本发明公开了一种抗过敏人造革及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮10‑20份、织物纤维13‑15份、丁酮3‑5份、基阻燃多元醇4‑6份、醋酸乙烯共聚物6‑8份、多聚磷酸盐1‑3份、二庚酮3‑5份、羟乙基2‑6份、云母钛粉5‑7份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂5‑7份、异氰脲酸酯4‑6份、植物油2‑4份、磷酸二氢钾3‑5份,本发明的抗过敏人造革改变原有的配方和表面处理剂,使得PVC制品不会释放有害物质,不会影响使用者健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及无机非金属胶凝材料领域,具体而言涉及一种抗过敏人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗过敏人造革是近年来国际上研究非常活跃的无机非金属材料之一。它是以粘土、工业废渣或矿渣等为主要原料,碱或酸为激发剂,经适当的工艺处理,在较低温度条件下通过化学反应得到的一类新型无机聚合物材料。抗过敏人造革具有强度高、硬化快、耐酸碱腐蚀等优于普通硅酸盐水泥的独特性能,同时具有材料丰富、价格低廉、节约能源等优点,因此引起了国内外材料专家的极大兴趣。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种抗过敏人造革及其制备方法,本发明的抗过敏人造革改变原有的配方和表面处理剂,使得PVC制品不会释放有害物质,不会影响使用者健康。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗过敏人造革及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮10-20份、织物纤维13-15份、丁酮3-5份、基阻燃多元醇4-6份、醋酸乙烯共聚物6-8份、多聚磷酸盐1-3份、二庚酮3-5份、羟乙基2-6份、云母钛粉5-7份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂5-7份、异氰脲酸酯4-6份、植物油2-4份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮10份、织物纤维13份、丁酮3份、基阻燃多元醇4份、醋酸乙烯共聚物6份、多聚磷酸盐1份、二庚酮3份、羟乙基2份、云母钛粉5份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂5份、异氰脲酸酯4份、植物油2份、磷酸二氢钾3份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮15份、织物纤维14份、丁酮4份、基阻燃多元醇5份、醋酸乙烯共聚物7份、多聚磷酸盐2份、二庚酮4份、羟乙基4份、云母钛粉6份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂6份、异氰脲酸酯5份、植物油3份、磷酸二氢钾4份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮20份、织物纤维15份、丁酮5份、基阻燃多元醇6份、醋酸乙烯共聚物8份、多聚磷酸盐3份、二庚酮5份、羟乙基6份、云母钛粉7份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂7份、异氰脲酸酯6份、植物油4份、磷酸二氢钾5份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、根据配方中的各个组分的含量称量,将各个组分的物料搅拌均匀后,获得混合浆料,然后采用辊涂法,将混合浆料辊涂在基材上,塑化成型获得PVC表皮;
步骤二、将步骤一准备好的水玻璃和碱性化合物混合,搅拌后超声,然后静置得到碱激发剂;
步骤三、在油漆槽中添加剩余原料,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、将步骤三表皮经过烘箱,烘干油漆,得到抗过敏人造革。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的人造革材料中,添加了提取植物油中的有机阻燃剂来代替原有配方中的阻燃剂,有机阻燃剂能够达到阻燃要求的同时,对PVC有很好的相容性;并且表面处理剂中掺加了微量蛋白粉,使蛋白粉在处理剂中能够发挥作用,也不会因为蛋白粉的量过多导致聚集成团,影响产品性能;
2、本发明中获得了新型的抗过敏人造革产品,减少PVC有机处理剂中的有害物质,不会影响使用者健康,并且PVC产品具有更加顺滑的手感。

一种抗过敏人造革由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮10-20份、织物纤维13-15份、丁酮3-5份、基阻燃多元醇4-6份、醋酸乙烯共聚物6-8份、多聚磷酸盐1-3份、二庚酮3-5份、羟乙基2-6份、云母钛粉5-7份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂5-7份、异氰脲酸酯4-6份、植物油2-4份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份。
实施例二:
一种抗过敏人造革由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮10份、织物纤维13份、丁酮3份、基阻燃多元醇4份、醋酸乙烯共聚物6份、多聚磷酸盐1份、二庚酮3份、羟乙基2份、云母钛粉5份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂5份、异氰脲酸酯4份、植物油2份、磷酸二氢钾3份。

实施例四:
一种抗过敏人造革由以下质量份数配方成分组成:PVC表皮20份、织物纤维15份、丁酮5份、基阻燃多元醇6份、醋酸乙烯共聚物8份、多聚磷酸盐3份、二庚酮5份、羟乙基6份、云母钛粉7份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂7份、异氰脲酸酯6份、植物油4份、磷酸二氢钾5份。
实施例五:
一种抗过敏人造革的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、根据配方中的各个组分的含量称量,将各个组分的物料搅拌均匀后,获得混合浆料,然后采用辊涂法,将混合浆料辊涂在基材上,塑化成型获得PVC表皮;
步骤二、将步骤一准备好的水玻璃和碱性化合物混合,搅拌后超声,然后静置得到碱激发剂;
步骤三、在油漆槽中添加剩余原料,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、将步骤三表皮经过烘箱,烘干油漆,得到抗过敏人造革。

PVC表皮10-20份、织物纤维13-15份、丁酮3-5份、基阻燃多元醇4-6份、醋酸乙烯共聚物6-8份、多聚磷酸盐1-3份、二庚酮3-5份、羟乙基2-6份、云母钛粉5-7份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂5-7份、异氰脲酸酯4-6份、植物油2-4份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗过敏人造革,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
PVC表皮10份、织物纤维13份、丁酮3份、基阻燃多元醇4份、醋酸乙烯共聚物6份、多聚磷酸盐1份、二庚酮3份、羟乙基2份、云母钛粉5份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂5份、异氰脲酸酯4份、植物油2份、磷酸二氢钾3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗过敏人造革,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
PVC表皮15份、织物纤维14份、丁酮4份、基阻燃多元醇5份、醋酸乙烯共聚物7份、多聚磷酸盐2份、二庚酮4份、羟乙基4份、云母钛粉6份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂6份、异氰脲酸酯5份、植物油3份、磷酸二氢钾4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗过敏人造革,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
PVC表皮20份、织物纤维15份、丁酮5份、基阻燃多元醇6份、醋酸乙烯共聚物8份、多聚磷酸盐3份、二庚酮5份、羟乙基6份、云母钛粉7份、甲基丙稀酸甲脂7份、异氰脲酸酯6份、植物油4份、磷酸二氢钾5份。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种抗过敏人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、根据配方中的各个组分的含量称量,将各个组分的物料搅拌均匀后,获得混合浆料,然后采用辊涂法,将混合浆料辊涂在基材上,塑化成型获得PVC表皮;
步骤二、将步骤一准备好的水玻璃和碱性化合物混合,搅拌后超声,然后静置得到碱激发剂;
步骤三、在油漆槽中添加剩余原料,搅拌均匀;
