Abstract

Description

工具夹持器
本发明涉及一种工具夹持器,其工具上至少有一个轴向封闭式锁闭槽和至少一个朝向背后端面敞开的旋转卡扣槽;在工具夹持器的一个紧固套中至少支承着一个用于锁闭槽的可径向移动的锁闭件和至少装有一个用于旋转卡扣槽的止扣。
例如在DE-PS25 51 125中公开了一种手持式机械的工具夹持器,可以在工具夹持器中装入工具,例如,这种工具至少有两个轴向封闭式锁闭槽和两个朝背后端面敞开的旋转卡扣槽。这里考虑的手持式机械首先主要指凿岩机、组合式凿岩机和风镐。因此,大多数这种手持式机械不仅把旋转运动,而且也把冲击运动传递给装在工具夹持器中的工具,如钻头或钎具。因此必须这样设计工具夹持器:一方面能够传递给工具扭矩,另一方面夹持工具作轴向移动,但是不允许工具从夹持中脱出。
为了完成上述任务,上述公开的工具夹持器在其紧固套中设有可径向移动的锁闭件,它压入工具上的轴向封闭式锁闭槽中,以便轴向夹持工具。在上述公开的例子中,装有两个径向相对的球形锁闭件。由于锁闭槽的长度超过锁闭件,因此,在球形锁闭件在锁闭槽中作滚动的情况下,保证工具有一定的轴向位移。
为了传递扭矩,在紧固套中装有卡扣,例如其形状为两个相对的压条。该卡扣压入工具上朝向背后端面敞开的旋转卡扣槽中。
如上所述,考虑到手持式机械传给工具的冲击运动,因此特别需要:工具在工具夹持器中有一定的轴向位移。这样,在工作时,工具和工具夹持器之间能有不间断的相对位移。当传递扭矩起决定性作用的卡扣成为紧固套的部件之后,在工具和卡扣之间就出现相对位移,同时扭矩还要作用于卡扣。因此,在卡扣和工具之间的接触面就出现特别大的摩擦,它不仅造成卡扣,而且也造成工具相应部位的严重磨损。其后果是工具提前损坏以及工具夹持器产生过大磨损。
为此,本发明的任务是,制造一种不仅避免工具,而且也避免工具夹持器出现有害磨损的手持式机械的上述型式的工具夹持器。
本发明的任务是这样实现的:卡扣至少由至少一个滚动体构成,而滚动体则沿着一个与紧固套主轴相平行的工作面滚动。
采用作为滚动体结构型式的卡扣,一方面保证传递扭矩,而另一方面又避免在工具和工具夹持器之间相对位移时出现那种造成磨损的摩擦。因此,不仅在工具上,而且也在工具夹持器上不会出现摩擦造成的有害磨损。
特别考虑到传递更大的扭矩,如果设置多个滚动体作为卡扣沿着与紧固套相平行的工作面前后相互排列,那么就具有很好的效果。所设置的滚动体数目主要取决于工具和工具夹持器的尺寸。这里,滚动体可以松动地安装在工具夹持器的紧固套中,或者如大家所熟悉的滚动轴承那样,可以安装一个夹持滚动体并使其相互间保持一定距离的保持架。
考虑到工具广泛采用的方式是设有两个径向相对的旋转卡扣槽,因此工具夹持器相应地基本上可以设置两个径向相对的至少由一个滚动体构成的卡扣,这里,卡扣又可以由一个或多个前后相互排列的滚动体构成。
不管设置一个或多个前后相互排列的滚动体,其结构形状均为球形,特别考虑到传递更大的扭矩,滚动体可以采用圆柱形结构,这里也存在这种可能性:多个这样的作为圆柱体结构型式的滚动体前后相互排列。
下面根据本发明的图例对本发明作更详细的阐述。附图中:

在图1工具夹持器中装有一个工具1,它有两个径向相对的轴向封闭式锁闭槽2和两个径向相对的朝背后端面敞开的旋转卡扣槽3。
球形锁闭件4是用于轴向夹持工具,而锁闭件4装在紧固套5中,可以径向移动。借助一个例如可移动的操纵环6(被一个保持架7所包围),使凹槽进入锁闭件4的径向投影区,这样,为了取下工具1,可以把锁闭件4从锁闭槽2中脱出。由于在紧固套5中设置缺口5a,因而保证锁闭件4可以径向移动。
圆柱形卡扣8用于传递扭矩,卡扣8支承在紧固套5的缺口5b中。卡扣8嵌入工具1的旋转卡扣槽3中。
由于卡扣8的结构型式为圆柱体,因此在传递扭矩起决定性作用的部位上不出现摩擦现象,而是在相应部位上出现卡扣8的滚动现象。
在图2的工具夹持器中装有工具11,它有径向相对的两个轴向封闭式锁闭槽12和两个径向相对的朝背后端面敞开的旋转卡扣槽13。球形结构的锁闭件14用于轴向夹持工具11,而锁闭件14则支承在紧固套15的缺口15a中,可以径向移动。例如通过推移围绕紧固套15的操纵环16(被保持架17所包围),可以使凹槽进入锁闭件14的径向投影区,这里为了取下工具11,可以卸下锁闭件14。
为了把扭矩传递给工具11,设置球形卡扣18。卡扣18与朝向背后端面敞开的旋转卡扣槽13共同起作用。并支承在缺口15b中。在传递扭矩起决定作用的部位上,由于卡扣18起到避免摩擦的滚动作用,因此不仅工具11,而且工具夹持器的部件也避免了有害的磨损。

Claims (3)

1.一种用来夹持工具(1,11)的工具夹持器,这种工具至少有一个轴向封闭式的锁闭槽(2,12)和一个朝向背后端面敞开的旋转卡扣槽(3,13),而且工具夹持器的紧固套(5,15)中至少支承一个用于锁闭槽(2,12)的可径向移动的锁闭件(4,14)和至少设置一个用于旋转卡扣槽(3,13)的卡扣(8,18),其特征在于:卡扣(8,18)至少由一个结构形式为圆柱形的滚动体构成,而滚动体是沿着一个与紧固套(5,15)主轴相平行的工作面滚动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工具夹持器,其特征在于:设置多个前后排列的滚动体作为卡扣(8,18),而这些滚动体则沿着与紧固套(5,15)主轴相平行的工作面滚动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的工具夹持器,其特征在于:设置两个基本径向相对的,至少由一个滚动体构成的卡扣(8,18)。
