Abstract

刀夹
本发明涉及一种用于放入刀具的刀夹,刀具具有至少一个轴向封闭的槽,其中在一个接受套筒中可径向移动地放置至少一个用于槽的圆柱形的锁紧件。
DE-OS 2640767,公开了一种用于手持刀具机的刀夹,其中刀具被放入刀夹中,刀具例如具有两个轴向封闭的导槽。上述现有技术中所考虑到的手持刀具机主要涉及钻孔机,组合锤和钎锤。因此,将这些手持刀具机转移到位于刀夹中的刀具,刀具为钻头或钎子,大多数不仅可转动而且可作冲击运动。因此,刀夹必须如此设置,以致一方面能将转动运动传递给刀具,另一方面可确保安全,并且刀具在刀夹中可轴向运动,但不会从中掉下来。
为实现上述需求,这种已知的刀夹具有两个锁紧件,它们为圆柱形并具有一定位部分,据此锁紧件的旋转轴平行于一接受套筒主轴延伸。锁紧件可在该接受套筒内如此径向运动,以致它们在插入位置突入到刀具中预先形成的导槽中。通过导槽轴向封闭,锁紧件防止刀具从刀夹中掉出来,并且在导槽尺寸较长时允许刀具所需求的轴向移动性。刀具中的导槽还具有与锁紧件接触的平面,因而可将旋转运动传递给刀具。
如上所述,将刀具放置在刀夹中使其可作有限的轴向运动特别适应于将冲击运动从手持刀具机传递到刀具。因此,在运行中导致刀具和刀夹之间的相对移动。在用于传递扭矩及确定尺寸的锁紧件与接受套筒分开之后,导致刀具和圆柱形锁紧件之间的相对移动,从而亦将扭矩作用于锁紧件。因此,在锁紧件和刀具的接触平面上产生较高的摩擦,从而引起不仅锁紧件而且刀具上的相应区域的严重磨损。其后果是刀具的提前掉落以及刀夹特别是锁紧件上太大的磨损。
因此,本发明的目的是提供用于已知的这种手持刀具机器的刀夹,它不仅能够避免刀具的,而且可以避免刀夹的有害的磨损。
根据本发明这样实现该目的,即使圆柱形锁紧件具有基本上横向于接受套筒的主轴的旋转轴。
利用这种根据本发明构制的刀夹,与刀具中的槽共同作用的锁紧件不仅传递扭矩,而且用于刀具的轴向固定,该轴向固定允许有限的轴向移动,由于根据本发明,锁紧件的旋转轴横向于刀具的移动方向延伸,因而锁紧件以滚动体的方式进行滚动。由此避免了刀具和锁紧件之间引起摩擦的相对运动,因而不仅大大增加了刀具的而且也增加了刀夹的使用寿命。
如果锁紧件的旋转轴基本上垂直于接受套筒的主轴延伸,则可达到锁紧件的理想的滚动关系。
如果锁紧件的长度大约是其直径的2-3倍,则从锁紧件的尺寸的观点来看是有利的。
最好修整锁紧件的端面,从而使其与刀具配合产生较大的传递范围。此外,在滚动时修整过的端面能够进一步避免由于摩擦而引起的磨损。
最好设置至少两个锁紧件,在安装时可将该两个锁紧件基本上径向相互相对设置。也可设置多于两个锁紧件,例如设置3个锁紧件,该3个锁紧件沿接受套筒的圆周匀均分布。
下面参照一个示出本发明一个实施例的附图对本发明进行说明,该图示出一个其中带有刀具的示意表示的刀夹的截面图。
如图中所示,在刀夹中插入刀具1,刀具有两个相互径向相对设置的槽2,它们轴向封闭。
此外,刀夹具有一接受套筒3,该套筒有缺口3a。在缺口3a中安置着可径向移动的圆柱形锁紧件4。如图所示,锁紧件4的端面被修圆。
在图示连接位置中,锁紧件4与刀具1的槽2相啮合。这样可将扭矩从刀夹传递给刀具1,从而刀具1基于轴向封闭的槽2而轴向固定并可基于槽2的对应尺寸而可在轴向作有限的移动。为此,通过设置锁紧件4,各导槽2的长度超过锁紧件4的直径一确定的量,该量与必要的轴向运动相对应。
接受套筒3由一驱动套筒5包围,而驱动套筒被一外壳6包围。驱动套筒5具有图中未示出的凹穴,这些凹穴例如通过移动驱动套筒5可使这些凹穴与锁紧件4相对齐,从而使锁紧件处于避开的位置即在该位置可将刀具1从刀夹中取出。
除了为刀具中各导槽2只设置一个锁紧件4外,也可设置多个与一个或同一个导槽2一起作用的锁紧件。在这种情况下,锁紧件4沿平行于接受套筒3的主轴平行延伸的方向顺序设置,并可传递较高的扭矩。导槽2的长度与所设锁紧件4的数量相对应,这就是说以这种方式可使刀具1进行充分的轴向运动。

Claims (6)

1.于用刀具(1)的刀夹,它具有至少一个轴向封闭的槽(2),其中在一个接受套筒(3)中可径向移动地放置至少一个用于槽(2)的圆柱形的锁紧件(4),其特征在于,锁紧件(4)具有基本上横向于接受套筒(3)主轴延伸的旋转轴。
2.根据权利要求1的刀夹,其特征在于,锁紧件(4)的旋转轴基本上垂直于接受套筒(3)的主轴延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2的刀夹,其特征在于,锁紧件(4)的长度是其直径的1-3倍。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的刀夹,其特征在于,锁紧件(4)的端面被修圆。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项的刀夹,其特征在于,至少设置两个锁紧件(4)。
6.根据权利要求5的刀夹,其特征在于,设置3个锁紧件(4)。
