Abstract

本发明提出了一种免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水及制备方法、和应用于织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,解决了现有活性喷墨印花技术中墨水价格高,蒸化后还需皂洗,其工艺产生大量印染污水的问题。免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水,包含以下重量百分比的原料:活性混合染料9%~12%,表面活性剂0.02%~0.04%、保湿剂15%~30%、杀菌剂0.05%~0.5%、pH调节剂0.03%~2%,粘度调节剂2%~10%、消泡剂0.01%~0.05%,其余为去离子水,本发明有效解决了活性墨水适应的织物喷墨打印蒸化后,皂洗水洗等清洗过程中产生的污水排放问题,以及现有活性墨水成本高昂的问题,从而达到节能减排的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染技术领域,特别是指一种免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水及制备方法、和应用于棉类、丝绸类、棉纤维类、锦纶类等织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺。
背景技术
喷墨印花是将通过数字化技术的图像输入到计算机,经软件修改编排后,再由专用RIP软件控制喷墨印花系统。将墨水直接喷射在棉布,达到设计要求的印花图案。喷墨印花相比传统印花有以下优点:1)印花品质高端,喷墨印花色彩丰富,过渡自然,无套数限制能逼真还原图案;2)无版印花:图像能直接打印在织物上,可省掉传统印花制版能工序,节约了很多空间;3)可满足个性化、小批量生产的需要;4)由有限的基本色组成,只需CMYK四个基本色,就能达到所需的颜色。然而,现有的喷墨印花技术也存在以下缺点,阻碍了其在印染企业的规模应用。目前国内市场上所使用的印花墨水,大部分来自进口,墨水价格高,蒸化后还是要皂洗,和传统印花一样产生大量的废水。此外,现有的喷墨印花也需要用传统海藻浆等糊料进行预处理,所以和传统印花一样需要进行烘干、蒸化、皂洗等过程,与传统工艺一样也会产生大量的印染污水。
发明内容
本发明提出一种免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水及制备方法、和应用于织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,本发明得色率极高,有效降低了墨水的成本,此外还解决了现有技术中预处理时用海藻浆等糊料上浆,蒸化后还是要皂洗,其工艺产生大量印染污水的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水,包含以下重量百分比的原料:
活性混合染料9%~12%,表面活性剂0.02%~0.04%、保湿剂15%~30%、杀菌剂0.05%~0.5%、pH调节剂0.03%~2%,粘度调节剂2%~10%、消泡剂0.01%~0.05%,其余为去离子水;所述活性混合染料为P型活性染料与KN型活性染料的混合;
所述表面活性剂为AEO-3脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述保湿剂为二乙二醇,1,2丙二醇,聚乙二醇200,聚乙二醇400,聚乙二醇600,二乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种;
所述杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮;
所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺和邻苯二甲酸氢钾中的一种或两种;
所述粘度调节剂为丙三醇;
所述消泡剂为硅聚醚消泡剂。
本发明提出免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)依次取活性混合染料、表面活性剂、保湿剂、杀菌剂、pH调节剂、粘度调节剂、消泡剂、去离子水置于容器中,在常温下混合,以转速500~2000r/min搅拌90min,混合均匀后静置30min得混合原液;
2)将所述混合原液依次经过0.5μm、0.2μm的过滤膜过滤,保留滤液;
3)将所述滤液进行脱气包装,即得。
本发明又提出免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水应用于织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,包括以下步骤,
1)制备预处理液,并对所述预处理液进行发泡,制得泡沫浆;
2)对织物进行泡沫上浆预处理,后烘干;
3)取免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水置于喷墨打印设备中,对织物进行高速喷墨印花,后烘干,再经过汽蒸、冷水过洗、烘干、定型处理后,即得成品。
优选的,步骤1)中所述预处理液包含以下重量百分比原料:免洗微泡沫添加剂2%~5%、碳酸氢钠3%~5%、尿素40%~50%、防染盐0.8%~1%。
优选的,所述免洗微泡沫添加剂是十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硬脂酸钠中的一种或几种。
优选的,步骤1)中所述预处理液的制备方法:取免洗微泡沫添加剂、碳酸氢钠、尿素、防染盐置于高速搅拌机中,加入80℃的去离子水,后使温度保持在60~80℃,高速搅拌机中泡比为1:4~5,给浆量20%~35%,转速2000~3000r/min,搅拌15分钟得到泡沫浆。
优选的,步骤2)中上浆预处理的具体方法:将所述泡沫浆通过圆网或涂层设备对织物上浆,在60℃下对织物烘干1min。
优选的,步骤3)中汽蒸处理是采用传统蒸化机在102℃下对织物蒸化8min;
冷水过洗是用传统的水洗机冷水过洗5min,无需皂洗;
定型处理是加入柔软剂,在160℃下定型1min。
本发明的优点:
1)本发明有效解决了棉类、丝绸类、棉纤维类等织物上喷墨打印蒸化后,因皂洗水洗等清洗过程中产生的污水排放问题,从而达到节能减排的目的。本发明所制的墨水所含杂质少,得色率极高,打印流畅性好,储存稳定性好,蒸化后只需水过洗,无需皂洗,色牢度高;不易水解,不易损害喷头;摩擦牢度、水洗牢度、日晒牢度等都达到国家标准,且本墨水适用于大多数工业用喷头,包括富士SAMBA喷头,星光1024喷头,京瓷喷头,EPSON喷头等;
2)本发明活性免皂洗喷墨印花工艺配合免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水,得色率极高,达到95%以上,故蒸化后冷水过洗过程中,只洗下预处理时留在织物上的化学物质及微量过量的墨水染料,此污水相较传统工艺蒸化后皂洗时排放的污水,有质的减少。所得成品的色牢度,摩擦牢度,PH值等均达到国家要求。因其得色率极高,相较于传统墨水,墨水中染料的含量大幅下降,有效降低了墨水成本;
3)本发明活性喷墨印花免皂洗工艺中采用圆网或涂层设备对棉类、丝绸类、锦纶类等织物进行预处理,一方面可以降低织物上浆后的含浆量,有利于提高车速和减少烘燥时能源的消耗,另一方面能节约化工浆料,降低成本,降低清洗后的污水排放,达到节能减排,此外泡沫上浆的织物还易于退浆,不影响印花织物的手感。

以四个具体实施例来说明本发明的技术方案
实施例一
免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)依次取过滤后的黑色P型染料8%,黑色KN型染料4%,表面活性剂AEO-30.02%,保湿剂为二乙二醇5%、1,2丙二醇10%,杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮0.05%,粘度调节剂丙三醇5%,pH调节剂三乙醇胺0.03%,硅聚醚消泡剂0.01%,去离子水置于容器中,在常温下混合,以转速2000r/min搅拌90min,混合均匀后静置30min得混合原液;
2)将混合原液依次经过0.5μm、0.2μm的过滤膜过滤,保留滤液;
3)将滤液进行脱气包装,即得。
将上述制备的免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水,应用于织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,本实施例中织物棉纤维类织物,包括以下步骤,
1)制备预处理液,并对预处理液进行发泡,制得泡沫浆;预处理液包含以下重量百分比原料:免洗微泡沫添加剂4.5%、碳酸氢钠3%、尿素40%、防染盐0.8%;本实施例免洗微泡沫添加剂为十二烷基硫酸脂钠盐3%,十二烷醇1%,硬脂酸钠0.5%,预处理液的制备方法:取免洗微泡沫添加剂、碳酸氢钠、尿素、防染盐置于高速搅拌机中,加入80℃的去离子水,后保持温度为80℃,高速搅拌机中泡比为1:4,上浆量20%,转速2000r/min,搅拌15分钟得到泡沫浆;
2)对织物进行泡沫上浆预处理,后烘干;上浆预处理的具体方法:将泡沫浆用圆网或涂层设备对织物上浆,在60℃下对织物烘干1min;
3)取免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水置于喷墨打印设备中,对织物进行高速喷墨印花,后烘干,再经过汽蒸、冷水过洗、烘干、定型处理后,即得成品。汽蒸处理是采用传统蒸化机在102℃下对已经喷墨印花后的织物蒸化8min;冷水过洗是用传统的水洗机冷水过洗5min,无需皂洗;定型处理是加入柔软剂,在160℃下定型1min,。
实施例二
免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)依次取过滤后的翠兰P型染料5%,取过滤后的翠兰KN型染料3%,表面活性剂AEO-3 0.04%,保湿剂为1,2丙二醇10%、聚乙二醇400 10%;杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮0.5%,粘度调节剂丙三醇10%,pH调节剂三乙醇胺0.03%、邻本二甲酸氢钾0.02%,硅聚醚消泡剂0.01%,去离子水置于容器中,在常温下混合,以转速1500r/min搅拌90min,混合均匀后静置30min得混合原液;
2)将混合原液依次经过0.5μm、0.2μm的过滤膜过滤,保留滤液;
3)将滤液进行脱气包装,即得。
将上述制备的免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水,应用于织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,本实施例中织物棉纤维类织物,包括以下步骤,
1)制备预处理液,并对预处理液进行发泡,制得泡沫浆;预处理液包含以下重量百分比原料:免洗微泡沫添加剂4.5%、碳酸氢钠4%、尿素45%、防染盐1%;本实施例免洗微泡沫添加剂为十二烷基硫酸脂钠盐3%,硬脂酸钠0.5%,月桂基硫酸钠1%,预处理液的制备方法:取免洗微泡沫添加剂、碳酸氢钠、尿素、防染盐置于高速搅拌机中,加入80℃的去离子水,后加热至100℃,高速搅拌机中泡比为1:4,上浆量25%,转速2000r/min,搅拌15分钟得到泡沫浆;
2)对织物进行泡沫上浆预处理,后烘干;上浆预处理的具体方法:将泡沫浆用圆网或涂层设备对织物上浆,在60℃下对织物烘干1min;
3)取免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水置于喷墨打印设备中,对织物进行高速喷墨印花,后烘干,再经过汽蒸、冷水过洗、烘干、定型处理后,即得成品。汽蒸处理是采用传统蒸化机在102℃下对已经喷墨印花后的织物蒸化8min;冷水过洗是用传统的水洗机冷水过洗5min,无需皂洗;定型处理是加入柔软剂,在160℃下定型1min。

3)将滤液进行脱气包装,即得。

3)取免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水置于喷墨打印设备中,对织物进行高速喷墨印花,后烘干,再经过汽蒸、冷水过洗、烘干、定型处理后,即得成品。汽蒸处理是采用传统蒸化机在102℃下对已经喷墨印花后的织物蒸化8min;冷水过洗是用传统的水洗机冷水过洗5min,无需皂洗;定型处理是加入柔软剂,在160℃下定型1min。
实施例四
1)依次取过滤后的黄色P型染料6%,取过滤后的黄色KN型染料3%,表面活性剂AEO-3 0.03%,保湿剂为聚乙二醇200 10%、二乙二醇15%,杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮0.5%,粘度调节剂丙三醇10%,pH调节剂三乙醇胺0.4%、邻本二甲酸氢钾0.2%,硅聚醚消泡剂0.02%,去离子水置于容器中,在常温下混合,以转速2000r/min搅拌90min,混合均匀后静置30min得混合原液;
2)将混合原液依次经过0.5μm、0.2μm的过滤膜过滤,保留滤液;
3)将滤液进行脱气包装,即得。
将上述制备的免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水,应用于织物上的喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,本实施例中织物棉纤维类织物,包括以下步骤,
1)制备预处理液,并对预处理液进行发泡,制得泡沫浆;预处理液包含以下重量百分比原料:免洗微泡沫添加剂5%、碳酸氢钠5%、尿素50%、防染盐1%;本实施例免洗微泡沫添加剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%,硬脂酸钠1%,月桂基硫酸钠2%,预处理液的制备方法:取免洗微泡沫添加剂、碳酸氢钠、尿素、防染盐置于高速搅拌机中,加入80℃的去离子水,后加热至100℃,高速搅拌机中泡比为1:5,上浆量30%,转速3000r/min,搅拌15分钟得到泡沫浆;
2)对织物进行泡沫上浆预处理,后烘干;上浆预处理的具体方法:将泡沫浆用圆网或涂层设备对织物上浆,在60℃下对织物烘干1min;
3)取免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水置于喷墨打印设备中,对织物进行高速喷墨印花,后烘干,再经过汽蒸、冷水过洗、烘干、定型处理后,即得成品。汽蒸处理是采用传统蒸化机在102℃下对已经喷墨印花后的织物蒸化8min;冷水过洗是用传统的水洗机冷水过洗5min,无需皂洗;定型处理是加入柔软剂,在160℃下定型1min。
将本发明4个实施例制备的活性喷墨墨水,配合本发明免皂洗工艺,打印在棉纤维织物上,得到的成品经纺织品国家标准GB18401-2010(B类技术要求)测试,各项指标如下表所示:

由以上结果可知,本发明制备的活性墨水打印流畅性好,色牢度高,储存稳定性好,得色率极高,无异味,对人体安全度数高。

Claims (4)

1.免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分比的原料:
活性混合染料9%~12%,表面活性剂0.02%~0.04%、保湿剂15%~30%、杀菌剂0.05%~0.5%、pH调节剂0.03%~2%,粘度调节剂2%~10%、消泡剂0.01%~0.05%,其余为去离子水;
所述活性混合染料为P型活性染料与KN型活性染料的混合;
所述表面活性剂为AEO-3脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述保湿剂为二乙二醇,1,2丙二醇,聚乙二醇200,聚乙二醇400,聚乙二醇600,二乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种;
所述杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮;
所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺和邻苯二甲酸氢钾中的一种或两种;
所述粘度调节剂为丙三醇;
所述消泡剂为硅聚醚消泡剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)依次取活性混合染料、表面活性剂、保湿剂、杀菌剂、pH调节剂、粘度调节剂、消泡剂、去离子水置于容器中,在常温下混合,以转速500~2000r/min搅拌90min,混合均匀后静置30min得混合原液;
2)将所述混合原液依次经过0.5μm、0.2μm的过滤膜过滤,保留滤液;
3)将所述滤液进行脱气包装,即得。
3.如权利要求1所述的免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水应用于织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
1)制备预处理液,并对所述预处理液进行发泡,制得泡沫浆;所述预处理液包含以下重量百分比原料:免洗微泡沫添加剂2%~5%、碳酸氢钠3%~5%、尿素40%~50%、防染盐0.8%~1%;所述预处理液的制备方法:取免洗微泡沫添加剂、碳酸氢钠、尿素、防染盐置于高速搅拌机中,加入80℃的去离子水,后使温度保持在60~80℃,高速搅拌机中泡比为1:4~5,给浆量20%~35%,转速2000~3000r/min,搅拌15分钟得到泡沫浆;
2)对织物进行泡沫上浆预处理,后烘干;上浆预处理的具体方法:将所述泡沫浆通过圆网或涂层设备对织物上浆,在60℃下对织物烘干1min;
3)取活性数码喷墨墨水置于喷墨打印设备中,对织物进行高速喷墨印花,后烘干,再经过汽蒸、冷水过洗、烘干、定型处理后,即得成品;汽蒸处理是采用传统蒸化机在102℃下对织物蒸化8min;冷水过洗是用传统的水洗机冷水过洗5min,无需皂洗;定型处理是加入柔软剂,在160℃下定型1min。
4.如权利要求3所述的免皂洗活性数码喷墨墨水应用于织物上的活性喷墨印花免皂洗印染工艺,其特征在于,
所述免洗微泡沫添加剂是十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硬脂酸钠中的一种或几种。
