Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of crop cultivation, in particular to a planting method of uncaria.
Background
Uncaria rhynchophylla is one of the Vine plants, and the Vine plant (Vine) is also called climbing plant, and is lifted by winding main stems or climbing organs to climb other objects. The uncaria is a good material for vertical greening, and the liana uncaria with luxuriant branches is used as a greening barrier for sunlight, so that the uncaria is pleasant to the eyes, and meanwhile, the visual sanitary condition is improved, the environment is beautified, the environmental sanitation is improved, and meanwhile, the uncaria also has a larger important value to dry stems and branches with hooks to be used as medicines. Has effects in tranquilizing mind, lowering blood pressure, clearing away heat, calming liver, calming endogenous wind, and arresting convulsion, and can be used for treating headache, giddiness, common cold with convulsion, convulsive epilepsy, convulsion, gestational eclampsia, hypertension, etc.
The growth habit of uncaria is preferably selected to be planted in subalpine slope of subalpine sandy loam with semi-yin and semi-yang, deep soil layer, fertility, looseness, good drainage and no pollution. It can also be planted in intercropping with middle and young pine or walnut trees with low density and not large crown.
The uncaria planting method relates to seedling raising, wherein the seedling raising comprises three seedling raising modes of plant division, cuttage and seeds, the plant division seedling raising has the defects of small quantity and difficulty in large-area popularization, and the seed seedling raising has the defect of long growth period, so that the cuttage seedling raising mode is generally adopted in large-scale planting at present.
The existing cutting seedling raising has two modes, namely, the cutting seedling raising is carried out in a greenhouse and then transplanting is carried out, and the cutting seedling raising is directly planted into a planting land. For the first kind of cutting seedling, there is a disadvantage that although the survival rate can be improved by cutting in a greenhouse with environmental issues, about 20% of the hooked vine seedlings die during the transplanting process because: in addition to the death of uncaria caused by human beings in the transplantation process, uncaria can also cause death due to sudden environmental changes. The second method of directly cutting uncaria into planting land has poor rooting capacity and survival rate of only 80%, although the seedling raising is simple. Therefore, a new planting method is needed to improve the survival rate of the uncaria rhynchophylla by cutting seedling.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a planting method of uncaria to solve the technical problem of low survival rate of uncaria.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the uncaria planting method comprises the following steps:
a. selecting uncaria stem cutting branches: selecting uncaria with a growth cycle of more than one year, and cutting the uncaria into sections with the length of 30-70 cm;
b. preparation of nutrient solution: preparing 0.15-0.2 part of naphthylacetic acid, 0.1-0.25 part of gibberellin, 0.05-0.1 part of potassium nitrate, 0.05-0.08 part of monopotassium phosphate, 0.13-0.15 part of magnesium sulfate and 2 parts of water in parts by weight, mixing the components, and dividing the components into two parts;
c. treating uncaria stem cutting branches: smearing a protective agent on the top end of the branch in the growth direction to protect a wound, longitudinally marking at least one rooting opening on the bottom end by using a knife, and soaking the bottom end in a nutrient solution for 1-3 minutes;
d. manufacturing a containing bag: the containing bag comprises a bag blank made of starch plastic and a bag body woven by plant fibers, and the bag blank is fixed in the bag body;
e. adding nutrient solution into the holding bag: adding the nutrient solution in the step b into the bag blank, wherein the amount of the nutrient solution is 2/3 of the volume of the bag blank;
f. putting the cutting branches into a containing bag: c, inserting the bottom end of the uncaria stem cutting branches in the step c into a containing bag, wherein the bottom end is located above the nutrient solution and is 3-10 mm away from the nutrient solution level, and tightly binding the opening of the containing bag and the cutting branches through ropes;
g. putting the containing bag into the soil: and punching a socket on the trimmed ground, putting the accommodating bag into the socket, and covering soil.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. in the step a, generally, uncaria needs to be selected for more than three years for cutting, and the scheme only needs to adopt uncaria for more than one year, so that the source is more sufficient, and the requirement of large-scale cutting is met; considering that the uncaria is convenient to match with a back containing bag to match with cuttage and can not be shorter than 30cm, if the binding is too short, the binding is inconvenient.
2. In the nutrient solution adopted in the step b, besides providing necessary growth primordium, naphthylacetic acid and gibberellin for increasing rooting are also provided; effectively improving the survival rate.
3. And c, longitudinally marking at least one rooting opening at the bottom end of the branch in the growth direction by using a knife, so that more departments of the phloem of the branch participate in rooting, and the rooting amount of the branch is ensured.
4. The use of containment bags as the necessary step for cuttage during steps d to g has the following advantages:
firstly, nutrient solution is stored in a bag blank through a container, the bag blank is made of starch plastic, the bag blank can prevent leakage, the nutrient solution can be stored in a containing bag for at least 2 months, uncaria is inserted into the nutrient solution, the stability of the environment in a laboratory is kept, the rooting part is isolated from the external soil, a good environment is created for rooting, and meanwhile, the bottom end of the inserted uncaria is positioned above the nutrient solution and is 3-10 mm away from the nutrient solution level; therefore, the uncaria can not decay root systems due to overnutrition in the early stage.
Thirdly, the bag blank of the containing bag is made of starch plastics, the bag blank can be degraded generally in about 3 months, the root system is basically and completely grown at the time, the root system penetrates through the bag blank and is pricked into the soil, and the survival of the uncaria can be ensured; meanwhile, nutrient solution in the containing bag can leak out to provide subsequent nutrition for the rooted uncaria.
Finally, the whole containing bag is buried in the soil at the early stage of cuttage without transplantation, thus avoiding the death of uncaria caused by transplantation.
The optimization of the basic technical scheme is as follows:
the first optimization scheme is as follows: in the step a, the selected branches are 40 cm; therefore, the operation of workers is not affected by too long branches in the cuttage process, a longer uncaria body can be ensured in the initial state of the uncaria, the growth cycle of the uncaria is shortened, and in addition, if the selected branches are higher than 40cm, partial dead branches are easy to appear through a planting test.
The second optimization scheme, the first basic scheme or the first optimization scheme: in step e, adding sterilized fine sand to the nutrient solution in order to prevent the nutrient solution from leaking out of the containing bag; the nutrient solution is fixed by fine sand, so that leakage in the cutting process can be prevented.
In the step g, the dimples on the ground are arranged in a mode of 40cm in the transverse direction and 20cm in the longitudinal direction, so that the necessary space for growth can be ensured.
The optimization scheme is four, the thickness of the bag blank in the bag that holds is 2~3mm, and the last border of bag blank is provided with the net or disperses the strip, makes latticedly or disperses the strip with the bag blank last border and lets the air admission in the soil hold the bag in, can strengthen the growth ability of root system like this.
The preferable scheme is five: in order to prevent the influence of mixed bacteria in the soil on the rooting of the cutting branches, a sterilizing solution is soaked or sprayed outside the bag body of the containing bag.
