Abstract
本发明提供一种解酒荔枝饮料及其制备方法,属于饮料制备领域,所述饮料的原料组成为荔枝果肉、狗狗秧、牛西西、笔仔草、姜味草和腹水草。本发明荔枝饮料通过添加中草药成分,将药性引入饮料中,使得以此方法制备出来的饮料不仅保留了荔枝中丰富的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质营养精华,而且口感细腻,味道清香,同时具有行气利尿、和胃醒酒和保肝止呕等功效,能够减缓酒精进入血液的速度,加快血液中酒精的排泄,保护胃肠粘膜,从而达到解酒护肝的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料制备技术领域,尤其是一种解酒荔枝饮料及其制备方法。
技术背景
目前,市面上销售的解酒药的有效成分大多是化学成分,吃多会产生一定的副作用,而且解酒药解酒只能起到暂时的缓解作用,根本无法消除酒精对人体肝脏以及胃部器官的损害。因此,有必要研究出一种快速解酒的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解酒荔枝饮料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种解酒荔枝饮料,所述饮料的原料组成为:荔枝果肉80-100份、狗狗秧10-30份、牛西西5-25份、笔仔草15-27份、姜味草12-24份、腹水草8-24份。
较优的,一种解酒荔枝饮料,所述饮料的原料组成为:荔枝果肉85-95份、狗狗秧15-25份、牛西西10-20份、笔仔草18-24份、姜味草15-21份、腹水草12-20份。
较优的,一种解酒荔枝饮料,所述饮料的原料组成为:荔枝果肉90份、狗狗秧20份、牛西西15份、笔仔草21份、姜味草18份、腹水草16份。
本发明上述解酒荔枝饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将狗狗秧、牛西西、笔仔草、姜味草和腹水草洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,与菘菜子一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3-5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15-20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)的混合液与蜂蜜溶液搅拌均匀,然后在300-600MPa条件下超高压杀菌5-10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品解酒荔枝饮料,其中,所述蜂蜜溶液是由市售蜂蜜与纯净水按体积比1:4-1:5配制而成;所述蜂蜜溶液与混合液的体积比为1:5-1:10;所述惰性气体为氮气或者氖气。
本发明解酒荔枝饮料不仅保留了荔枝中丰富的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质营养精华,而且口感细腻,味道清香。本发明解酒荔枝饮料通过添加中草药成分,具有行气利尿、和胃醒酒和保肝止呕等功效,能够减缓酒精进入血液的速度,加快血液中酒精的排泄,保护胃肠粘膜,从而达到解酒护肝的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种解酒荔枝饮料,其原料的质量组成为:荔枝果肉100份、狗狗秧30份、牛西西25份、笔仔草27份、姜味草24份、腹水草24份;制备方法如下:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将狗狗秧、牛西西、笔仔草、姜味草和腹水草洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,与菘菜子一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;

实施例2一种解酒荔枝饮料,其原料的质量组成为:荔枝果肉90份、狗狗秧20份、牛西西15份、笔仔草21份、姜味草18份、腹水草16份。
实施例3 一种解酒荔枝饮料其原料的质量组成为:荔枝果肉80份、狗狗秧10份、牛西西5份、笔仔草15份、姜味草12份、腹水草8份;制备方法如下:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将狗狗秧、牛西西、笔仔草、姜味草和腹水草洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,与菘菜子一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;

1.一种解酒荔枝饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料的原料组成为:荔枝果肉80-100份、狗狗秧10-30份、牛西西5-25份、笔仔草15-27份、姜味草12-24份、腹水草8-24份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解酒荔枝饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料的原料组成为:荔枝果肉85-95份、狗狗秧15-25份、牛西西10-20份、笔仔草18-24份、姜味草15-21份、腹水草12-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的解酒荔枝饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料的原料组成为:荔枝果肉90份、狗狗秧20份、牛西西15份、笔仔草21份、姜味草18份、腹水草16份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的解酒荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
