背景技术
聚氨酯涂料是目前较常见的一类涂料,可以分为双组分聚氨酯涂料和单组分聚氨酯涂料。双组分聚氨酯涂料一般是由异氰酸酯预聚物和含羟基树脂两部分组成,通常称为固化剂组分和主剂组分。这一类涂料的品种很多,应用范围也很广,根据含羟基组分的不同可分为丙烯酸聚氨酯、醇酸聚氨酯、聚酯聚氨酯、聚醚聚氨酯、环氧聚氨酯等品种。一般都具有良好的机械性能、较高的固体含量、各方面的性能都比较好。是目前很有发展前途的一类涂料品种。主要应用方向有木器涂料、汽车修补涂料、防腐涂料、地坪漆、电子涂料、特种涂料、聚氨酯防水涂料等。缺点是施工工序复杂,对施工环境要求很高,漆膜容易产生弊病。单组分聚氨酯涂料主要有氨酯油涂料、潮气固化聚氨酯涂料、封闭型聚氨酯涂料等品种。应用面不如双组分涂料广,主要用于地板涂料、防腐涂料、预卷材涂料等,其总体性能不如双组分涂料全面。

本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚己二酸乙二醇100-120、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇50-60、环戊基异氰酸酯20-25、氯磺酰异氰酸酯30-40、甲基丙烯酸10-14、N,N-二乙基乙胺20-25、苯甲酸钙10-12、酒石酸二乙酯5-7、丙二醇15-20、丙烯酸酯4-6、环烷酸钴3-5、苄基二甲胺2-4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-4、二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵6-7、纳米二硫化钼8-9、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚12-14、丙酮20-25、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2、羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯3-6、喹啉铜8-10、氟碳表面活性剂FC-4430 0.6-0.8、硬脂酸镁8-12、炭黑6-10、钛硅粉6-7、气相二氧化钛 5-8。
一种抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚己二酸乙二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇加入反应器中,在氮气保护下加热至110-120℃,真空脱水80-100min后降温至50-55℃,再加入甲基丙烯酸,得到脱水的均一的多元醇混合液;
(2)将环戊基异氰酸酯、氯磺酰异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)的得到的聚酯多元醇溶液中,使异氰酸酯基含量达到总质量分数的18-22%,然后加入环烷酸钴、苄基二甲胺混合均匀,在温度为70-75℃的条件下反应3-5h,得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入丙二醇、羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯,在80-90℃条件下反应60-80min,再加入N,N-二乙基乙胺进行中和反应40-50min,加丙酮和松香酸聚氧乙烯酯进行乳化30-40min,制得聚氨酯乳化物;
(4)向聚氨酯乳化物中加入苯甲酸钙、酒石酸二乙酯、丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵、纳米二硫化钼、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、喹啉铜、氟碳表面活性剂FC-4430 、硬脂酸镁、炭黑、钛硅粉、气相二氧化钛等原料,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60min,即可得到抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料。
本发明的有益效果:

一种抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

一种抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚己二酸乙二醇120、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇60、环戊基异氰酸酯25、氯磺酰异氰酸酯40、甲基丙烯酸14、N,N-二乙基乙胺25、苯甲酸钙12、酒石酸二乙酯7、丙二醇20、丙烯酸酯6、环烷酸钴5、苄基二甲胺4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4、二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵7、纳米二硫化钼9、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚14、丙酮25、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯2、羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯6、喹啉铜10、氟碳表面活性剂FC-4430 0.8、硬脂酸镁12、炭黑10、钛硅粉7、气相二氧化钛 8。
制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1-3制得的抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料的性能检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)

1.一种抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚己二酸乙二醇100-120、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇50-60、环戊基异氰酸酯20-25、氯磺酰异氰酸酯30-40、甲基丙烯酸10-14、N,N-二乙基乙胺20-25、苯甲酸钙10-12、酒石酸二乙酯5-7、丙二醇15-20、丙烯酸酯4-6、环烷酸钴3-5、苄基二甲胺2-4、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-4、二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵6-7、纳米二硫化钼8-9、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚12-14、丙酮20-25、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2、羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯3-6、喹啉铜8-10、氟碳表面活性剂FC-44300.6-0.8、硬脂酸镁8-12、炭黑6-10、钛硅粉6-7、气相二氧化钛 5-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚己二酸乙二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇加入反应器中,在氮气保护下加热至110-120℃,真空脱水80-100min后降温至50-55℃,再加入甲基丙烯酸,得到脱水的均一的多元醇混合液;
(2)将环戊基异氰酸酯、氯磺酰异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)的得到的聚酯多元醇溶液中,使异氰酸酯基含量达到总质量分数的18-22%,然后加入环烷酸钴、苄基二甲胺混合均匀,在温度为70-75℃的条件下反应3-5h,得到聚氨酯预聚体;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入丙二醇、羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯,在80-90℃条件下反应60-80min,再加入N,N-二乙基乙胺进行中和反应40-50min,加丙酮和松香酸聚氧乙烯酯进行乳化30-40min,制得聚氨酯乳化物;
(4)向聚氨酯乳化物中加入苯甲酸钙、酒石酸二乙酯、丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵、纳米二硫化钼、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯、喹啉铜、氟碳表面活性剂FC-4430 、硬脂酸镁、炭黑、钛硅粉、气相二氧化钛等原料,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60min,即可得到抗菌耐候聚氨酯涂料。
