本发明涉及一种染料墨水的数码直喷印花装置及方法,属印花染色行业,它公开了半漂布的织物,数码印花,湿短烘箱固色,手感剂处理及成品的装置、制造方法,以及内胶连状染料墨水组成:丙三醇0.1—1.0%,树脂5—18%,二甘醇1—11%,乙咯烷酮1—11%,丙二醇1—11%,丙醇1—11%,乙—乙氨基乙醚1—8%,二乙二醇单丁醚2—8%,杀菌剂0.5—1%,染料10—20%,离子水10—21%。本发明可彻底改变传统的印染工艺,使其简单化,环保达标化,成本降低,工作效率高。

一种染料墨水的数码直喷印花装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品印染行业,欲以环保型印染行业适宜。
背景技术
传统数码印花即利用数码技术对各种纺织品进行印花加工,其加工过程是通过各种数码数字手段将图像输入到计算机,再通过印花软件系统编辑处理后形成所需要的图案,再由输入软件控制喷绘机将各种专用墨水直接喷印到经上浆的织物上,再经102℃的蒸汽、固色、再水洗脱浆退浮色,然后固色、定型等处理,才是成品。胚布上浆---定型----数码印花----烘干----蒸汽固色----水洗----定型----成品。
从构件上看,传统数码印花机有毯带,数码打印机,红外烘干机,清洗装置,上胶机,红外烘干机,放布机,胚布机,绘湿机,挤压机,湿短烘箱,固色装置,收布机。可看出机械部件繁多,耗能大。
从传统数码打印机的墨水来看,经过数码机打印,必须对毯布上胶,对胚布先要给湿,再将毯布上的图案挤压到胚布上。传统数码印花的程序繁琐、工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种染料墨水的数码直喷印花装置及方法,它能对传统数码印花工艺进行改进,省掉50%左右的构造和成本。对传统的喷绘墨水进行改进,形成特殊功能的内胶连染料墨水。使织物不需要上浆,直接可以打印;并且不用汽蒸,不用水洗,不用定型,节能环保,产品效率高。
本发明的技术解决方案,其构造如下:
放布机上的织物经采用内胶连状染料墨水直接进行数码喷绘机喷绘,喷绘后进入90℃~170℃湿短烘箱或饱和气蒸经2-10分钟时间的发色,尔后经网纹辊的手感剂或再加固色处理,再经50℃~90℃平卧式固色湿短烘箱1-3分钟时间烘干,最后织物成成品进入收布机。
本发明的制造方法如下:
本发明的内胶连状染料墨水用数码喷绘机直接喷印到织物上不经烘干,直接进入90℃~170℃湿短烘箱2-10分钟、烘培进行固色,最后进行手感处理,再经1-3分钟湿短烘箱固色而成成品。
以上所述内胶连状染料墨水采用数码喷绘机直接喷绘到不经任何处理的织物上。
本发明所述固色处理是采用网纹辊用丙烯酸类树脂进行固色。
本发明所述网纹辊的手感处理是网纹辊采用亲水硅油类手感剂进行处理。
本发明所述内胶连状染料墨水用数码喷绘机直接喷印到织物上不经烘干,直接进入湿短烘箱固色,最后进行手感处理成成品,内胶连状染料墨水组成如下:

本发明所述杀菌剂为非甲荃的防霉剂。
本发明所述内胶连状染料墨水的树脂为丙烯酸类树脂。
传统数码印花技术剖析:
传统数码印花即利用数码技术对各种纺织品进行印花加工,其加工过程是通过各种数码数字手段将图像输入到计算机,再通过印花软件系统编辑处理后形成所需要的图案,再由输入软件控制喷绘机将各种专用墨水直接喷印到经上浆的织物上,再经102℃的蒸汽、固色、再水洗脱浆退浮色,然后固色、定型等处理,才是成品。胚布上浆---定型----数码印花----烘干----蒸汽固色----水洗----定型----成品。
传统的数码印花的织物必须经上浆预先处理。浆料组成主要包括糊料(海藻酸钠)、碱剂(小苏打)、元明粉、尿素等,其中糊料的作用是抑制喷印在织物上的墨水不扩散,保持印花图案的高清晰。碱剂(小苏打)、元明粉、尿素是帮组染料上色和固色的作用。
由于上浆后的织物在饱和汽蒸(102℃)十多分钟后,再水洗退浆很难洗净浮色,所需大量的新鲜水,冷热交替反复水洗、固色,即耗水又耗能。造成水资源的浪费,增加环境污染。
元明粉虽是一种促染盐,能提高染色效果,但其加入导致了高COD值、废水的污染排放。
10%以上比量的尿素的加入起到膨化织物纤维以及增加活性染料墨水的渗透性,但它在水洗中使废水氨氮指标居高不下,提高了污水处理的难度和成本。
由以上所述可以分拆本发明技术性能与传统数码印花技术优越性所在。
本发明的优点是数码喷绘机直接喷绘到不经过任何处理的织物上,随后进湿短烘箱固色,手感处理即成成品。构造简单,耗能少,效率高,无废气、无废水、无废渣,正在做到清洁生产、零排放。

由图1所示,传统数码印花机有毯带1,数码打印机2,红外烘干机3,清洗装置4,上胶机5,红外烘干机6,卷布机7,胚布机8,绘湿机9,挤压机10,湿短烘箱11,固色装置12,短湿烘箱13,收布机14。可看出机械部件繁多,耗能大,效率差。
实施例2
由图2所示,本发明的装置是在放布机1,收布机6现有技术基础上,放布机1的织物7用内胶连状染料墨水及数码喷绘机2打印后,直接进入90℃~170℃垂直来回运转2-10分钟的固色湿短烘箱3发色,尔后经手感处理槽的网纹辊4的水溶性亲水硅油的处理,或再加丙烯酸树脂固色处理,再经50℃~90℃平卧式固色湿短烘箱5的1-3分钟固色,最后布料进入收布机6。

本发明的方法:是内胶连状染料墨水用数码喷绘机直接喷印到织物上不经烘干,直接进入90℃~170℃湿短烘箱2-10分钟,烘焙进行固色,最后进行网纹辊手感处理,再经1-3分钟湿短烘箱固色而成成品。

1.一种染料墨水的数码直喷印花装置,它包括放布机,收布机,其特征是放布机上的半漂布的织物采用内胶连状染料墨水直接进行数码喷绘机喷绘,喷绘后进入90℃~170℃湿短烘箱或饱和气蒸经2-10分钟时间的发色,尔后经网纹辊的手感剂或再加固色处理,再经50℃~90℃平卧式固色湿短烘箱1-3分钟时间烘干,最后织物进入收布机即为成品。
