本发明公开了一种用于塑料产品的多色喷涂方法,包括:S1:对塑料产品进行除应力处理;S2:对经过退火处理的塑料产品进行溶剂清洗;S3:对经过溶剂清洗处理的塑料产品进行除静电处理;S4:对步骤S3中得到的进行表面改性处理;S5:在S4中得到的塑料产品的表面分区贴上透明胶带;S6:分区去除其表面的透明胶带,然后对塑料产品的表面上去除透明胶带的部分进行喷涂;S7:对完成喷涂的塑料产品进行烘干。本发明的一种用于塑料产品的多色喷涂方法,过程简单,操作方便,能够有效防止串色,大大提高了合格率,具有很好的推广应用前景。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种用于塑料产品的多色喷涂方法。
背景技术
塑料产品是采用塑料为主要原料加工而成的生活用品、工业用品的统称,在塑料产品加工过程中,对其表面进行喷涂是一个必不可少的步骤,但是现有技术中,大多是对塑料产品进行单色喷涂,对于多色喷涂效果较差,经常出现相邻不同色的块区出现串色等问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种用于塑料产品的多色喷涂方法。
实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于塑料产品的多色喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:对塑料产品进行除应力处理;
S2:对经过退火处理的塑料产品进行溶剂清洗;
S3:对经过溶剂清洗处理的塑料产品进行除静电处理;
S4:对步骤S3中得到的进行表面改性处理;
S5:在S4中得到的塑料产品的表面分区贴上透明胶带;
S6:分区去除其表面的透明胶带,然后对塑料产品的表面上去除透明胶带的部分进行喷涂;
S7:对完成喷涂的塑料产品进行烘干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S1具体为:在塑料产品的表面喷涂溶液,溶液溶剂由45%乙酸丁酯、25%乙酸乙酯、15%醇类和15%的辅料组成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S2具体为:对塑料产品用2%的碳酸钠水溶液进行清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S3具体为:采用等离子风机对着塑料产品的表面吹气,持续时间为15-20分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S4具体为:采用电晕处理工艺对塑料制品进行改性处理。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S7中对完成喷涂的塑料产品进行烘干,具体为:将完成喷涂的塑料产品放置在烘干箱内,烘干温度为60-80℃;烘干时间为25-40分钟。

S7:对完成喷涂的塑料产品进行烘干。

S4:对步骤S3中得到的进行表面改性处理;
S5:在S4中得到的塑料产品的表面分区贴上透明胶带;
S6:分区去除其表面的透明胶带,然后对塑料产品的表面上去除透明胶带的部分进行喷涂;
S7:对完成喷涂的塑料产品进行烘干。
