本发明揭示了一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,包括如下步骤:1)染色:一浴;二浴;2)沾色洗除;3)烘干;4)化料;5)定型整理。本发明加工流程短,操作简单,去除浮色效果好,保证了织物的色光和色牢度。

一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料领域,特别涉及一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺。
背景技术
阳离子改性涤纶是在常规涤纶的基础上,添加少量第三单体,然后共聚而得。由于阳离子改性涤纶纤维大分子链上有负电荷的磺酸基团的引入,使其可用阳离子染料染色,特别是用分散型阳离子染料对其染色,染料的上染率高、牢度优异、色泽鲜艳。而锦纶纤维的大分子柔曲性较好,使织物的手感柔软,伸长能力较强;其吸湿性较好,耐磨性优异,染色性能较好。如将阳离子改性涤纶与锦纶进行混纺或交织,对面料的不同组分分别进行染色,并通过不同的织造方法可形成不同的布面效果。
阳离子改性涤纶与锦纶混纺织物染色时,为保证织物双组份的色光纯正,一般采用两浴法进行染色。但分散型染料染阳离子改性涤纶时会对锦纶产生沾色现象,造成色牢度下降及色光变化,增加配色的难度,因此必须尽可能防止锦纶沾色或将沾色去除,减少沾色带来的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加工流程短,操作简单,去除浮色效果好,保证了织物的色光和色牢度的分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺。
本发明的技术方案是,提供一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)染色:一浴:将针织物放入染缸中进行第一次染色, 添加分散型阳离子染料、5g/l的硫酸钠以及1.5%浓度的阳离子匀染剂,PH为4-5,浴比为1:15,温度为120℃,时间为40min;
二浴:将一浴后的针织物放入染缸中进行第二次染色,添加酸性染料及1%浓度的酸性匀染剂,PH为4-5,浴比为1:15,温度为100℃,时间为30min;
2)沾色洗除:将染色后的针织物放入染缸中进行沾色洗出处理,在常温下添加3g/l的XKS 302,PH为4-5,之后以2℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,保持30min,之后以3℃/min的降温速率降温至45℃后放水出缸;
3)烘干:将出缸后的针织物经过清水槽后放入烘干机中烘干处理,烘干温度为150℃,时间为50s;
4)化料:以配置50L溶液为例,先在化料桶内加入40L水,接着加入0.2kg的亲水柔软剂XY-DY,加水至50L,搅拌均匀,得到助剂溶液;
5)定型整理:在定型机的轧槽内添加配制好的助剂溶液,然后将烘干的针织物通过轧槽中压液后送入定型机中,定型温度为160℃,时间为50S,获得最终成品针织物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述针织物包括表层的70D/48F锦纶以及里层的75D/72F阳离子改性涤纶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述染色步骤中一浴先染阳离子改性涤纶,二浴再染锦纶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述助剂溶液中亲水柔软剂XY-DY的浓度为4g/l。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述定型整理步骤中第一超喂为5%,第二超喂为10%,风量为80/80,轧液率为70%-80%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述成品针织物中锦纶的沾色等级为4级。
本发明所述为一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,本发明加工流程短,操作简单,去除浮色效果好,保证了织物的色光和色牢度。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一
一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)染色:一浴:将针织物放入染缸中进行第一次染色, 添加分散型阳离子染料、5g/l的硫酸钠以及1.5%浓度的阳离子匀染剂,PH为4-5,浴比为1:15,温度为120℃,时间为40min;
二浴:将一浴后的针织物放入染缸中进行第二次染色,添加酸性染料及1%浓度的酸性匀染剂,PH为4-5,浴比为1:15,温度为100℃,时间为30min;
2)沾色洗除:如图1所示,将染色后的针织物放入染缸中进行沾色洗出处理,在常温下添加3g/l的XKS 302,PH为4-5,之后以2℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,保持30min,之后以3℃/min的降温速率降温至45℃后放水出缸;
3)烘干:将出缸后的针织物经过清水槽后放入烘干机中烘干处理,烘干温度为150℃,时间为50s;
4)化料:以配置50L溶液为例,先在化料桶内加入40L水,接着加入0.2kg的亲水柔软剂XY-DY,加水至50L,搅拌均匀,得到助剂溶液;
5)定型整理:在定型机的轧槽内添加配制好的助剂溶液,然后将烘干的针织物通过轧槽中压液后送入定型机中,定型温度为160℃,时间为50S,第一超喂为5%,第二超喂为10%,风量为80/80,轧液率为70%-80%,获得最终成品针织物。
所述针织物包括表层的70D/48F锦纶以及里层的75D/72F阳离子改性涤纶。
所述染色步骤中一浴先染阳离子改性涤纶,二浴再染锦纶。
所述助剂溶液中亲水柔软剂XY-DY的浓度为4g/l。
所述成品针织物中锦纶的沾色等级为4级。
本发明所述为一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,本发明加工流程短,操作简单,去除浮色效果好,保证了织物的色光和色牢度。

Claims (6)

1.一种分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)染色:一浴:将针织物放入染缸中进行第一次染色, 添加分散型阳离子染料、5g/l的硫酸钠以及1.5%浓度的阳离子匀染剂,PH为4-5,浴比为1:15,温度为120℃,时间为40min;
二浴:将一浴后的针织物放入染缸中进行第二次染色,添加酸性染料及1%浓度的酸性匀染剂,PH为4-5,浴比为1:15,温度为100℃,时间为30min;
2)沾色洗除:将染色后的针织物放入染缸中进行沾色洗出处理,在常温下添加3g/l的XKS 302,PH为4-5,之后以2℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,保持30min,之后以3℃/min的降温速率降温至45℃后放水出缸;
3)烘干:将出缸后的针织物经过清水槽后放入烘干机中烘干处理,烘干温度为150℃,时间为50s;
4)化料:以配置50L溶液为例,先在化料桶内加入40L水,接着加入0.2kg的亲水柔软剂XY-DY,加水至50L,搅拌均匀,得到助剂溶液;

3.根据权利要求1所述的分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,其特征在于:所述染色步骤中一浴先染阳离子改性涤纶,二浴再染锦纶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,其特征在于:所述助剂溶液中亲水柔软剂XY-DY的浓度为4g/l。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分散型阳离子染料对锦纶沾色的洗除工艺,其特征在于:所述定型整理步骤中第一超喂为5%,第二超喂为10%,风量为80/80,轧液率为70%-80%。
