Abstract

一种真丝面料石洗工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理、烘干、染色、烘干、石洗、碱洗、水洗和烘干;本发明采用焙烧后的贝壳粉对真丝面料进行石洗,不但可以形成复古怀旧风格的面料,而且由于贝壳粉表面有细小的微孔状结构,故对真丝表面的细小的杂质有吸附作用,结合贝壳粉的研磨作用,经过本发明的真丝面料石洗工艺处理后,真丝面料具备更好的光泽度和柔软度;后续进行碱洗的目的是清除贝壳粉研磨后形成的细小的碳酸钙颗粒,防止后续工序后形成扬尘威胁生产人员和消费者的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种真丝面料石洗工艺。
背景技术
随着物质生活水平的提高,广大消费者对粗纺毛织物面料服装产品的质量及服用性能的要求不再局限于保暖,消费者既需要舒适,更追求多样化、个性化和有特色的产品。如复古怀旧风格的牛仔裤,特意制成臀部和膝盖处褪色,甚至磨破的状态,这种的做法通常是采用褪色剂、砂洗等专用的设备进行处理。而对于用真丝绸纤维做的服装,由于强度比牛仔裤的面料低许多,因此无法采用通常类似于做牛仔裤的方法来对毛纺织物面料做的服装进行做旧处理。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种真丝面料石洗工艺。
一种真丝面料石洗工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理、烘干、染色、烘干、石洗、碱洗、水洗和烘干。
优选的,所述的预处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:海藻酸钠5-10g/L,小苏打30-50g/L,尿素为30-50g/L。
优选的,所述的石洗介质的选择:选用大小8-15mm的贝壳粉,所述的贝壳粉为常规的贝壳在650-720℃高温焙烧4-6小时,粉碎过筛而得。
贝壳粉的主要成分为碳酸钙、本发明中将贝壳在马弗炉中加热至700℃,保持温度并持续4-6h,贝壳开始出现微孔状结构,孔较小,但由于反应持续了4-6h,故孔遍布贝壳表面及内部。
相关反应式为(氧气充足的条件下):
有机物>700℃=H2O+碳水化合物+CO2
CaCO3>900℃=CaO+CO2
有机物>1200℃=H2O+CO2
本发明的真丝面料石洗工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理、烘干、染色、烘干、石洗、碱洗、水洗和烘干;本发明采用焙烧后的贝壳粉对真丝面料进行石洗,不但可以形成复古怀旧风格的面料,而且由于贝壳粉表面有细小的微孔状结构,故对真丝表面的细小的杂质有吸附作用,结合贝壳粉的研磨作用,经过本发明的真丝面料石洗工艺处理后,真丝面料具备更好的光泽度和柔软度;后续进行碱洗的目的是清除贝壳粉研磨后形成的细小的碳酸钙颗粒,防止后续工序后形成扬尘威胁生产人员和消费者的健康。

实施例1
一种真丝面料石洗工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理、烘干、染色、烘干、石洗、碱洗、水洗和烘干。
所述的预处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:海藻酸钠8g/L,小苏打35g/L,尿素为45g/L。
所述的石洗介质的选择:选用大小8-15mm的贝壳粉,所述的贝壳粉为常规的贝壳在650-720℃高温焙烧5小时,粉碎过筛而得。
实施例2
一种真丝面料石洗工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理、烘干、染色、烘干、石洗、碱洗、水洗和烘干。
所述的预处理液,包括以下重量百分比的成分:海藻酸钠10g/L,小苏打30g/L,尿素为50g/L。
所述的石洗介质的选择:选用大小8-15mm的贝壳粉,所述的贝壳粉为常规的贝壳在650-720℃高温焙烧4小时,粉碎过筛而得。

一种真丝面料石洗工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理、烘干、染色、烘干、石洗、碱洗、水洗和烘干。

所述的石洗介质的选择:选用大小8-15mm的贝壳粉,所述的贝壳粉为常规的贝壳在650-720℃高温焙烧6小时,粉碎过筛而得。
对比实施例1
将研磨介质替换为火山石,其余条件不变。
经检测,本发明实施例1-3石洗后的样品较石洗前,光泽度有显著提高,同时柔软度提高了20%以上。而替换为火山石后,光泽度和柔软度在石洗前后差别均不大。

3.如权利要求1所述的真丝面料石洗工艺,其特征在于,所述的石洗介质的选择:选用大小8-15mm的贝壳粉,所述的贝壳粉为常规的贝壳在650-720℃高温焙烧4-6小时,粉碎过筛而得。
