背景技术
聚氨酯涂料是目前较常见的一类涂料,可以分为双组分聚氨酯涂料和单组分聚氨酯涂料。双组分聚氨酯涂料一般是由异氰酸酯预聚物和含羟基树脂两部分组成,通常称为固化剂组分和主剂组分。这一类涂料的品种很多,应用范围也很广,根据含羟基组分的不同可分为丙烯酸聚氨酯、醇酸聚氨酯、聚酯聚氨酯、聚醚聚氨酯、环氧聚氨酯等品种。一般都具有良好的机械性能、较高的固体含量、各方面的性能都比较好。是目前很有发展前途的一类涂料品种。主要应用方向有木器涂料、汽车修补涂料、防腐涂料、地坪漆、电子涂料、特种涂料、聚氨酯防水涂料等。缺点是施工工序复杂,对施工环境要求很高,漆膜容易产生弊病。单组分聚氨酯涂料主要有氨酯油涂料、潮气固化聚氨酯涂料、封闭型聚氨酯涂料等品种。应用面不如双组分涂料广,主要用于地板涂料、防腐涂料、预卷材涂料等,其总体性能不如双组分涂料全面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇150-180、1,6-己二异氰酸酯15-20、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25-30、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸10-14、三乙胺20-25、纳米银10-12、柠檬酸酯7-9、高岭土10-12、丙二醇7-9、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯5-7、有机铋3-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡7-9、二乙醇胺基双丙酮丙酰胺 3-4、聚二甲氧基硅氧烷6-7 、纳米二氧化钛8-9、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚12-14、丙酮18-20、十二烷基磺酸钠0.6-0.8、三亚乙基硫代磷酰胺40-50、助剂9-10;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:气相二氧化硅13-15、丙烯酸 4-5、硫酸钡6-8、乙二胺7-9、安息香1-3、环氧树脂7-9、氟类流平剂9-10、氯化石蜡8-12、钛白粉6-10、紫外线吸收剂8-10、抗氧剂CA 4-6;
所述助剂的制备方法是:称取上述重量份的气相二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氯化石蜡、钛白粉分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
一种抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
    (1)称取上述质量份的聚酯多元醇加入反应器中,在氮气保护下加热至105-110℃,真空脱水2-4h,降温至50-60℃,再加入2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,得到脱水的均一的聚酯多元醇溶液;
    (2)在有机铋、二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂的条件下将1,6-己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)的得到的聚酯多元醇溶液中,直至异氰酸酯基含量达到总质量分数为15-20%,控制反应温度为75-85℃,反应2-4h,得到聚氨酯预聚体;
    (3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入丙二醇、三亚乙基硫代磷酰胺,在65-85℃条件下反应2-3h,再加入三乙胺进行中和反应30-50min,加丙酮和十二烷基磺酸钠进行乳化25-30min,制得聚氨酯乳化物;
    (4)向聚氨酯乳化物中加入纳米银、柠檬酸酯、高岭土、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、二乙醇胺基双丙酮丙酰胺、聚二甲氧基硅氧烷 、纳米二氧化钛、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚、助剂,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60min,即可得到抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过选择丙二醇为扩链剂,在氟类流平剂的协作下提高了防水效果,通过加入适量的增塑剂柠檬酸酯和氯化石蜡,既提高了涂料的低温柔性,又降低了涂料的固含量,改善了涂料的施工性,添加的纳米银和安息香,是涂料具有杀菌抗菌的效果。

实施例1:
一种抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇150、1,6-己二异氰酸酯15、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸10、三乙胺20、纳米银10、柠檬酸酯7、高岭土10、丙二醇7、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯5、有机铋3、二月桂酸二丁基锡7、二乙醇胺基双丙酮丙酰胺 3、聚二甲氧基硅氧烷6 、纳米二氧化钛8、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚12、丙酮18、十二烷基磺酸钠0.6、三亚乙基硫代磷酰胺40、助剂9;
所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:气相二氧化硅13、丙烯酸 4、硫酸钡6、乙二胺7、安息香1、环氧树脂7、氟类流平剂9、氯化石蜡8、钛白粉6、紫外线吸收剂8、抗氧剂CA 4;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的气相二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氯化石蜡、钛白粉分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。

   (2)在有机铋、二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂的条件下将1,6-己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)的得到的聚酯多元醇溶液中,直至异氰酸酯基含量达到总质量分数为15-20%,控制反应温度为75-85℃,反应2-4h,得到聚氨酯预聚体;
    (3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入丙二醇、三亚乙基硫代磷酰胺,在65-85℃条件下反应2-3h,再加入三乙胺进行中和反应30-50min,加丙酮和十二烷基磺酸钠进行乳化25-30min,制得聚氨酯乳化物;
    (4)向聚氨酯乳化物中加入纳米银、柠檬酸酯、高岭土、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、二乙醇胺基双丙酮丙酰胺、聚二甲氧基硅氧烷 、纳米二氧化钛、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚、助剂,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60min,即可得到抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料。

所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:气相二氧化硅14、丙烯酸 4.5、硫酸钡7、乙二胺8、安息香2、环氧树脂8、氟类流平剂9.5、氯化石蜡10、钛白粉8、紫外线吸收剂9、抗氧剂CA 5;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的气相二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氯化石蜡、钛白粉分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。

实施例3:
一种抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料,由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇180、1,6-己二异氰酸酯20、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸14、三乙胺25、纳米银12、柠檬酸酯9、高岭土12、丙二醇9、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯7、有机铋5、二月桂酸二丁基锡9、二乙醇胺基双丙酮丙酰胺4、聚二甲氧基硅氧烷7 、纳米二氧化钛9、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚14、丙酮20、十二烷基磺酸钠0.8、三亚乙基硫代磷酰胺50、助剂10;
所述助剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:气相二氧化硅15、丙烯酸5、硫酸钡8、乙二胺9、安息香3、环氧树脂9、氟类流平剂10、氯化石蜡12、钛白粉10、紫外线吸收剂10、抗氧剂CA 6;制备方法是:称取上述重量份的气相二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氯化石蜡、钛白粉分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。

Claims (2)

1.一种抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料配制而成:聚酯多元醇150-180、1,6-己二异氰酸酯15-20、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25-30、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸10-14、三乙胺20-25、纳米银10-12、柠檬酸酯7-9、高岭土10-12、丙二醇7-9、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯5-7、有机铋3-5、二月桂酸二丁基锡7-9、二乙醇胺基双丙酮丙酰胺 3-4、聚二甲氧基硅氧烷6-7 、纳米二氧化钛8-9、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚12-14、丙酮18-20、十二烷基磺酸钠0.6-0.8、三亚乙基硫代磷酰胺40-50、助剂9-10;
进一步地,所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:气相二氧化硅13-15、丙烯酸 4-5、硫酸钡6-8、乙二胺7-9、安息香1-3、环氧树脂7-9、氟类流平剂9-10、氯化石蜡8-12、钛白粉6-10、紫外线吸收剂8-10、抗氧剂CA 4-6;
本发明所述助剂的制备方法是:称取上述重量份的气相二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氯化石蜡、钛白粉分别研磨后混合均匀,然后加入其它剩余成分,在高混机中按转速为150-200转/分下搅拌20-30分钟,静置冷却至室温,即得所需助剂。
2.    根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)称取上述质量份的聚酯多元醇加入反应器中,在氮气保护下加热至105-110℃,真空脱水2-4h,降温至50-60℃,再加入2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,得到脱水的均一的聚酯多元醇溶液;
    (2)在有机铋、二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂的条件下将1,6-己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到步骤(1)的得到的聚酯多元醇溶液中,直至异氰酸酯基含量达到总质量分数为15-20%,控制反应温度为75-85℃,反应2-4h,得到聚氨酯预聚体;
    (3)向步骤(2)得到的聚氨酯预聚体中加入丙二醇、三亚乙基硫代磷酰胺,在65-85℃条件下反应2-3h,再加入三乙胺进行中和反应30-50min,加丙酮和十二烷基磺酸钠进行乳化25-30min,制得聚氨酯乳化物;
    (4)向聚氨酯乳化物中加入纳米银、柠檬酸酯、高岭土、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、二乙醇胺基双丙酮丙酰胺、聚二甲氧基硅氧烷 、纳米二氧化钛、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚、助剂,在40-50℃和PH为7的条件下,高速剪切搅拌处理聚氨酯乳化物40-60min,即可得到抗菌防水聚氨酯涂料。
