本发明提供了一种适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水,包括以下按重量比计的原料:无盐级活性染料4‑20%,乙二醇30‑45%,丙二醇3‑8%,尿素0.5‑1.5%,pH调节剂0‑0.2%,渗透剂0.5‑5%,润湿剂0.05‑2%,杀菌剂0.1‑0.3%,螯合剂0.05‑0.5%,余量为去离子水;本发明的京瓷水性活性直喷印花墨水打印流畅性、待机性能好,打印性能稳定,不会产生拉丝、斜喷现象,其色彩稳定性和还原性好,具有防水耐擦耐晒等性能,满足数码印花需求,并且环保、无毒害,通过REACH和绿叶认证,所述墨水与京瓷喷头兼容性好,可以通用于京瓷喷头活性直喷印花设备。

一种适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于数码印花技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水及其制备方法。
背景技术
活性数码印花,也称活性数码直喷印花或活性数码喷墨印花,即利用数码技术对各种棉布、丝绸、亚麻等天然纺织面料进行直接印花加工,其加工过程简单来说就是通过各种数字化手段,将图像输入到计算机,通过印花软件系统编辑处理后,形成所需要的图案,再由输出软件控制打印,将各种专用印花墨水直接喷印到各种织物上,然后经过102℃的蒸汽固色、脱浆褪浮色、后整理等处理,获得印有高精度图案的印花纺织品。
纺织品数码喷墨印花技术依靠其明显的绿色印花技术和独特的印花方式,已在全球逐步替代传统的纺织品印花技术。随着数码喷墨印花技术的持续发张,从Epson头写真机活性直喷也发展到工业机活性直喷,在全国环保力度进一步加强的背景下,全国印染行业水污染问题更为突出。因而更多印染企业选择更环保的活性数码印花,从而促进了活性数码直喷印花的发展。作为活性数码印花中不可缺少的、决定印花效果的关键因素的活性印花墨水液随之发展。活性印花墨水是纤维素纤维和蛋白纤维上常用着色剂,具有印花产品色牢度高、色谱齐全和色泽鲜艳等特点。随着活性数码印花技术的持续发展,特别是速度更快、效率更高、精度更高的京瓷活性数码直喷印花,市场对活性印花墨水的要求不断增大。而且,由于京瓷喷头具有高精度、高速度以及高喷射墨量的特点,其对于活性印花墨水有着更高的要求,特别是延长喷头寿命、拉丝情况、打印面料的透过性、打印流畅性等要求,需要低含盐量、高得色率、高色彩还原性的环保型活性染料。但是,目前市场上尚未有适用于京瓷喷头活性印花喷墨打印机的国产高性能京瓷水性活性直喷墨水。
发明内容
为了克服现有国内技术中存在的以上缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水及其制备方法。
一种京瓷水性活性直喷印花墨水,包括以下按重量比计的原料:

优选地,所述无盐级活性染料是经过提纯精制研磨的活性染料,不含盐分,所述活性染料选自C.I.Reactive Bule15、C.I.Reactive Bule72、C.I.Reactive Red 218、C.I.Reactive Yellow95、C.I.Reactive含一氯均三嗪染料、C.I.Reactive含乙烯砜染料、C.I.Reactive Bule49、C.I.Reactive Red24:1、C.I.Reactive Red245和C.I.ReactiveOrange13中的至少一种。
优选地,所述pH调节剂选自陶氏的AMP-95、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和Tris碱中的至少一种。
优选地,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、胺类中的至少一种。
进一步优选地,所述渗透剂选自OE-2、OE-4、OE-6、JFC、EL-30、EL-90、尿素中的至少一种。
优选地,所述润湿剂为炔二醇乙氧基类表面活性剂和聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类表面活性剂中的至少一种。
进一步优选地,所述炔二醇乙氧基类表面活性剂选自气体化学Surfynol 104E、Surfynol465、Surfynol485,Dynol 604和Dynol 607,天津赛菲502、508、DS960、爱式ET-50中的至少一种。
进一步优选地,所述聚醚改性聚硅氧烷类表面活性剂选自TEGO 410、TEGO440、TEGO450、TEGO100、TEGO245、TEGO270、Dynol 960、Dynol 980、BYK346、BYK348和EFKA3580中的至少一种。
更优选地,所述润湿剂为Surfynol485、BYK346、Dynol 607和EFKA3580中的至少一种。
优选地,所述杀菌剂选自ROCIMA520S、PROXEL GXL、TROY公司的TROYSAN 186中的至少一种。优选地,所述螯合剂选自选自EDTA和EDTA-2N中的至少一种。
优选地,所述墨水粘度为4.5-7.5mpa.s,表面张力为25-45mN/cm。
上述适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷墨水可用于活性直喷印花。
一种制备上述京瓷水性活性直喷印花墨水的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取各原料;
(2)将去离子水加热至30-45℃;
(3)以400-600rpm的搅拌速度,边搅拌边向步骤(2)的去离子水中依次加入丙二醇、乙二醇、渗透剂、杀菌剂、润湿剂、螯合剂和pH调节剂后,搅拌15-30min后;加入尿素,继续搅拌15-30min;然后加入活性染料后,将搅拌速度提升至600-800rpm,搅拌30-60min混合均匀;
(4)上述得到的混合物进行测试粘度与表面张力,粘度合格范围为4.5-7.5mpa.s,优选5-6.5mpa.s,表面张力合格范围为25-45mN/cm,优选30-40mN/cm,合格后在15-35℃下陈化24-48h,使墨水中成分完全溶解以及分散体系达到平衡,不溶类物质和不稳定胶体析出;陈化完成后用1um PP熔喷滤芯和0.2um聚乙烯砜折叠滤芯正压过滤第一遍去除大颗粒及树脂沉淀,再用进口0.2um聚乙烯砜折叠滤芯负压过滤第二遍以进一步去除较小沉淀和絮凝胶体,最后用进口0.2um聚乙烯砜滤膜负压过滤并使用PALL除泡囊除泡后包装。
本发明的有益效果
1.本发明的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水打印流畅性、待机性好,打印性能稳定,不会产生拉丝、斜喷现象;
2.本发明的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水稳定性、真丝双面透效果好、色彩还原性好,印花产品水性、干湿擦、耐晒等性能,满足数码活性印花需求,打印前后批次颜色一致性好;
3.本发明的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水长期储存不会腐蚀、堵塞喷头,从而延长了喷头的使用寿命;
4.本发明的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷墨水本身环保、无毒害,通过REACH和绿叶认证,所述墨水与京瓷喷头兼容性好,可以广泛用于京瓷工业机数码印花。
具体实施方式
下面将结合下文的实例对本发明做更详细的描述,但所述实例不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1-8和对比例1-8
实施例1
一种京瓷水性活性直喷印花墨水,包括以下按重量比计的原料:C.I.ReactiveBule1512.8%,乙二醇(EG)35%,丙二醇(PG)5%,尿素(UREA)0.5%,Proxel GXL 0.1%,Tris碱0.1%,EDTA 0.1%,Surfynol 485 1%,Dynol 607 0.2%,EL-90 1.5%,余量为去离子水。
上述京瓷水性活性直喷印花墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取各原料;
(2)将去离子水加热至40℃;
(3)以600rpm的搅拌速度,边搅拌边向步骤(2)的去离子水中依次加入丙二醇、乙二醇、EL-90、Proxel GXL、Surfynol 485、Dynol 607、EDTA和Tris碱后,搅拌20min后完全溶解;加入尿素,继续搅拌20min至混合均匀;然后加入C.I.Reactive Bule15,将搅拌速度提升至700rpm,搅拌50min混合均匀;
(4)上述得到的混合物进行测试粘度与表面张力,粘度合格范围为5-6.5mpa.s,表面张力合格范围为30-40mN/cm,合格后在35℃下陈化48h,使墨水中成分完全溶解以及分散体系达到平衡,不溶类物质和不稳定胶体析出;陈化完成后用1um PP熔喷滤芯和0.2um聚乙烯砜折叠滤芯正压过滤第一遍去除大颗粒及树脂沉淀,再用0.2um聚乙烯砜折叠滤芯负压过滤第二遍以进一步去除较小沉淀和絮凝胶体,最后用0.2um pp滤膜负压过滤并使用PALL除泡囊除泡后。
以和实施例1相同的制备方法、不同的配方制备得到实施例2-8和对比例1-8的京瓷水性活性直喷印花墨水,具体配方分别如表1和表2所示。
性能测试
将过滤后的墨水在京瓷KJ4B-300DPI喷头上用专用波形文件和测试图片测试墨水性能,连续打印时间不少于2h,打印前后测试条无断线、斜喷及拉丝等情况;测试完后关闭散喷待机30min,再次打印测试,测试条完好;最后打印机进行保湿处理后关闭电源,保持墨盒负压不滴墨情况下,72h后开机,清洗喷头时无堵孔斜喷现象,墨水性能优异。实施例2-8和对比例1-8的墨水的性能测试结果分别见表1和表2。
通过实施例和对比例对照实验可以得出UREA和Dynol 607的加入有效地改善了流畅性和真丝打印双面透的性能;UREA的加入有吸潮保湿的性能也能改善喷头长时间保湿。

1.一种适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水,其特征在于,包括以下按重量比计的原料:

余量为去离子水;
所述渗透剂为EL-90;
所述润湿剂为Surfynol485、BYK346、Dynol 607和EFKA3580中的至少一种;
所述水性活性直喷印花墨水用于京瓷喷头;
所述墨水粘度为5-6.5mpa.s,表面张力为30-40mN/cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水,其特征在于,所述无盐级活性染料选自C.I.Reactive Bule15、C.I.Reactive Bule72、C.I.Reactive Red218、C.I.Reactive Yellow95、C.I.Reactive含一氯均三嗪染料、C.I.Reactive含乙烯砜染料、C.I.Reactive Bule49、C.I.Reactive Red245和C.I.Reactive Orange13中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自陶氏的AMP-95、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和Tris Base中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂选自ROCIMA520S、PROXEL GXL、TROY公司的TROYSAN186中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA。
6.一种制备根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的适用于京瓷喷头的水性活性直喷印花墨水法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取各原料;
(2)将去离子水加热至30-45℃;
(3)以400-600rpm的搅拌速度,边搅拌边向步骤(2)的去离子水中依次加入丙二醇、乙二醇、渗透剂、杀菌剂、润湿剂、螯合剂和pH调节剂后,搅拌15-30min后;加入尿素,继续搅拌15-30min;然后加入无盐级活性染料后,将搅拌速度提升至600-800rpm,搅拌30-60min混合均匀;
(4)将得到的混合物进行陈化,过滤、除泡,即得所述墨水。
