本发明公开了一种清咽化橘红泡腾片及其制备方法。本发明泡腾片的组成包括:化橘红嫩果干燥粉末与泡腾剂辅料组成,其中化橘红嫩果粉末20‑50重量份、柠檬酸10‑40重量份、NaHCO310‑40重量份、填充性辅料甘露醇25‑35重量份、聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000) 0.5‑2.5重量份、阿斯巴甜0.5‑1.5重量份,粘合剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)2.5重量份。本发明泡腾片能加快化橘红粉末在水中的分散和活性成分的溶出速度,具有携带方便、质量稳定、食用方便、生物利用度高、药物起效快等特点。适用于咽喉肿痛和咽干喉痒,起到抗氧化、消炎和清咽的作用。

本发明涉及一种泡腾剂及其制备方法,特别涉及一种清咽化橘红泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
咽喉是进食吞咽、呼吸和发音的部位,容易受环境和体内因素的影响而感染,引起咽喉发炎等问题。近年来空气质量的不断恶化和人们工作压力的增大,咽喉发炎的发病率有增高的趋势,例如交警、教师、话务员等,经常会出现咽喉问题。清咽功能是原卫生部批准的保健食品的功能项目之一,它所适用的主要人群便是日益增多的咽炎患者,目前咽炎的治疗方法主要包括服用非处方药和保健食品,因为后者属于食品,安全性更高,因此越来越受消费者青睐。化橘红具有化痰止咳、抗氧化和消炎等功效,既是传统中药又是保健食品,化橘红果中含有三类功能成分:挥发油、类黄酮与多糖,挥发油有芳香的气味,类黄酮的代表物质柚皮苷分别占总黄酮的98%以上,占嫩果实干重的30%以上,化橘红干果泡水饮用,也可起清咽、消炎的作用。目前化橘红的产品主要是嫩果烘干成质地十分坚硬的橘红胎,要经热水浸泡十几分钟软化后才能切片、浸泡和饮用,加之柚皮苷的味道极苦,往往令消费者难以接受。本发明以化橘红嫩果磨成细粉末为泡腾片的主料,配以其它辅料降低苦味,方便携带和食用,有效成分浸出速度快,有利体内的吸收和利用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种清咽化橘红泡腾片,本发明的另一个目的在于提供该泡腾片的制备方法。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现:
本发明的清咽化橘红泡腾片的原料组成优选包括:化橘红嫩果粉末20-50重量份、柠檬酸28重量份,碳酸氢钠30重量份,阿斯巴甜0.5-1.5重量份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)2.5重量份,聚乙二醇6000 2.5重量份, 甘露醇25-35 重量份。
化橘红嫩果粉末采用如下的方法获得:采摘约40天果龄的化橘红果实,切成厚度1.5~3.0mm的薄片,置60℃烘箱中烘干到恒重,粉碎过100目筛得到粉末(≤150 μm);
所述方法中化橘红果实,是广东省化州市道地出产的化州柚生长约40天的嫩果,直径5~6 cm,鲜重45~55g,干重9~11g,它们的功能成分占干重的含量分别是:柚皮苷35~25%,野漆树苷 0.24~0.18 %,柚皮素 0.16~13%,芹菜素0.12~0.08%,总黄酮35.2~25.6%。挥发油和多糖含量均在0.1~2%。
所述的柠檬酸为酸原;所述碳酸氢钠为碳源;所述阿斯巴甜为矫味剂;所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为粘合剂;所述聚乙二醇6000为润滑剂;所述甘露醇为填充性辅料。
一种清咽泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于:
取化橘红嫩果粉末30份与甘露醇10份制成软材,过40目筛;
取柠檬酸20份、阿斯巴甜0.5份与甘露醇10份制成酸系统软材,过40目筛;
取碳酸氢钠25份、聚乙二醇-6000 2份制成碱系统软材,过40目筛;
将上述三种软材分别加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)0.8重量份,分别制粒、烘干、混合整粒;
所述三种颗粒按重量1:1 在温度25℃、湿度30%条件下,以旋转式压片机压制成片。
本发明泡腾剂由于泡腾作用,能加快化橘红粉剂在水中的分散和溶解速度;其泡腾过程具有一定的观赏性,给饮用者增加乐趣,同时其酸甜可口对苦味起到矫味作用;另外泡腾剂具有携带方便、质量稳定、生物利用度高、起效快等特点。

步骤S1:采摘约40天果龄化的橘红嫩果;
步骤S2:切成厚度1.5~3.0mm的薄片;
步骤S3:置60℃烘箱中烘干到恒重;
步骤S4:粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛得到粉末(≤150 μm);
取化橘红嫩果粉末30份与甘露醇10份充分混合均匀,过目40目筛,加入10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的75%乙醇溶液0.8重量份,制粒,放置于50 ℃下鼓风干燥至含水量<3%,粉碎并过80目筛。
取粉碎后的柠檬酸20份、阿斯巴甜0.5份与甘露醇10份,加入10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的75%乙醇溶液0.6重量份,制得酸粒,并放置于50 ℃下鼓风干燥至含水量<3%,粉碎并过80目筛。
取经粉碎的碳酸氢钠25份、聚乙二醇-6000 2份,加入10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的75%乙醇溶液0.8重量份,制得碱粒,并放置于50 ℃下鼓风干燥至含水量<3%,粉碎并过80目筛。
将上述化橘红果粉粒、酸粒和碱粒三种颗粒按重量等量混合 在温度25℃、湿度30%条件下,送入压片机压片,每片3克,50℃烘干,及时包装,得成品。
以下提供一具体的实施例,来进一步阐述本发明的化橘红泡腾片的制备方法:
实施例一,采摘约40天果龄化橘红嫩果,切成厚度1.5~3.0mm的薄片;置60℃烘箱中烘干到恒重,粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛得到粉末(≤150 μm); 取化橘红嫩果粉末30份与甘露醇10份充份混合均匀,加入10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的75%乙醇溶液0.8重量份,制得化橘红粉粒,取粉碎后的柠檬酸20份、阿斯巴甜0.5份与甘露醇10份,加入10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的75%乙醇溶液0.6重量份,制得酸粒,另取经粉碎的碳酸氢钠25份、聚乙二醇-6000 2份,加入10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的75%乙醇溶液0.8重量份,制得碱粒,分别把酸粒和碱粒放置于50 ℃下鼓风干燥至含水量<3%,粉碎并过80目筛,把化橘红粉粒、酸粒和碱粒三种颗粒按重量等量充分混合,在温度25℃、湿度30%条件下,送入压片机压片,每片约3克,50℃烘干,包装,得成品。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种以化橘红果粉为主材料的清咽泡腾片的制备方法,其中将化橘红嫩果粉碎并过100目筛,得到颗粒极细的粉末,在泡腾液中容易扩散,功能成分易溶出,本发明中化橘红直接使用化橘红嫩果粉末,原因是嫩果中单质柚皮苷含量25~35%,总黄酮的量更大,功能成分含量已足够大,减少提取、分离和浓缩等的繁杂工艺,减少溶剂渗入到材料中,嫩果中含有多种芳香的挥发油,既能调节香气又具有是很好的化痰止咳的功效。与化橘红胎切片比较,原材料利用率高出十几倍。

Claims (5)
1.一种清咽化橘红泡腾片,其特征在于原料组成为:化橘红嫩果粉末20-50重量份、柠檬酸28重量份,碳酸氢钠30重量份,阿斯巴甜0.5-1.5重量份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)2.5重量份,聚乙二醇6000 2.5重量份, 甘露醇25-35重量份。
2.如权利要求1 所述的一种清咽化橘红泡腾片,其特征在于,化橘红嫩果粉末采用如下的方法获得:采摘约40天果龄的化橘红果实,切成厚度1.5~3.0 mm的薄片,置60℃烘箱中烘干到恒重,粉碎过100目筛得到粉末。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种清咽化橘红泡腾片,其特征在于,该化橘红果实是广东省化州市道地出产的化州柚嫩果,直径5~6 cm,鲜重45~55g,干重9~11g,它们的功能成分占干重的含量分别是:柚皮苷35~25%,野漆树苷 0.24~0.18 %,柚皮素 0.16~13%,芹菜素0.12~0.08%,总黄酮35.2~25.6%;挥发油和多糖含量均在0.1~2%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种清咽化橘红泡腾片,其特征在于,柠檬酸为酸原;所述碳酸氢钠为碳源;所述阿斯巴甜为矫味剂;所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为粘合剂;所述聚乙二醇6000为润滑剂;所述甘露醇为填充性辅料。
5.一种清咽化橘红泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于:取化橘红嫩果粉末30份与甘露醇10份制成软材,过目40目筛;柠檬酸20份、阿斯巴甜0.5份与甘露醇10份制成酸系统软材,过40目筛;碳酸氢钠25份、聚乙二醇-6000 2份制成碱系统软材,过40目筛;将三种软材分别加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8重量份,分别制粒、烘干、混合整粒,在温度25℃、湿度30%条件下,以旋转式压片机压制成片。
