(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将到老嫩、齿缘草、草鞋青、波斯菊、逼血雷、八仙草、斑叶堇菜和蚌兰叶洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3-5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15-20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)的混合液与蜂蜜溶液搅拌均匀,然后在300-600MPa条件下超高压杀菌5-10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品荔枝饮料,其中,所述蜂蜜溶液是由市售蜂蜜与纯净水按体积比1:6-1:8配制而成;所述蜂蜜溶液与混合液的体积比为1:10-1:15;所述惰性气体为氮气或者氖气。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热解毒的荔枝饮料,其特征在于:所述主要原料及其质量配比组成为:荔枝果肉90份、到老嫩20份、齿缘草15份、草鞋青21份、波斯菊18份、逼血雷16份、八仙草20份、斑叶堇菜12份、蚌兰叶15份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的清热解毒的荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将到老嫩、齿缘草、草鞋青、波斯菊、逼血雷、八仙草、斑叶堇菜和蚌兰叶洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3-5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15-20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)的混合液与蜂蜜溶液搅拌均匀,然后在300-600MPa条件下超高压杀菌5-10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品荔枝饮料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种清热解毒的荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中蜂蜜溶液是由市售蜂蜜与纯净水按体积比1:6-1:8配制而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种清热解毒的荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中蜂蜜溶液与混合液的体积比为1:10-1:15。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种清热解毒的荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中充入的惰性气体为氮气或者氖气。
