背景技术
当IV进入装置被是被为是“封闭式”或“整体式”时,其通常指的是,该装置被构造成用于在插入导管期间防止血液从装置中流出。通常,这类IV进入装置通过将延伸组与导管接头整合在一起来实现此目的。

发明内容
本发明主要涉及一种封闭式IV进入装置,其被构造成提供第二次确认导管的正确布置,而不要求血液流入延伸管中。尽管根据本发明的封闭式IV进入装置主要在延伸管预先填充盐水溶液的情况下有益,但是,本发明还可在延伸管未被填充的情况下使用。

具体实施方式
图2示出了根据本发明的一个或多个实施例构造的封闭式IV进入装置200的例子。进入装置200包括导管接头201、针座202、延伸管203和夹具207,导管201a从导管接头201向远侧延伸,针202a从针座202向远侧延伸,延伸管203流体联接到导管接头201的管腔上,夹具207用于限制流量流经延伸管203。鲁尔接头204或其他类型的接头可联接到延伸管203的端部上。此外,鲁尔进入装置205(如,包括隔膜的进入装置)可联接到鲁尔接头204上。
导管接头201可包括由翼部201b和201c形成的稳定平台,翼部201b和201c从导管接头201的相对侧朝外延伸。如图2所示,进入装置200被构造成适于右手使用,因此,延伸管203联接到导管接头201的左侧,使得完全露出翼部201b。这可有利于用右手拇指抓住翼部201b。在一些实施例中,用于将延伸管203联接到导管接头201上的接口可被形成到翼部201c中。当然,在被设计成适于左手使用的进入装置中,翼部201b、201c和延伸管203将位于导管接头201的与图2所示相对的侧部。
针座202包括从其右侧朝外延伸的桨状把手202b,把手202b的形状与翼部201b的形状大体一致。因此,桨状把手202b可直接定位在翼部201b下方,使得在插入导管201a期间翼部201b和把手202b可夹置在临床医生的拇指和食指之间。通过以这种方式配置桨状把手202b,临床医生通过仅相对于拇指向后滑动食指,从而引起桨状把手202b远离翼部201b向后滑动,从而能容易地将针座202从导管接口201抽出。
针座202还包括联接到其近端上的闪回室(flash chamber)210。如图3更清楚所示,闪回室210可包括多孔排气塞210a,其可让空气穿过针座202中的近端开口排出,同时阻止血液流出。可选地,闪回室210可包括用于排气但阻止血液流出的不同构件,其例如包括薄膜、过滤纸、纺织材料或无纺材料、插塞(该插塞包括沿针座202的近端与插塞之间的交界面的排气槽道)等。此外,针202a的近端可延伸入闪回室210中,并可包括让血液从针202a流出、然后流入闪回室210的开口202a1。
针202a可包括朝向其远端的凹口(未示出),用于提供回血(flashback)。通过该凹口提供的回血可提供初步确认导管201a已正确置于静脉内。此外,闪回室210可提供第二次确认导管201a正确置于静脉内。具体而言,因为针202a的近端通向闪回室210,且闪回室210借助插塞210a通气到外部环境,因此,当针202a的远端被正确置于静脉内时,患者的血压将引起血液流入闪回室210中。由于通过针202a来实现血液流入闪回室210中,因此,即使在插入导管201a之前延伸管203中装有盐水,也能获得上述的第二次确认。
一旦临床医生已确定导管201a已被正确放置,通过仅远离翼部201b向后滑动桨状把手202b,就能将针座202从导管接头201抽出。导管接头201可包括隔膜201d,针202a可延伸穿过隔膜201d。抽出针202a之后,隔膜201d可再密封,以防止任何流体通过导管接头201的近端开口流出。
图4提供了针座202的一个实施例的横截面图。如图所示,针座202可包括针保持部分202c,针202a延伸穿过针保持部分202c。针保持部分202c可被构造成以任何合适方式(例如,通过粘结剂或摩擦配合方式)将针202a固定到针座202上。在一些实施例中,针保持部分202c可被构造成插入导管接头201的近端开口内,以将针座202固定到导管接头201上。
闪回室210通常包括插塞210a和腔室210b。针202a的开口202a1可定位在腔室210b内,使得血液可流入腔室210b中并聚集在其内。插塞210a可定位在腔室210b和外部环境之间,以当血液朝腔室210b流入其中时,可让空气从腔室210b排出。
在一些实施例中,针202a的管腔尺寸可被构造成引起血液以特定速度流入空腔210b中。例如,可能期望限制流入腔室210b中的血流量,使得直到导管201a已置于静脉内特定时间,腔室210b才填满。在一些实施例中,该特定时间可以为20秒长。因此,经过针202a的流体通道的一个或多个尺寸可被构造成提供理想的流速。可选地或另外,插塞210a可被构造成以特定速率排气,以限制流入腔室210b中的血液流速。
但是,在一些情况下,临床医生可能难以确定血液是否连续流入腔室210b中。例如,如果导管201a起初置于静脉内而引起血液流入腔室210b中,但之后置于静脉外部,那么,临床医生就难以确定血液不再流入腔室210b中。这在针202a被构造成让流入腔室210b的血液流速较慢时尤其如此。为了解决该问题,闪回室210可被构造成包括通道限定结构。
图5示出了可被并入到闪回室210中的通道限定结构210c的实例。请注意,图5示出了针座202的横截面图,其中通道限定结构210c不是以横截面示出,因此可看到通道限定结构的外表面。如图4所示,闪回室210包括腔室210b,针202a的开口202a1包含在腔室210b中。通道限定结构210c定位在插塞210a和开口202a1之间,并包括通道210c1,血液可流经通道210c1。具体而言,通道210c1绕通道限定结构210c的外表面延伸。通道限定结构210c的外径与闪回室210的内径大致相等,使得血液被局限于流经通道210c1到达插塞210a。
通道210c1起到的作用是,增加血液在闪回室210内流动的距离。因为通道210c1的横截面尺寸小于腔室210b,因此将能更容易检测流入闪回室210的血流量。具体而言,通过包括通道限定结构210c,临床医生将能容易地看到血液沿通道210c1朝插塞210a前进。只要血液继续沿通道210c1前进,临床医生就能知道导管201a可能被正确定位。
在该实例中,示出通道210c1为螺旋形状,但是,通道限定结构210c可包括任何合适形状的通道。此外,尽管图5示出闪回室210包括与通道210c1分离的腔室210b(即,通道限定结构210c与针保持部分202c隔开),但是在一些实施例中,通道限定结构210c可被构造成,使通道210c1在针202a的近端之上延伸,使得血液直接流入通道210c1中,而不是首先流入腔室210b中。
此外,在一些实施例中,通道限定结构210c和针保持部分202c可以是相同的结构部件。但是,在许多情况下,可优选使用单独形成的通道限定结构210c,原因在于,这样便于制造针座202。例如,针座202可被模制成具有近端开口,单独形成的通道限定结构210c和插塞210a可被插入该近端开口中。
在一些实施例中,闪回室210可被构造成可从针座202上去除。图6和7均示出了如何实现此目的的实例。在图6中,如上所述,闪回室210形成腔室210b,并包含插塞210a。此外,闪回室210被构造成具有远端,该远端可拆卸地插入针座202的近端开口中。在这种配置下,在腔室210b已填充有血液,并且针座202已经与导管接头201分离之后,闪回室210可从针座202中拉出。闪回室210的远端开口可被构造成阻止血液从腔室210b流出,直到持续所需时间。例如,闪回室210的远端开口的尺寸可足够小,以防止血液流出,直到闪回室210的主体被挤压。以这种方式,闪回室210可用于对血液进行即时检测。
在图7中,闪回室210也被构造成可去除。但是,与图6形成对比的是,针座202包括阴鲁尔端口202d,闪回室210包括阳鲁尔锁定联接件210d,可让闪回室210联接到端口202d上。联接件210d可替换地被构造成阳鲁尔滑动联接器。可以上面针对图6所述的类似方式使用闪回室210。此外,因为针座202包括阴鲁尔端口202d,因此,在将针座202从导管接头201上去除之前,可将闪回室210去除以让单独的装置(如,血液收集容器)连接到阴鲁尔端口202d上,以收集更多的血液样本。
图8A示出了包括通道限定结构800的闪回室210的实施例,而图8B单独示出了通道限定结构800。与通道限定结构210c一样,通道限定结构800可以这样一种方式定位在腔室210b内,使得便于用肉眼观察血液流入腔室210b的流动情况。
通道限定结构800包括远端部分800a和近端部分800b。在一些实施例中,近端部分800b的外部尺寸与腔室210b的近端的内部尺寸大致适配,使得在这两个部件之间形成不透液密封。近端部分800b可包括排气槽802,排气槽802的尺寸适于让空气(但不是流体)从腔室210b排出。换句话说,近端部分800b可起到排气塞的作用。
与近端部分800b的外部尺寸相比,远端部分800a的外部尺寸减小。腔室210b的内部尺寸相对于远端部分800a的外部尺寸也可被构造成,使得间距或槽道将仅沿闪回室210的顶部存在于远端部分800a和腔室210b的内壁之间。例如,如图8C更清楚所示,由于通道限定结构800被插入腔室210b中,槽道将存在于通道限定结构800上方。但是,在通道限定结构800的剩余部分周围,远端部分800a的外表面可接触腔室210b的内壁。这样,将仅让血液/流体沿远端部分800a的外表面在槽道内流动。由于该槽道沿闪回室210的顶部形成,在插入期间其朝向临床医生,因此,临床医生将能用肉眼观察到血液流动速度。
为了让血液从针202a的近端流入该槽道,开口801可形成在远端部分800a的远端800a1中,如图8B最清楚所示。开口801可包括中央部分801a,与开口801的剩余部分相比,中央部分801a更深延伸入远端部分800a中。针202a的近端(或至少近端开口)可定位在该中央部分801a内。一些泄露槽道801a1可绕开口801的内表面对称隔开,并可从远端800a1延伸至中央部分801a。任何泄露槽道801a1可起到流体通道的作用,从针202a的近端流出的血液可通过该流体通道从中央部分801a朝形成在通道限定结构800上方的槽道流动。
泄露槽道801a1可绕开口801对称隔开,从而可让通道限定结构800以任何方位插入腔室210b中。换句话说,无论通道限定结构800的方位如何,至少一个泄露槽道801a1将定位在朝上的方位上,并将与槽道相交,从而提供通向槽道的通道。如图8C所示,腔室210b的内表面被成形为使得槽道将在腔室210b的顶部处环绕远端800a1(即,间隙将存在于远端800a1的顶部部分和腔室210b的内表面之间)。因此,如图8D中的箭头所示,血液可通过开口202a1从针202a流出,进入中央部分801a中。然后,尽管血液可流入每个泄露槽道801a1中,但是流体通道将仅设置在朝上的泄露槽道之间,原因是,在其他泄露槽道所处的位置处,远端800a1接触腔室210b的内壁。因此,当血液填充中央部分801a和泄露槽道801a1时,血液将最终环绕近端800a1的顶部部分流动,然后在槽道内向近端流动。
为了固定针202a,并确保开口202a1保持定位在中央部分801a内,可使用各种技术。例如,在图8E中,示出针202a具有近端部分202a2,该近端部分202a2朝近端延伸超过开口202a1,并穿过中央部分801a的近端壁。在该实施例中,通道限定结构800包括与中央部分801a相对的近端腔室810,针202a的近端部分202a2定位在近端腔室810内。近端部分202a2可以卷曲或以其他方式进行改动,以防止其朝远端通过中央部分801a和近端腔室810之间的通路被拉出。此外,在一些实施例中,灌注胶(adhesive potting)可在近端腔室810内环绕近端部分202a2沉积,以进一步固定近端部分202a2。在这类实施例中,灌注胶可附加地密封通道,以防止血液流入近端腔室810中。可选地,将该通路形成合适尺寸,使得近端部分202a2单独阻止流体流入近端腔室810中。
图8F示出了用于将针202a固定在合适位置上的替换实施例。如图所示,针202a可包括隆起区域202a3(其可与针202a一体形成,分开形成并通过粘结剂联接到针202a上,或以其他方式形成),其外部尺寸足以防止针202a通过针保持部分202c拉出。隆起区域202a3可相对于开口202a1定位,使得开口202a1保持定位在中央部分801a内。在一些实施例中,针保持部分202c可包括凹陷部分,隆起区域202a3可定位到该凹陷部分中以进一步防止区域202a朝近端方向或朝远端方向移动。
在一些实施例中,可对针202a进行改进,以降低血液流经针的速度。例如,在图8G中,示出针202a具有朝向其近端的缩小部202a4。缩小部202a4减小针202a的内部尺寸,从而降低血液流入中央部分801a的速度。降低血液流入中央部分801a的速度将同样也降低血液沿形成在通道限定结构800上方的槽道流动的速度,从而便于识别针202a何时已经正确地置于患者体内。
图9A和9B示出了通道限定结构900的另一实施例,通道限定结构900以与通道限定结构800类似的方式起作用。具体而言,通道限定结构900可被构造成引起血液沿形成在闪回室210顶部的可视化槽道流动。
通道限定结构900可包括远端部分900a和近端部分900b。近端部分900b可包括排气槽902,排气槽902起到的作用是将空气从闪回室210的近端排出。与以任何方位被插入腔室210b的通道限定结构800的远端部分800a不同的是,远端部分900a可包括可视化槽道903和不同的对准肋904,这些对准肋904被构造成用于特定的定位。腔室210b的内表面可被构造成以这样一种方式容纳对准肋904,使得对通道限定结构900进行定向,其中可视化槽道903面向上。例如,腔室210b可包括与对准肋904对接的纵向槽或凸起,要求从正确方位插入通道限定结构900并防止旋转。可选地,腔室210b可被构造成与通道限定结构900形成摩擦配合,这样,一旦将通道限定结构插入腔室中就能阻止通道限定结构旋转。这类情况下,将不需要对准肋904。
通道限定结构900的远端部分900a可包括具有开口901的远端900a1。泄露槽道901a可在开口901和可视化槽道903之间延伸。以如上所述的类似方式,血液可从开口202a1流出,进入开口901,通过泄露槽道901a,流入可视化槽道903中,如图9C中的箭头所示。尽管在该实施例中未示出,但是,图8E-8G中所示的针202a的各种构造也可与通道限定结构900相结合使用。
图10示出了闪回室210的实施例,其中使用排气塞1000代替远端部分900b。此外,尽管未示出,但是,同样可使用排气塞1000代替远端部分800b。如图10所示,排气塞1000与通道限定结构900分开,并且相对于通道限定结构900定位在近端。排气塞1000起到的主要作用是,排出空气但阻挡流体。但是,在一些实施例中,排气塞1000还可被构造成将通道限定结构800/900固定在合适位置上。例如,闪回室210可包括凸起1010,当排气塞1000被插入腔室210b中时,凸起1010相对于排气塞1000定位在近端。凸起1010可防止排气塞1000在腔室210b内朝近端运动,从而防止通道限定结构800/900在腔室210b内朝近端运动。在一些实施例中,单个凸起1010可环绕闪回室210的整个内圆周完全延伸,而在其他实施例中,多个凸起1010可环绕内圆周隔开。此外,在一些实施例中,凸起1010可环绕内圆周完全延伸(从而形成内环),并可定位成延伸入排气塞1000中(如,改变成图10所示的左侧形式)。在这些实施例中,凸起1010不仅起到将排气塞1000保持在腔室210b内的作用,还可在排气塞1000周围形成密封。
图11A-11C均表示通道限定结构800或900可固定在腔室210b内的不同方式。在图11A中,示出开口901的内部尺寸与针保持部分202c的外部尺寸接近一致,从而形成压配合界面。可以同样方式构造开口801。可选地,开口801/901可被模制成在针保持部分202c上方。
在图11B和11C中,可使用近端部分800b/900b和腔室210b的内表面之间的交界面将通道限定结构800/900保持在腔室210b内。在图11B中,腔室210b可包括倾斜的保持隆起1101。隆起1101的斜面可引起形成面向远端的壁架,近端部分800b或900b的近端接触该面向远端的壁架。该斜坡便利于插入通道限定结构800或900,但防止通道限定结构800或900随后被抽出。
图11C示出的实例是,近端部分800b或900b包括保持肋1102a,该保持肋1102a插入形成在腔室210b的内表面上的保持沟1102b中。装配期间,通道限定结构800或900可插入腔室210b中,直到保持肋1102a插入保持沟1102b中为止。此时,保持肋1102a将放置通道限定结构从近端被抽出。
在一些实施例中,多孔材料可在由通道限定结构形成的槽道内使用。例如,在图12A中,多孔材料1200可被制造在可视化槽道903内,并延伸穿过近端部分900b的包括排气槽902的部分。多孔材料1200起到排出空气的作用,同时还以用肉眼可容易观察到的速度芯吸血液。可选地,多孔材料1200可仅定位在近端部分900b的如图12B所示的部分内。
图13和14各自示出了对使用通道限定结构800或900的实施例作出的另外变形。在图13中,示出开口901的深度更大。由于深度更大,因此在血液流经槽道之前将要求更大的流体量。因此,可选择开口801或901的深度,以大体控制何时将对正确的静脉确认提供视觉反馈。在图14中,密封盖1400定位在闪回室210的近端开口之上。密封盖1400可阻止空气流动,直到密封盖1400被去除。因此,密封盖1400可在延伸管103被预先填满盐水的情况下使用,以防止盐水从近端流入闪回室210。更具体而言,通过将密封盖1400布置在合适位置上,将仅让盐水在针202a内向远端流动。插入针之后,密封盖1400可被去除,以通过如上所示的方式使用闪回室210。
本发明的不同实施例还包括安全机构,该安全机构被构造成在将针座从导管接头上去除并分开之后,固定穿刺针(introducer needle)的远侧尖端。安全机构可包括本领域公知的任何兼容装置。在一些情况下,安全机构被构造成与针元件(如,插管上的箍结构、凹口、缩小部或隆起)相互作用。形成在插管上的缩小部或隆起形成稍微不太圆的构造,这样可用于致动安全机构。在一些情况下,安全机构包括臂或杆,其被致动以将针尖端捕获在该机构内,并防止尖端在安全处理之前出现。
安全机构附接到针主体上,并能沿主体长度滑动。在一些情况下,安全机构的初始位置或组装位置在导管插入之前临近基底或导管接头的近端。对于一些配置,安全机构的组装位置位于针座的近端和导管接头或稳定平台的近端之间,其中,安全机构不与导管接头或稳定平台重叠。在一些情况下,安全机构的一部分定位在导管接头内,如定位在针座内,从而与定位在导管接头外部的安全机构进行平衡。在一些实施例中,导管接头或稳定平台的一部分向近端延伸,以提供容装安全机构的至少一部分的壳体。在一些情况下,整个安全机构在导管插入之前容装在导管接头或稳定平台内。
在一些实施例中,安全机构的组装位置将导管接头的近端定位在安全机构的远端和针座的桨状把手的远端之间。在一些情况下,安全机构的组装位置将导管接头的近端定位在安全机构的远端和针座的桨状把手的近端之间。在一些情况下,安全机构的一部分与针座的桨状把手的一部分重叠。在一些实施例中,导管接头和桨状把手的至少一个的至少某部分与安全机构的至少某部分重叠。在一些实施例中,导管接头或桨状把手的任何部分均不与安全机构的任何部分重叠。
在一些实施例中,可取消的机械连接设置在安全机构和进入装置的至少一个其他元件之间。在一些实施例中,安全机构的远端选择性地联接到导管接头的近端上。在一个实施例中,安全机构在内部联锁到导管接头的近端上。在一个实施例中,安全机构在外部联锁到导管接头的近端上。在一些实施例中,安全机构的远端选择性地联接到稳定平台的近端上。在一些实施例中,安全机构的表面选择性地联接到导管接头、血控制阀、延伸管和稳定平台中的至少一个的至少一个表面上。在一些情况下,针尖端一固定在安全机构内就取消该机械连接。
在一些实施例中,特定的导管装置(如,图1-14中的任何一幅图中的导管装置)可包括针安全机构。安全机构可包括任何安全机构,它被构造成在针从特定的导管装置的导管中抽出时,固定穿刺针的远端尖部,以防止意外出现针刺伤害。
安全机构可通过任意数量的方式与特定的导管装置联接。在一些实施例中,安全机构可包括内部联锁件,在该内部联锁件中安全机构与导管接头的内表面联接。联接可包括螺纹连接、装配、卡扣、接合、附接、紧固、夹紧、用钩固定或任何其他合适的联接方式。下列文献中提供了包括内部联锁件的安全机构的非限制性实例:美国专利第8,496,623号,其名称为“具有双向插管特征的捕获机构”,申请日为2009年3月2日;美国专利第9,399,120号,其名称为“具有双向插管特征的捕获机构”,申请日为2016年7月11日;美国专利申请第62/314,262号,其名称为“插管捕获机构”,申请日为2016年3月28日;所述每篇文献的全部内容在此通过引用方式组合在文中。在一些实施例中,安全机构可包括设置在导管接头内的夹子,美国专利第6,117,108号中提供了该安全机构的非限制性实例,该美国专利的发明名称为“弹簧夹安全IV导管”,申请日为1998年6月12日,其全部内容通过引用方式组合在文中。

在一些实施例中,可取消的机械连接设置在安全机构和IV导管系统的至少一个其他部件之间。在一些情况下,针的远端尖部一固定在安全机构内就取消该机械连接。在一些实施例中,安全机构的表面可选择性地联接到下列一个或多个部件上:导管接头、血液控制阀、延伸管、和一个或多个桨状把手。
在一些实施例中,安全机构可包括安全筒,安全筒可被弹簧加载。例如,安全筒在可如在BDTM AutoguardTM BC防护IV导管中那样被弹簧加载。在一些实施例中,安全机构可被消极和/或积极致动。在一些实施例中,安全机构可被构造成与针元件(如,针上的箍结构、凹口、缩小部或隆起)相互作用。在一些实施例中,安全机构可包括臂或杆,臂或杆可被致动以将远端尖部捕获在安全机构内,防止尖部在安全处理之前出现。在一些实施例中,安全机构可被附接到针主体上,能沿主体长度滑动。

Claims (15)
1.一种IV进入装置,包括:
导管接头,导管从该导管接头向远端延伸;
延伸管,其联接到导管接头上;和
针座,针从该针座向远端延伸,针座联接到导管接头上,使得针延伸穿过该导管;
其中,针座还包括闪回室,闪回室与针的管腔流体连通,从而在针的远端尖部包含在患者静脉内时让血液流入闪回室中,其中,所述闪回室的近端包括排气塞,其中,所述闪回室包括:
通道限定结构,该通道限定结构形成用于让血液在闪回室内流动的通道,其中,该通道包括螺旋通道,该螺旋通道环绕通道限定结构的外表面形成且具有远端和近端,其中,螺旋通道的远端相对于所述针处于近侧,其中,螺旋通道的近端靠近所述排气塞;或
从通道限定结构的远端中的开口开始的通道,其穿过泄露槽道,通向沿通道限定结构的外表面形成的可视化槽道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的IV进入装置,其中,针的近端包括开口,针的近端的所述开口定位在闪回室的腔室内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的IV进入装置,其中,闪回室包括相对于所述腔室定位在近端的插塞,该插塞排出空气,但阻止血液流到外部环境中。
4.根据权利要求2所述的IV进入装置,其中,针座包括针保持部分,针穿过该针保持部分延伸,针的所述开口相对于针保持部分定位在近端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的IV进入装置,其中,针的近端的所述开口延伸入由通道限定结构形成的所述通道中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的IV进入装置,其中,针包括朝针的远端尖部定位的凹口,其中,流经所述凹口、进入导管中的血液提供首次确认导管的正确布置,流入闪回室的血液提供第二次确认导管的正确布置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的IV进入装置,其中,闪回室可从针座上去除。
8.根据权利要求7所述的IV进入装置,其中,闪回室可压缩,以让包含在该闪回室内的血液从该闪回室中排出。
9.根据权利要求7所述的IV进入装置,其中,针座包括阴鲁尔端口,闪回室被构造成联接到该阴鲁尔端口上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的IV进入装置,其中,导管接头包括翼部,针座包括桨状把手。
11.一种IV进入装置,包括:
导管接头,导管从该导管接头向远端延伸;
延伸管,其联接到该导管接头上;
针座,针从该针座向远端延伸,针座联接到导管接头上,使得针延伸穿过该导管,该针座包括闪回室,针的近端形成用于让血液流入闪回室内的流体通道,该闪回室包括插塞,该插塞排出空气但阻止血液流动,从而在针的远端尖部包含在患者静脉内时可让血液流入闪回室中,其中,所述闪回室包括通道限定结构,该通道限定结构形成用于让血液在所述闪回室内流动的通道,其中,闪回室的近端包括排气塞,其中,通道限定结构包括螺旋通道,该螺旋通道环绕通道限定结构的外表面形成且具有远端和近端,其中,螺旋通道的远端相对于所述针处于近侧,其中,所述螺旋通道的近端为所述排气塞。
12.根据权利要求11所述的IV进入装置,其中,闪回室可从针座上去除。
13.根据权利要求11所述的IV进入装置,其中,插塞由通道限定结构的一部分形成。
14.根据权利要求11所述的IV进入装置,其中,闪回室通过阴鲁尔端口联接到针座上。
15.根据权利要求11所述的IV进入装置,其中,导管接头包括翼部,针座包括桨状把手。
