Abstract
本发明提供一种解酒荔枝饮料及其制备方法,属于饮料制备领域,由以下质量份的原料组成荔枝果肉、人面子、菘菜子、午香草、大苦溜溜和醋林子。本发明荔枝饮料通过添加中草药成分,将药性引入饮料中,使得以此方法制备出来的饮料不仅保留了荔枝中丰富的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质营养精华,而且口感细腻,味道清香,同时具有行气利尿、和胃醒酒和保肝止呕等功效,能够减缓酒精进入血液的速度,加快血液中酒精的排泄,保护胃肠粘膜,从而达到解酒护肝的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料制备技术领域,尤其是一种解酒荔枝饮料及其制备方法。
技术背景
目前,市面上销售的解酒药的有效成分大多是化学成分,吃多会产生一定的副作用,而且解酒药解酒只能起到暂时的缓解作用,根本无法消除酒精对人体肝脏以及胃部器官的损害。因此,有必要研究出一种快速解酒的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种解酒荔枝饮料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种解酒荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料组成:荔枝果肉80-100份、人面子10-30份、菘菜子5-25份、午香草15-27份、大苦溜溜12-24份、醋林子8-24份;制备步骤如下:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将人面子、午香草、大苦溜溜和醋林子洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,与菘菜子一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3-5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15-20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)的混合液与蜂蜜溶液搅拌均匀,然后在300-600MPa条件下超高压杀菌5-10min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入惰性气体,即得成品解酒荔枝饮料。
较优的,所述解酒荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料组成:荔枝果肉85-95份、人面子15-25份、菘菜子10-20份、午香草18-24份、大苦溜溜15-21份、醋林子12-20份。
较优的,事实上解酒荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料组成:荔枝果肉90份、人面子20份、菘菜子15份、午香草21份、大苦溜溜18份、醋林子16份。
本发明解酒荔枝饮料不仅保留了荔枝中丰富的氨基酸、维生素和矿物质营养精华,而且口感细腻,味道清香。本发明解酒荔枝饮料通过添加中草药成分,将药性引入饮料中,具有行气利尿、和胃醒酒和保肝止呕等功效,能够减缓酒精进入血液的速度,加快血液中酒精的排泄,保护胃肠粘膜,从而达到解酒护肝的目的。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例1 一种解酒荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料组成:荔枝果肉100份、人面子30份、菘菜子25份、午香草27份、大苦溜溜24份、醋林子24份。制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将人面子、午香草、大苦溜溜和醋林子洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,与菘菜子一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
(3)将步骤(1)与步骤(2)的混合液与由市售蜂蜜与纯净水按体积比1:6配制而成的蜂蜜溶液按10:1的体积比混合搅拌均匀,然后在300MPa条件下超高压杀菌5min,再进行无菌灌装,而后将容器中的空气抽净,充入氮气,即得成品解酒荔枝饮料。
实施例2一种解酒荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料组成:荔枝果肉90份、人面子20份、菘菜子15份、午香草21份、大苦溜溜18份、醋林子16份。制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将人面子、午香草、大苦溜溜和醋林子洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,与菘菜子一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;

实施例3 一种解酒荔枝饮料,由以下质量份的原料组成:荔枝果肉80份、人面子10份、菘菜子5份、午香草15份、大苦溜溜12份、醋林子8份。制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;

1.一种解酒荔枝饮料,其特征在于:由以下质量份的原料组成:荔枝果肉80-100份、人面子10-30份、菘菜子5-25份、午香草15-27份、大苦溜溜12-24份、醋林子8-24份;制备步骤如下:
(1)将新鲜的荔枝去皮、去核,然后将荔枝果肉放到搅拌机中榨汁,过滤去渣,得到荔枝汁备用;
(2)将人面子、午香草、大苦溜溜和醋林子洗净,各自切成长度小于1cm的碎块,与菘菜子一起放入陶罐或砂罐中,加水至浸过药材表面2-5cm,浸泡3-5h,煮沸后继续用旺火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬15-20min,然后过滤并合并两次得到的药汁;
