辣椒,别名:牛角椒、长辣椒、菜椒、灯笼椒,拉丁文名:Capsicum annuum L.,茄科、辣椒属一年或有限多年生草本植物。茎近无毛或微生柔毛,分枝稍之字形折曲。叶互生,枝顶端节不伸长而成双生或簇生状,矩圆状卵形、卵形或卵状披针形,全缘,顶端短渐尖或急尖,基部狭楔形;花单生,俯垂;花萼杯状,不显著5齿;花冠白色,裂片卵形;花药灰紫色。果梗较粗壮,俯垂;果实长指状,顶端渐尖且常弯曲,未成熟时绿色,成熟后成红色、橙色或紫红色,味辣。种子扁肾形,淡黄色。

本发明的目的,是提供一种辣椒苹果复合饮料,本发明富含丰富的维生素B2、胡萝卜素及钙、铁等矿物含量,可以提高孕妇机体的免疫功能。
采用的技术方案是:
一种辣椒苹果复合饮料,包括如下重量份数的配方组分:
辣椒5-10份,苹果9-15份,柠檬酸5-8份,小苏打3-7份,白砂糖9-16份,食用乙酸4-8份,食盐2-8份,食用色素1-3份和适量的水。
一种辣椒苹果复合饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种辣椒苹果复合饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的配方组分:
辣椒5-10份,苹果9-15份,柠檬酸5-8份,小苏打3-7份,白砂糖9-16份,食用乙酸4-8份,食盐2-8份,食用色素1-3份和适量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣椒苹果复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
