防紫外线浮水印花面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防紫外线浮水印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中烘干温度为100℃,焙烘温度为130℃-150℃,时间为3-7min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防紫外线浮水印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中皂洗温度为50℃,时间为10min。
