技术领域
本发明涉及芯材与纤维增强树脂片材这2个树脂制构件层叠一体化而成的树脂复合体的制造方法;和,作为前述芯材利用的聚酯系树脂发泡体。
背景技术
以往,纤维增强树脂(FRP)片材作为用于构成船舶、货车的主体的构件被广泛利用。
该纤维增强树脂片材通常具备由玻璃纤维等强度优异的纤维形成的织物、无纺布作为基材片材,是使树脂浸渗于该基材片材而成的。
因此,纤维增强树脂片材与未进行利用纤维的增强的一般的树脂片材相比具有优异的强度。
近年,研究了,通过将这样的纤维增强树脂片材与由树脂发泡体形成的芯材层叠一体化,从而制作兼具优异的强度和轻量性的树脂复合体(参照下述专利文献1)。
该种树脂复合体在表面具备由纤维增强树脂片材形成的高强度的纤维增强树脂层,且芯材使用轻量的树脂发泡体。
因此,该种树脂复合体在风力发电用风车的叶片、电子设备的壳体、汽车部件等之类要求轻量性和高的机械强度的领域中扩大用途。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
构成树脂复合体的纤维增强树脂片材的基材片材通常为无纺布等的情况下,容易使树脂浸渗。
另一方面,基材片材为织物时,容易使纤维增强树脂层为高强度的材料。
然而,即使使用基材片材为织物的纤维增强树脂片材,也有与芯材层叠时基材片材的纤维会变为紊乱的状态、无法使树脂复合体发挥充分的强度的情况,谋求其对策。
本发明以满足这样的期望为课题,课题在于,提供强度优异的树脂复合体。
用于解决问题的方案
为了解决上述课题,本发明人进行了深入研究,结果发现:从固着效果等观点出发,在表面粗糙度变粗的条件下制作通常使用的芯材。
另外,本发明人发现:芯材的表面粗糙度粗成为原因而有时无法使树脂复合体发挥足够优异的强度。
而且,本发明人发现:通过以聚酯系树脂作为芯材的主原料时对芯材赋予规定的表面性状,从而可以解决上述那样的问题,至此完成了本发明。
即,用于解决上述课题的本发明的聚酯系树脂发泡体为如下所述的聚酯系树脂发泡体,其是由树脂发泡体形成的芯材与纤维增强树脂片材层叠一体化而得到的树脂复合体的形成中使用的、作为前述芯材使用的聚酯系树脂发泡体,前述纤维增强树脂片材具备由纤维织物形成的基材片材和浸渗于该基材片材的树脂,层叠该纤维增强树脂片材的面的表面粗糙度(Ra)为2.5μm以下。
另外,用于解决上述课题的本发明的树脂复合体的制造方法为如下所述的树脂复合体的制造方法,其为实施层叠工序的树脂复合体的制造方法,所述层叠工序使用纤维增强树脂片材和由树脂发泡体形成的芯材,将前述芯材与前述纤维增强树脂片材层叠一体化而形成树脂复合体,前述纤维增强树脂片材具备由纤维织物形成的基材片材和浸渗于该基材片材的树脂,前述芯材为具有2.5μm以下的表面粗糙度(Ra)的聚酯系树脂发泡体,前述层叠工序中,在前述聚酯系树脂发泡体的具有前述表面粗糙度(Ra)的面层叠前述纤维增强树脂片材。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的“表面粗糙度(Ra)”的术语只要没有特别限定就是指JIS B 0601-2013中规定的算术平均粗糙度(Ra)。
发明的效果
根据本发明,可以提供强度优异的树脂复合体。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
首先,对树脂复合体进行说明。
本实施方式的树脂复合体是纤维增强树脂片材与由聚酯系树脂发泡体形成的芯材层叠一体化而成的。
纤维增强树脂片材具备由纤维织物形成的基材片材和浸渗于该基材片材的树脂。
树脂复合体通过该纤维增强树脂片材变为在芯材表面具备纤维增强树脂层的结构。
此处作为前述芯材,例如可以举出:聚酯系树脂发泡片材(以下,也简单称为“发泡片材”)、对聚酯系树脂发泡珠粒进行模具内成型而得到的珠粒发泡成型体。
以下,主要以芯材为发泡片材的情况为例,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
以下,对用于构成前述芯材的发泡片材进行说明。
对于该发泡片材,从其生产效率方面出发,优选的是,使以聚酯系树脂作为主成分的聚酯系树脂组合物挤出发泡而成的发泡片材。
该发泡片材的至少单面具有2.5μm以下的表面粗糙度(Ra)。
发泡片材是为了在具有这样的表面粗糙度的面层叠纤维增强树脂片材而使用的。
需要说明的是,一般的挤出发泡法中,难以使发泡片材为2.5μm以下的表面粗糙度(Ra)。
因此,发泡片材优选的是,在表面粗糙度(Ra)超过2.5μm的状态下暂时制作后,另行以表面粗糙度(Ra)为2.5μm以下的方式进行处理。
需要说明的是,针对直接难以得到具有2.5μm以下的表面粗糙度(Ra)的芯材这一点,对于珠粒发泡成型体也是相同的。
对于作为前述发泡片材的主原料的聚酯系树脂,例如可以采用:二羧酸和多元醇进行缩合反应而得到的高分子量的线状聚酯。
作为该聚酯树脂,例如可以举出芳香族聚酯树脂。
该聚酯树脂也可以为聚乳酸系树脂等脂肪族聚酯树脂。
芳香族聚酯树脂通常包含芳香族二羧酸成分和二醇成分。
作为该芳香族聚酯树脂,例如可以举出:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂、聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲醇酯树脂、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂等。
前述发泡片材中含有的芳香族聚酯树脂优选为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂。
需要说明的是,芳香族聚酯树脂可以单独使用也可以组合使用二种以上。
芳香族聚酯树脂除了芳香族二羧酸成分和二醇成分以外也可以含有三元以上的多元羧酸、其酐作为构成成分。
具体而言,芳香族聚酯树脂也可以含有偏苯三酸等三羧酸、均苯四酸等四羧酸作为构成成分。
芳香族聚酯树脂除了芳香族二羧酸成分和二醇成分以外也可以含有甘油等三醇、季戊四醇等四醇之类的三元以上的多元醇作为构成成分。
另外,发泡片材中含有的芳香族聚酯树脂也可以为从使用过的塑料瓶等回收、再生了的再利用材料。
发泡片材中含有的芳香族聚酯树脂只要在发挥热塑性的范围内也可以实施部分交联。
作为用于将芳香族聚酯树脂交联的交联剂,例如可以举出:均苯四酸酐等酸二酐、多官能环氧化合物、噁唑啉化合物、噁嗪化合物等。
需要说明的是,交联剂可以单独使用也可以组合使用二种以上。
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂通过交联剂进行交联时,可以向挤出机内与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂一起供给交联剂并在该挤出机内进行动态交联即可。
向挤出机内供给的交联剂的量过少时,有使聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂的熔融粘度不足的担心。
而且,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂的熔融粘度过低时,将发泡片材挤出发泡时有容易产生破泡的担心。
另一方面,交联剂的量过多时,有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂的熔融粘度变得过高的担心。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂的熔融粘度变得过高时,通过挤出发泡制造发泡片材的情况下等挤出机的负荷变得过高,有挤出发泡本身变困难的担心。
因此,使用于构成前述芯材的树脂组合物的基础树脂为交联聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂时,优选的是,相对于前述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂100质量份、以0.01质量份以上且5质量份以下的比例使用交联剂并使其交联。
另外,前述比例更优选为0.1质量份以上且1质量份以下。
作为前述聚乳酸系树脂,可以使用乳酸进行酯键合而聚合的树脂。
使发泡片材中含有的热塑性树脂为聚乳酸系树脂时,从商业上获得容易性和发泡性赋予的容易性的观点出发,该聚乳酸系树脂优选D-乳酸(D体)和L-乳酸(L体)的共聚物、D-乳酸或L-乳酸的任意一者的均聚物、选自由D-丙交酯、L-丙交酯和DL-丙交酯组成的组中的1个或2个以上的丙交酯的开环聚合物。
需要说明的是,聚乳酸系树脂可以单独使用也可以组合使用二种以上。
聚乳酸系树脂也可以含有脂肪族多元醇等作为除乳酸以外的单体成分。
作为该单体成分,例如可以举出:乙醇酸、羟基丁酸、羟基戊酸、羟基己酸、羟基庚酸等脂肪族羟基羧酸;琥珀酸、己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸、十二烷二酸、琥珀酸酐、己二酸酐、均苯三酸、丙三羧酸、均苯四酸、均苯四酸酐等脂肪族多元羧酸;乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、新戊二醇、癸二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇等。
聚乳酸系树脂例如也可以具备:烷基、乙烯基、羰基、芳香族基团、酯基、醚基、醛基、氨基、腈基、硝基等官能团。
聚乳酸系树脂可以通过异氰酸酯系交联剂等交联,也可以在主链、侧链具备除酯键以外的键。
需要说明的是,发泡片材可以如下制作:在这样的基础树脂中适当配混发泡剂、气泡成核剂等,制备适于挤出发泡的聚酯系树脂组合物,使其通过装有圆形模、平模的挤出机进行挤出发泡,从而制作。
作为前述发泡剂,可以适当采用化学发泡剂、物理发泡剂。
作为前述化学发泡剂,例如可以举出:偶氮二甲酰胺、二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、亚肼基二甲酰胺、碳酸氢钠等。
需要说明的是,化学发泡剂可以单独使用也可以组合使用二种以上。
作为前述物理发泡剂,例如可以举出:丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷、正戊烷、异戊烷、己烷等饱和脂肪族烃、二甲醚等醚类、氯甲烷、1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷、1,1-二氟乙烷、单氯二氟甲烷等弗利昂、二氧化碳、氮气等。
其中,前述发泡片材的制作中使用的发泡剂优选为二甲醚、丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷、二氧化碳等。
前述发泡剂更优选为丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷等,特别优选为正丁烷、异丁烷。
需要说明的是,物理发泡剂可以单独使用也可以组合使用二种以上。
另外,也可以组合使用化学发泡剂和物理发泡剂。
前述气泡成核剂例如可以举出:滑石、云母、二氧化硅、硅藻土、氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化镁、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、氢氧化钙、碳酸钾、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、硫酸钾、硫酸钡、玻璃珠粒等无机化合物颗粒、聚四氟乙烯等有机化合物颗粒等。
另外,用于制作发泡片材的聚酯系树脂组合物中,除此之外,可以含有抗氧化剂、防老剂、耐气候剂、抗菌剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、防蚁剂、防鼠剂、颜料等各种添加剂。
该发泡片材通常可以采用0.5~5mm厚度的发泡片材,可以采用表观密度为0.01~0.7g/cm3的发泡片材作为前述芯材。
用于对该发泡片材形成纤维增强树脂层的前述纤维增强树脂片材中,前述基材片材、前述树脂没有特别限定。
构成纤维增强树脂片材的基材片材的纤维例如可以举出:不锈钢纤维、钢纤维等金属纤维、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、硼纤维、碳化硅纤维、氧化铝纤维、Tyranno纤维、玄武岩纤维、其他陶瓷纤维之类的无机纤维;芳族聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑(PBO)纤维等有机纤维;等。
其中,从具有优异的机械强度和耐热性的方面出发,构成基材片材的纤维优选为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维等,更优选为碳纤维。
作为前述基材片材,例如可以采用:将多个前述纤维合并而成的合丝、捻丝进行了平织、斜织或缎织而成的面材。
前述基材片材可以仅由一张面材构成,也可以将多个面材层叠而构成。
另外,对于前述纤维增强树脂层,无需仅由1张纤维增强树脂片材构成,也可以由多张纤维增强树脂片材形成纤维增强树脂层。
需要说明的是,浸渗于前述基材片材、且与前述基材片材一起用于纤维增强树脂层的形成的树脂没有特别限定,例如可以举出:一般的热塑性树脂、热固性树脂。
作为前述热塑性树脂,没有特别限定,例如可以举出:烯烃系树脂、聚酯系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、热塑性聚氨酯树脂、硫醚系树脂、丙烯酸类树脂等。
需要说明的是,热塑性树脂可以单独使用也可以组合使用二种以上。
对于构成前述纤维增强树脂片材的树脂,考虑到与发泡片材的粘接性时,在热塑性树脂中优选聚酯树脂。
作为构成纤维增强树脂片材的前述热固性树脂,没有特别限定,例如可以举出:环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、聚氨酯树脂、有机硅树脂、马来酰亚胺树脂、乙烯基酯树脂、氰酸酯树脂等。
作为前述热固性树脂,也可以为使马来酰亚胺树脂和氰酸酯树脂预聚而成的树脂。
从耐热性、弹性模量和耐化学药品性优异的方面出发,作为前述热固性树脂,优选环氧树脂、乙烯基酯树脂。
需要说明的是,热固性树脂可以单独使用也可以组合使用二种以上。
纤维增强树脂片材中的树脂的含量优选为20质量%以上且70质量%以下,更优选为30质量%以上且60质量%以下。
另外,纤维增强树脂片材的厚度优选为0.02mm以上且2mm以下,更优选为0.05mm以上且1mm以下。
为了使用这样的纤维增强树脂片材和前述发泡片材得到树脂复合体,例如可以依次实施下述的(a)工序至(e)工序。
(a)片材制作工序
将含有发泡剂的聚酯系树脂组合物在装有圆形模的挤出机内进行熔融混炼,将熔融混炼物从前述圆形模的圆环状的排出口挤出为筒状,使该熔融混炼物发泡,形成圆筒状的发泡片材,边将该圆筒状的发泡片材用牵引机向挤出方向下游侧牵引边在圆周方向的1处或多处连续地切断,制作长条带状的发泡片材的片材制作工序。
(b)熟化工序
将前述片材制作工序中得到的发泡片材在规定的温度下保存规定时间,将残留于内部的发泡剂与外部的空气置换,并且使挤出发泡时产生的应变缓和的熟化工序。
(c)片材平滑化工序
将前述熟化工序后的发泡片材通过热压机等进行加热/加压,与压制前相比使表面平滑化的片材平滑化工序。
(d)预成型体制作工序
在外形加工为规定大小的发泡片材的表面临时粘接纤维增强树脂片材,制作预成型体的预成型体制作工序。
(e)层叠工序
向具有与制品形状对应的模腔空间的成型模具投入前述预成型体,通过热压机、高压釜对其进行加热/加压,使由发泡片材形成的芯材与纤维增强树脂片材层叠一体化,制作芯材的表面形成有纤维增强树脂层的树脂复合体的层叠工序。
需要说明的是,制作树脂复合体时,无需实施(a)至(e)的全部工序。
另外,制作树脂复合体时,在(a)至(e)的工序中也可以进一步加入其他工序。
前述层叠工序中,为了在构成纤维增强树脂片材的基材片材的纤维中不产生乱纹,重要的是,构成预成型体的芯材的表面为平滑且与纤维增强树脂片材之间显示出良好的滑动性。
具体而言,构成预成型体的芯材具有2.5μm以下的表面粗糙度(Ra)时,在抑制基材片材的纤维乱纹的方面是重要的。
另一方面,片材制作工序中,难以得到表面平滑性优异的发泡片材。
片材制作工序中,如果想要得到表面平滑性优异的发泡片材,则在制造条件上受到各种制约,有降低发泡片材的生产效率的担心。
因此,片材制作工序中,优选制作表面粗糙度(Ra)超过2.5μm的状态的发泡片材。
需要说明的是,芯材为珠粒发泡成型体的情况下,制作表面粗糙度(Ra)超过2.5μm的状态的成型体后,实施与该片材平滑化工序同样的平滑化工序,使该成型体的表面粗糙度(Ra)为2.5μm以下,这在得到良好的树脂复合体的方面也是重要的。
即,本实施方式中,对发泡片材、珠粒发泡成型体实施的平滑化工序是使由发泡片材、珠粒发泡成型体形成的芯材的表面粗糙度(Ra)为2.5μm以下的工序。
作为实施该平滑化工序的具体方法,例如可以举出如下方法:使经过镜面加工的金属板与发泡片材、珠粒发泡成型体的表面抵接而实施热压制;或者,使由熔点高于聚酯系树脂的树脂形成的表面平滑的树脂薄膜与发泡片材、珠粒发泡成型体的表面抵接而实施热压制。
另外,下述方法也作为平滑化工序的具体实施方法而举出:使用经过镜面加工的一对金属辊,在金属辊间设置比该发泡片材、珠粒发泡成型体的厚度稍短的间隙,在该金属辊间通过发泡片材、珠粒发泡成型体,使该发泡片材、珠粒发泡成型体的表面平滑化。
需要说明的是,使表面粗糙度(Ra)为极小的值需要过度的工夫,因此,对于供于层叠工序的芯材,优选使表面粗糙度(Ra)为0.5μm以上,更优选为1.0μm以上。
需要说明的是,发泡片材的表面粗糙度(Ra)例如可以以下那样求出。
(表面粗糙度(Ra)的求出方法)
表面粗糙度依据JIS B0601:2013测定。
具体而言,对于表面粗糙度,作为测定装置,使用KEYENCE CORPORATION制的“双扫描高精度激光测定器LT-9500、LT-9010M”,作为数据处理软件,使用COMS Co.,Ltd.制的“非接触轮廓形状粗糙度测定系统MAP-2DS”进行测定。
对于测定条件,将测定范围设定为18000μm、测定间距设定为5μm、测定速度设定为1000μm/秒、评价长度设定为12.5mm、基准长度设定为2.5mm、光量设定为40,使平均滤波器为2、噪声滤波器为1。
试验片从发泡片材切出宽度100mm×长度100mm×厚度(片材厚度)的材料而制作。
试验片的数量设为5个,测定试验片各个表面背面两面的流动方向和宽度方向的表面粗糙度。
对于算术平均粗糙度(Ra),将平均线至测定曲线的偏差的绝对值加合,以基准长度进行平均(n=20)。
需要说明的是,最大高度由平均线至最高的山顶的高度与直至最低的谷底为止的深度之和求出(n=20)。
另外,表面粗糙度的轮廓曲线要素的平均长度(Sm)为平均线与轮廓线的交点间距离的算术平均值。
需要说明的是,前述片材平滑化工序中,通过对发泡片材的表面施加热,可以提高构成发泡片材表面的聚酯系树脂的结晶度。
该片材平滑化工序后的发泡片材不仅表面平滑,而且结晶度得到提高,表面是硬质的,因此在前述层叠工序中在纤维增强树脂片材间发挥高的滑动性。
另外,通过实施片材平滑化工序,发泡片材的耐热性提高,因此纤维增强片材加热固化时发泡片材中不易产生尺寸变化。
因此,通过实施片材平滑化工序,容易形成纤维的乱纹少的树脂复合体。
即,片材平滑化工序后的发泡片材的表层部中,聚酯系树脂优选具有规定以上的结晶度,具体而言,优选具有15%以上的结晶度。
对于片材平滑化工序后的发泡片材的表层部的结晶度,例如,通过对于从发泡片材的表面至约0.2mm深度为止之间采集的试样进行差示扫描量热分析(DSC)从而可以求出。
前述结晶度具体而言可以如下述求出。
(结晶度的求出方法)
使用差示扫描量热计装置(SII NanoTechnology Inc.制商品名“DSC6220型”),以不存在间隙的方式将前述试样填充至铝制的测定容器底部,在氮气流量20mL/分钟的条件下、以30℃用2分钟保持试样。
之后,得到将试样以速度10℃/分钟从30℃升温至290℃时的DSC曲线。
此时的基准物质使用氧化铝。
结晶度是将由熔融峰的面积求出的熔解热(mJ/mg)与由结晶峰的面积求出的结晶热(mJ/mg)之差除以结晶性热塑性树脂的完全晶体的理论熔解热ΔH0而求出的。
例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的ΔH0为140.1mJ/mg。
试样的结晶度基于下述式算出。
结晶度(%)=(│熔解热(mJ/mg)│-│结晶热(mJ/mg)│)/ΔH0(mJ/mg)×100
以n数5个左右进行上述计算,将算术平均值作为发泡片材的表层部的结晶度。
由上述那样的制造方法制作的树脂复合体无需芯材的全部表面由纤维增强树脂片材覆盖。
对于树脂复合体,例如,芯材为发泡片材时,可以在该发泡片材的两面层叠前述纤维增强树脂片材,也可以仅在前述发泡片材的单面层叠前述纤维增强树脂片材。
根据上述那样的制造方法,可以更确实地得到基材片材的纤维的乱纹少、在表面全部区域具有均质化的强度的树脂复合体。
需要说明的是,上述中,示例作为树脂复合体的芯材使用发泡片材的情况,本发明的树脂复合体的芯材也可以为珠粒发泡成型体等。
另外,本实施方式中,如上述那样示例树脂复合体、其制造方法,但本发明的树脂复合体、其制造方法不限定于上述示例,可以对上述示例加以各种变更。
实施例
接着,列举实施例对本发明进行更详细地说明,但本发明不限定于这些。
(实施例1~2)
将包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂(PET,三井化学株式会社制商品名“SA135”,玻璃化转变温度Tg:79℃,熔点:247.1℃,IV值:0.86)100质量份、滑石0.72质量份和均苯四酸酐0.2质量份的热塑性聚酯系树脂组合物供给至口径为65mm且L/D比为35的单螺杆挤出机,以290℃进行熔融混炼。
接着,将包含异丁烷35质量%和正丁烷65质量%的丁烷以相对于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100质量份为1.0质量份的方式压入至前述单螺杆挤出机的中途。
然后,前述单螺杆挤出机中,使丁烷在热塑性聚酯系树脂组合物中均匀地分散。
之后,在单螺杆挤出机的前端部,将熔融状态的聚酯系树脂组合物冷却至220℃后,从安装于单螺杆挤出机的前端的圆形模使其挤出发泡为圆筒状,制造筒状体。
将该筒状体缓慢扩径,在此基础上,供给至冷却芯棒,将筒状体以其表面温度达到25℃的方式进行冷却。
将冷却后的筒状体遍及内外圆周面间地(沿厚度方向)切断。
切断沿挤出方向连续地实施,将切断后的筒状体展开,从而得到带状的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发泡片材。
此时得到的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发泡片材的厚度为3.2mm,单位面积重量为900g/m2
需要说明的是,以下,将冷却芯棒接触面称为发泡片材的表面,将相反侧的面称为背面。
前述发泡片材在制造后立即置于室温25℃的环境下,在同一环境下经过48小时使其熟化。
对于熟化后的发泡片材,实施以下那样的片材平滑化工序。
从发泡片材切出一边640mm的平面正方形状的片材片。
在设有3.0mm的间隔物的压制机上铺设切出的片材片,以140℃的温度和0.5MPa的压力进行3分钟压制。
之后,保持压力不变地冷却至30℃,得到表1中记载的厚度、单位面积重量的经过表面平滑化的发泡片材(片材片)。
(实施例3~4)
从单螺杆挤出机的中途,将包含异丁烷35质量%和正丁烷65质量%的丁烷以相对于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100质量份为0.5质量份的方式压入至熔融状态的聚酯系树脂组合物,制造厚度2.0mm、单位面积重量600g/m2的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发泡片材,以及在设有1.5mm的间隔物的压制机中铺设切出的片材片进行压制,除此之外,与实施例1~2同样地得到经过表面平滑化的发泡片材。
(实施例5~6)
从单螺杆挤出机的中途,将包含异丁烷35质量%和正丁烷65质量%的丁烷以相对于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100质量份为0.3质量份的方式压入至熔融状态的聚酯系树脂组合物,制造厚度1.7mm、单位面积重量500g/m2的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发泡片材,以及在设有1.5mm的间隔物的压制机中铺设切出的片材片进行压制,除此之外,与实施例1~2同样地得到经过表面平滑化的发泡片材。
(比较例1~2)
利用与实施例1~2同样的方法制作发泡片材,且不实施片材平滑化工序。
(比较例3~4)
利用与实施例5~6同样的方法制作发泡片材,且不实施片材平滑化工序。

需要说明的是,以实施例1~6的发泡片材作为芯材,在其上层叠纤维增强树脂片材,结果基材片材的纤维中没有产生明显的乱纹。另一方面,以比较例1~4的发泡片材作为芯材,在其上层叠纤维增强树脂片材,结果在与芯材的界面部分的基材片材的纤维中产生了波状的乱纹。
由此也可知,根据本发明,可以提供强度优异的树脂复合体。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚酯系树脂发泡体,其是由树脂发泡体形成的芯材与纤维增强树脂片材层叠一体化而得到的树脂复合体的形成中使用的、作为所述芯材使用的聚酯系树脂发泡体,
所述纤维增强树脂片材具备由纤维织物形成的基材片材和浸渗于该基材片材的树脂,
层叠该纤维增强树脂片材的面的表面粗糙度Ra小于2.5μm。
2.一种树脂复合体的制造方法,其为实施层叠工序的树脂复合体的制造方法,所述层叠工序使用纤维增强树脂片材和由树脂发泡体形成的芯材,将所述芯材与所述纤维增强树脂片材层叠一体化而形成树脂复合体,
所述纤维增强树脂片材具备由纤维织物形成的基材片材和浸渗于该基材片材的树脂,
所述芯材为具有小于2.5μm的表面粗糙度Ra的聚酯系树脂发泡体,
所述层叠工序中,在所述聚酯系树脂发泡体的具有所述表面粗糙度Ra的面层叠所述纤维增强树脂片材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的树脂复合体的制造方法,其中,实施如下工序:
片材制作工序,将聚酯系树脂组合物进行挤出发泡,制作作为所述芯材使用的聚酯系树脂发泡片材;
片材平滑化工序,使该片材制作工序中得到的聚酯系树脂发泡片材的表面平滑化,
所述片材制作工序中,制作表面粗糙度Ra超过2.5μm的聚酯系树脂发泡片材,
所述片材平滑化工序中,以所述表面粗糙度Ra小于2.5μm的方式使所述聚酯系树脂发泡片材的表面平滑化,
所述层叠工序中,在该片材平滑化工序中表面被平滑化的聚酯系树脂发泡片材的所述表面层叠所述纤维增强树脂片材。
