本发明涉及布料加工技术领域,具体为一种麻棉布料渗透白加工工艺。
背景技术
麻棉布料受到人们的喜爱,很多人都喜欢麻棉布料,麻棉布料具有很好的透气性,但是麻棉布料往往会遇到起球的问题,这给麻棉布料带来了很多使用上的不便,通过对麻棉布料进行渗透白加工可以提高麻棉布料的抗起球性能,提高麻棉布料的使用性能良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种麻棉布料渗透白加工工艺,该麻棉布料渗透白加工工艺具体步骤如下:
S1:麻棉布料的高温高压蒸汽软化处理,麻棉布料一般会存在一定的褶皱,将麻棉布料在高温高压蒸汽中进行软化处理,使得麻棉布料更加的顺滑,蒸汽温度在100-120℃,压力在0.2-0.4MPa;
S2:麻棉布料的绷直处理,将麻棉布料进行平铺拉直,使得麻棉布料布料处于一定的张力下,用夹板框架将麻棉布料固定,保持张力稳定,避免麻棉布料出现褶皱;
S3:麻棉布料的浸胶涂白处理,采用麻棉布料反面浸胶的方式,将麻棉布料反面接触胶水,使得胶水渗透进入麻棉布料,浸胶过程的温度控制在150-160℃下进行,同时需要保证胶水的洁净,避免胶水中杂质吸附在麻棉布料上,影响麻棉布料的最后成品质量;
S4:麻棉布料的压光处理,将麻棉布料在布料压光机中进行压光处理,压光温度控制在160-170℃;
S5:二次浸胶涂白处理,对压光后的麻棉布料进行二次的浸胶涂白处理,且进行二次浸胶涂白处理时需要重复步骤S2中的工艺,将麻棉布料进行绷直处理后,再进行二次浸胶涂白处理;
S6:处理成型,对步骤S5中处理的麻棉布料进行风干处理即可完成麻棉布料渗透白加工。
优选的,所述步骤S2中的麻棉布料的张力为3-5KG。
优选的,所述浸胶涂白处理使用的胶为PU涂白胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用对麻棉布料反面浸胶的方式进行,使得麻棉布料慢慢渗透上PU涂白胶,同时进行两次的浸胶涂白处理,使得涂白效果更好,使得麻棉布料抗起球效果更好,满天星双色效果,颜色更美观。

S1:麻棉布料的高温高压蒸汽软化处理,麻棉布料一般会存在一定的褶皱,将麻棉布料在高温高压蒸汽中进行软化处理,使得麻棉布料更加的顺滑,蒸汽温度在100℃,压力在0.2MPa;
S2:麻棉布料的绷直处理,将麻棉布料进行平铺拉直,使得麻棉布料布料处于一定的张力下,用夹板框架将麻棉布料固定,保持张力稳定,避免麻棉布料出现褶皱;
S3:麻棉布料的浸胶涂白处理,采用麻棉布料反面浸胶的方式,将麻棉布料反面接触胶水,使得胶水渗透进入麻棉布料,浸胶过程的温度控制在150℃下进行,同时需要保证胶水的洁净,避免胶水中杂质吸附在麻棉布料上,影响麻棉布料的最后成品质量;

S3:麻棉布料的浸胶涂白处理,采用麻棉布料反面浸胶的方式,将麻棉布料反面接触胶水,使得胶水渗透进入麻棉布料,浸胶过程的温度控制在155℃下进行,同时需要保证胶水的洁净,避免胶水中杂质吸附在麻棉布料上,影响麻棉布料的最后成品质量;
S4:麻棉布料的压光处理,将麻棉布料在布料压光机中进行压光处理,压光温度控制在165℃;
S5:二次浸胶涂白处理,对压光后的麻棉布料进行二次的浸胶涂白处理,且进行二次浸胶涂白处理时需要重复步骤S2中的工艺,将麻棉布料进行绷直处理后,再进行二次浸胶涂白处理;
S6:处理成型,对步骤S5中处理的麻棉布料进行风干处理即可完成麻棉布料渗透白加工。
所述步骤S2中的麻棉布料的张力为4KG。所述浸胶涂白处理使用的胶为PU涂白胶。

S3:麻棉布料的浸胶涂白处理,采用麻棉布料反面浸胶的方式,将麻棉布料反面接触胶水,使得胶水渗透进入麻棉布料,浸胶过程的温度控制在160℃下进行,同时需要保证胶水的洁净,避免胶水中杂质吸附在麻棉布料上,影响麻棉布料的最后成品质量;
S4:麻棉布料的压光处理,将麻棉布料在布料压光机中进行压光处理,压光温度控制在170℃;

本发明采用对麻棉布料反面浸胶的方式进行,使得麻棉布料慢慢渗透上PU涂白胶,同时进行两次的浸胶涂白处理,使得涂白效果更好,使得麻棉布料抗起球效果更好,满天星双色效果,颜色更美观。

S2:麻棉布料的绷直处理,将麻棉布料进行平铺拉直,使得麻棉布料布料处于一定的张力下,用夹板框架将麻棉布料固定,保持张力稳定,避免麻棉布料出现褶皱;
S3:麻棉布料的浸胶涂白处理,采用麻棉布料反面浸胶的方式,将麻棉布料反面接触胶水,使得胶水渗透进入麻棉布料,浸胶过程的温度控制在150-160℃下进行,同时需要保证胶水的洁净,避免胶水中杂质吸附在麻棉布料上,影响麻棉布料的最后成品质量;
S4:麻棉布料的压光处理,将麻棉布料在布料压光机中进行压光处理,压光温度控制在160-170℃;
