Abstract
本发明提供一种解暑荔枝饮料及其制备方法。本发明荔枝饮料的原料组成为荔枝果肉、芭蕉叶、大沙叶、凤眼兰、金丝草、罗望子、驴蹄草和三轮蒿。本发明荔枝饮料通过添加中草药成分,将药性引入饮料中,使得以此方法制备出来的饮料不仅保留了荔枝中丰富的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质营养精华,而且口感细腻,味道清香,同时具有利水通淋、清热解暑等功效,适宜夏天饮用,老少皆宜,具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料制备技术领域,尤其是一种解暑荔枝饮料及其制备方法。
技术背景
中暑是指长时间暴露在高温环境中、或在炎热环境中进行体力活动引起机体体温调节功能紊乱所致的一组临床症候群,以高热、皮肤干燥以及中枢神经系统症状为特征。核心体温达41℃是预后严重不良的指征,体温超过40℃的严重中暑病死率为41.7%,若超过42℃,病死率为81.3%。
在药物防治方面,治疗中暑常用物理方法降温、补水补盐、机械通风、合理安排作息制度,辅以药物如氯丙嗪、异丙嗪、安定等镇静药,但效果不理想。中医理论对中暑的解释为“暑之为气,时应乎夏。在天为热,在地为火,在人为心。暑之伤,先着于心,暑热之邪乘机侵入”。所以想方设法要把“邪气”逼出,因此常采用用针刺、刮痧等方式解暑。在治疗和防治方面,则多采用清热泻火、祛湿解毒、养津生阴的中成药,且卓有成效。例如,治疗暑热轻症的有清凉油、无极丹、十滴水。治疗暑热重症的有行军散、暑症片、玉枢丹。治疗暑热重症的药物往往含有一些有毒物质对人体内脏造成损伤,例如玉枢丹中的千金子霜、红大戟等均为通利迅疾而有毒之品,麝香不适合孕妇服用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种解暑荔枝饮料及其制备方法。本发明荔枝饮料通过添加中草药成分,将药性引入饮料中,使得以此方法制备出来的饮料不仅保留了荔枝中丰富的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质营养精华,而且口感细腻,味道清香,同时具有利水通淋、清热解暑等功效,适宜夏天饮用,老少皆宜,具有广阔的市场前景。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种解暑荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉80-100份、芭蕉叶10-30份、大沙叶5-25份、凤眼兰15-27份、金丝草12-24份、罗望子8-24份、驴蹄草10-30份、三轮蒿6-18份。
较优的,一种解暑荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉85-95份、芭蕉叶15-25份、大沙叶10-20份、凤眼兰18-24份、金丝草15-21份、罗望子12-20份、驴蹄草15-25份、三轮蒿9-15份。
较优的,一种解暑荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉90份、芭蕉叶20份、大沙叶15份、凤眼兰21份、金丝草18份、罗望子16份、驴蹄草20份、三轮蒿12份。
根据上述配方,本发明还提供上述解暑荔枝饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将芭蕉叶、大沙叶、凤眼兰、金丝草、罗望子、驴蹄草和三轮蒿洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3-5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15-20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)的混合液与蜂蜜溶液搅拌均匀,然后在300-600MPa条件下超高压杀菌5-10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品解暑荔枝饮料,其中,所述蜂蜜溶液是由市售蜂蜜与纯净水按体积比1:6-1:8配制而成;所述蜂蜜溶液与混合液的体积比为1:10-1:15;所述惰性气体为氮气或者氖气。
配方中主要原料的作用及功效:
芭蕉叶:其味甘、淡,性寒,入心、肝二经具有清热,利尿,解毒功效。主治热病,中暑,脚气,痈肿热毒,烫伤。
大沙叶:其味苦,性寒具有清热解暑,活血祛瘀功效。主要用于中暑,感冒发热,肝炎,跌打损伤。
凤眼兰:其味淡,性凉。具有清热解暑,利尿消肿功效。主要用于中暑烦渴,肾炎水肿,小便不利。
金丝草:其味甘、淡,性凉。具有清热,解暑,利尿功效。主要用于感冒高热,中暑,尿路感染,肾炎水肿,黄疸型肝炎,糖尿病,小儿久热不退。
罗望子:其味甘、酸,性凉。具有清热解暑,消食化积功效。主要用于中暑,食欲不振,小儿疳积,妊娠呕吐,便秘。
驴蹄草:其味辛、微苦,性凉。具有清热,利湿,解毒功效。主要用于中暑,尿路感染;外用治烧烫伤,毒蛇咬伤。
三轮蒿:其味微涩,性温。具有清暑,镇痛,补虚功效。主治中暑,腹痛,肺痨。

实施例1 一种解暑荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉100份、芭蕉叶30份、大沙叶25份、凤眼兰27份、金丝草24份、罗望子24份、驴蹄草30份、三轮蒿18份。
实施例2一种解暑荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉90份、芭蕉叶20份、大沙叶15份、凤眼兰21份、金丝草18份、罗望子16份、驴蹄草20份、三轮蒿12份。
实施例3一种解暑荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉80份、芭蕉叶10份、大沙叶5份、凤眼兰15份、金丝草12份、罗望子8份、驴蹄草10份、三轮蒿6份。
制备上述实施例1-3的荔枝饮料的方法可以按照以下步骤进行:

1.一种解暑荔枝饮料,其特征在于:由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉80-100份、芭蕉叶10-30份、大沙叶5-25份、凤眼兰15-27份、金丝草12-24份、罗望子8-24份、驴蹄草10-30份、三轮蒿6-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑荔枝饮料,其特征在于:由以下质量份的原料制备:荔枝果肉85-95份、芭蕉叶15-25份、大沙叶10-20份、凤眼兰18-24份、金丝草15-21份、罗望子12-20份、驴蹄草15-25份、三轮蒿9-15份。

(2)将芭蕉叶、大沙叶、凤眼兰、金丝草、罗望子、驴蹄草和三轮蒿洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3-5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15-20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)的混合液与蜂蜜溶液搅拌均匀,然后在300-600MPa条件下超高压杀菌5-10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品解暑荔枝饮料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种解暑荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中蜂蜜溶液是由市售蜂蜜与纯净水按体积比1:6-1:8配制而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种解暑荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中蜂蜜溶液与混合液的体积比为1:10-1:15。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种解暑荔枝饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中充入的惰性气体为氮气或者氖气。
