本发明属于蔬菜深加工技术领域,涉及一种以山药为主要原料添加制备成山药粉胶囊的工艺,特别是一种山药粉胶囊的制备方法。
背景技术:
山药是一种常见的药食同源食材,其所含丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、维生素、淀粉酶、胆碱、粘液汁酶以及薯蓣皂苷等多种营养成分,其中的淀粉酶又叫消化素,能分解淀粉等物质,补而不腻,香而不燥,是历代医家盛赞的理虚之要药,山药味甘,性平,归肺、脾、肾经,补脾,养肺,固精,益精;山药还有健脾益胃助消化,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品,不论脾阳亏或胃阴虚,皆可食用,临床上常与胃肠饮用同治脾胃虚弱,食少体倦,泄泻等症;山药还有延年益寿有的作用,能有效阻止血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防心血管疾病,取得益智安神,延年益寿的功效;将山药制备成营养粉胶囊,不但解决了其在烹调时营养元素的流失,而且还保留了山药的全部营养成分,同时还解决了不易储存等问题,其养生保健效果理想并切携带方便,随时可以食用的即食保健食品。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计一种以山药为原料,开发制备一种易于人体吸收的营养山药粉胶囊,利用山药的药食同源食物的属性,长期食用不仅有养生保健功效,还有增强体质达到强身健体、美容养颜的功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的山药粉胶囊的制备工艺包括山药处理、山药干制备、山药粉制备和成品四个步骤:
(1)山药处理:将山药剥除外皮,用清水冲洗去掉泥沙等杂质,再切成厚度为3—5mm的薄片,然后放入温度为90—98℃的热水中烫煮5—8分钟,捞出后自然冷却,并沥干山药片表面的水分备用;
(2)山药干制备:将步骤(1)沥干水分的山药片,均匀摆放在托盘上后放入烘干箱内,控制温度为110~120℃烘烤15~35分钟至其含水量低于8—10%后,取出自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)山药粉制备:将步骤(2)的山药干放入磨粉机内进行磨粉加工,并控制山药粉的细度为100—300目,制得山药粉;
(4)成品:将山药粉装入胶囊壳内,再经过紫外线照射消毒5~8分钟后,包装即得山药粉胶囊成品。
本发明与现有技术相比,其制备工艺简单,加工成本低,采用纯天然原料,产品保健营养价值高,便于随身携带,食用环境友好。

实施例1:
本实施例涉及的山药粉胶囊的制备工艺包括山药处理、山药干制备、山药粉制备和成品四个步骤:
