本发明公开一种苹果保鲜剂,包括以下重量份的原料:淀粉15‑30份,谷氨酸5~8份,硅酸钙0.4~2.0份,柠檬酸2~3份,抑菌唑2~7份,海泡石5~10份,蜂蜜5~15份,生长素0.1~0.3份,防腐剂2~5份,甘露糖1~2份,水20~35份。本发明的保鲜剂配方合理,制作成本低廉,使用效果好,具有杀灭和抑制细菌生长的作用,保鲜效果持续时间长。

技术领域
本发明属于保鲜剂技术领域,特别涉及一种苹果保鲜剂。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平的提高,市场上的水果品种和产量也日益增加,人们不仅需要更换不同品种的水果,而且要求水果新鲜。然而水果中往往会含有较多的水份,储存水果时间长,会使水果脱水而变味,也会使水果因水份而腐烂 ;同时水果在存期内仍有生命活 动,吸收氧气,呼出二氧化碳,从而在进行自身氧化的过程中,会导致温摩上升。如果储存时 间较长,热量又不易散发水果就会腐烂、变质,既污染了环境,又带来经济损失。现有的水果 保鲜主要是低温保藏,同时保持干燥和空气流通,但缺点要备有很大的冷藏室,投资大,占 地大,耗能大,费用较大。另一较常用的水果保鲜采用塑料薄膜,它把每只水果全部包覆,让 其维持缓慢的呼吸作用,缺点是产生的热量不易散发,放置几个月,水果仍会腐烂,而且塑 料薄膜制造工艺复杂,生产成本较高,而且不易降解,容易造成环境污染。

本发明的目的在于提供一种苹果保鲜剂,解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种苹果保鲜剂,包括以下重量份的原料:淀粉 15-30 份,谷氨酸 5~ 8份,硅酸钙 0.4 ~ 2.0份,柠檬酸 2 ~ 3 份,抑菌唑 2~7 份,海泡石 5~10 份,蜂蜜 5~ 15 份,生长素 0.1~0.3 份,防腐剂 2~5份,甘露糖1~2份,水 20~ 35 份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:淀粉25 份,谷氨酸 6份,硅酸钙1.2份,柠檬酸3份,抑菌唑 6份,海泡石 8 份,蜂蜜 10 份,生长素0.2 份,防腐剂 4 份,甘露糖2份,水 30份。
优选地,还包括茶多酚 3—10 份。
本发明有益效果:本发明的保鲜剂配方合理,制作成本低廉,使用效果好,具有杀灭和抑 制细菌生长的作用,保鲜效果持续时间长。

一种苹果保鲜剂,包括以下重量份的原料:淀粉 30 份,谷氨酸 5份,硅酸钙 0.8份,柠檬酸3 份,抑菌唑 6 份,海泡石10份,蜂蜜 14份,生长素 0.3 份,防腐剂4 份,甘露糖2份,水 28份,茶多酚8份。

1.一种苹果保鲜剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:淀粉 15-30 份,谷氨酸 5~8份,硅酸钙 0.4 ~ 2.0份,柠檬酸 2 ~ 3 份,抑菌唑 2~7 份,海泡石 5~10 份,蜂蜜5~ 15 份,生长素 0.1~0.3 份,防腐剂 2~5 份,甘露糖1~2份,水 20~ 35 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的苹果保鲜剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:淀粉25份,谷氨酸 6份,硅酸钙1.2份,柠檬酸3 份,抑菌唑 6份,海泡石 8 份,蜂蜜 10 份,生长素0.2 份,防腐剂 4 份,甘露糖2份,水 30 份。
