本发明涉及植物饮料制备领域,更具体的说,是一种岩藻黄素植物饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
岩藻黄质(fucoxanthin)亦称褐藻黄素,也可称为岩藻黄素,是自可食用褐藻中,如裙带菜(翅藻科,Undaria pinnatifida)、海带(Laminaria japonicaAresch)中提取出来的天然类胡萝卜素,在其刚性全反式长链的两端分别有一个化学性质活泼的5,6-环氧非饱和丙二烯键结构,因而又异于其他类胡萝卜素分子,具有很强的生物活性。近年来,它的多种生物学活性已被证实,一些潜在的活性也正在被科学家们积极探求之中,目前己成为当今海洋药物研究与开发的主攻热点之一。
岩藻黄质具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、减肥等多种生物活性。首先,在抗肿瘤方面,1990年Okuzumi等首次报道,岩藻黄质10μg/mL孵育3天后可降低62%的成人神经母细胞瘤细胞株(GOTO)的增殖。Okuztllni等研究证实,岩藻黄质可抑制由强皮肤促癌物十四烷酞佛波醋酸酷(TPA)诱导的小鼠表皮鸟氨酸脱梭酶活性增强,据此推测其可能对皮肤癌有抑制作用。1993年okuzumi等报道,岩藻黄质对N-乙基-N’-硝基-亚硝基胍诱导的十二指肠癌形成具有抑制作用。Masashi等报道了岩藻黄质对急性髓性白血病HL-60细胞株的作用,结果显示岩藻黄质对HL-60细胞可发挥显著的增殖抑制作用。Elichi等研究发现,岩藻黄质可明显降低前列腺癌细胞存活率,并诱导细胞凋亡。Swadesh K等人研究发现岩藻黄质对人肝癌HePG2细胞的生长具有抑制作用,因此,岩藻黄质对多种肿瘤细胞具有不同程度的抑制作用。其次,研究发现岩藻黄质还具体外抗氧化活性,其抗氧化活性甚至强于维生素C和E。此外,Kenjis等发现质抑制内毒素诱导的大鼠眼葡萄膜炎(Elu),且其抗炎作用与尼松龙相当。特别是近年来研究发现,岩藻黄质能够显著的燃烧脂肪细胞,消除脂肪堆积的作用,从而起到显著的减肥效果,更使岩藻黄质在减肥药市场中占据重要的地位,因此,岩藻黄质是一个用途广泛的海洋活性物质。
然而岩藻黄素性质不稳定,不易溶于水,因此不利于岩藻黄素的开发利用,且在本植物饮料领域所使用上述空白,为了弥补领域空白,并且提高其领域的附加值,因此需要一种岩藻黄素植物饮料的出现。

为了弥补以上不足,本发明提供了一种岩藻黄素植物饮料及其制备方法以填补植物饮料领域的空白。

本发明还提供一种制备岩藻黄素植物饮料的方法,包括步骤:
a)植物果汁的制备
①称取合格的植物原料,用清水洗净;
②适当破碎上述洗净后的所有原料,进行压榨取汁;
③先向得到的植物果汁中加入0.1~2.0g/L明胶,搅拌均匀;再加入0.05~1.0g/L壳聚糖,搅拌均匀;最后于-5~10℃冷藏处理1~5天;
④过滤祛除析出的沉淀,适当浓缩,即得稳定性良好的植物浓缩果汁;
b)岩藻黄素的制备
①首先将亲水性胶体和水混合,加热溶解,制成亲水胶体溶液;
②将岩藻黄素与油相混合,继续加热溶解;加入到步骤①中的亲水胶体溶液中,随后往亲水胶体溶液中投入乳化剂混合均匀,在50~70℃下强烈搅拌10~40分钟;
③导入均质机进行均质,得到平均粒径在20~800纳米的所述纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液;
c)岩藻黄素植物饮料的制备
①向上述a)步骤的植物浓缩果汁中加入植物浓缩果汁总量1~50%的b)步骤制成的溶纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液,混匀,制备岩藻黄素植物液体;
②将上述所述的盐藻黄素植物液体进行加水萃取得到初饮料,对所述初饮料进行后期加工处理得到成品岩藻黄素植物饮料。

该发明的优点:岩藻黄素的应用在植物饮料领域,通过该植物饮料的制备方法制成该植物饮料,该植物饮料是以植物果汁和岩藻黄素为主要原料,经过添加其他植物成分制备成为饮品。本发明提供的植物饮料利用岩藻黄素为原料,加工成具有保健功效的岩藻黄素植物饮料,岩藻黄素植物饮料具有改善消化系统功能、降低胆固醇、消耗脂肪、改善血糖、促进矿物质营养吸收等多种保健作用,并能够提高人体免疫力,是男女老幼皆宜的新一代饮品。从而解决了岩藻黄素制品技术含量低、附加值低、无法成为消费者普遍接受的流行产品的问题,从而使岩藻黄素的市场空间更加广阔;本发明通过采用压榨取汁、对压榨得到的植物果汁果汁用明胶、壳聚糖和冷藏相结合的方法进行后处理,避免了果汁中的维生素C、维生素E、维生素P和超氧化物歧化酶等物质因氧化而损失,且延长了植物饮料制品的贮存期,提高了产品质量,解决了现有技术所制备的植物饮料制品所存在的营养价值低、口味不正、易浑浊等质量问题;本发明将难溶性的岩藻黄素先进行处理在加入到含有亲水性胶体的水溶液中经适当的搅拌、先形成一层外裹有亲水性胶体粒子的微粒子、在加入乳化剂经搅拌均匀后在经高压均质机乳化均质后即可得到可长期稳定又可直接溶解于水中形成透明或部分透明的水溶液的纳米级乳化液。将此乳化液加入植物果汁中后即可得到纳米级高浓度的水分散性优良的岩藻黄素植物饮料产品。该产品可显著提高人体体内的消化吸收率,提高活性成分的吸收利用。

a)植物果汁的制备

b)岩藻黄素的制备
①首先将亲水性胶体和水混合,加热溶解,制成亲水胶体溶液;
②将岩藻黄素与油相混合,继续加热溶解;加入到步骤①中的亲水胶体溶液中,随后往亲水胶体溶液中投入乳化剂混合均匀,在50~70℃下强烈搅拌10~40分钟;
③导入均质机进行均质,得到平均粒径在20~800纳米的所述纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液;
c)岩藻黄素植物饮料的制备
①向上述a)步骤的植物浓缩果汁中加入植物浓缩果汁总量1~50%的b)步骤制成的溶纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液,混匀,制备岩藻黄素植物液体;
②将上述所述的盐藻黄素植物液体进行加水萃取得到初饮料,对所述初饮料进行后期加工处理得到成品岩藻黄素植物饮料。
所述油相包括葵花籽油、橄榄油、花生油中的一种。
所述亲水性胶体选自速溶琼胶、卡拉胶、黄原胶、结冷胶、印度胶、魔芋胶、罗望子胶、瓜尔胶、普鲁兰胶、阿拉伯胶、以及变性淀粉的一种以上。
所述乳化剂选自聚甘油脂肪酸甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸甘油酯或大豆卵磷脂的一种以上。
所述乳化剂为聚甘油脂肪酸甘油酯和大豆卵磷脂按照重量比1∶0.3~2的复合乳化剂。
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
a)植物果汁的制备
①称取合格的植物原料,用清水洗净;
②适当破碎上述洗净后的所有原料,进行压榨取汁;
③先向得到的植物果汁中加入0.1g/L明胶,搅拌均匀;再加入0.05g/L壳聚糖,搅拌均匀;最后于-5℃冷藏处理1天;
④过滤祛除析出的沉淀,适当浓缩,即得稳定性良好的植物浓缩果汁;
b)岩藻黄素的制备
①首先将亲水性胶体和水混合,加热溶解,制成亲水胶体溶液;
②将岩藻黄素与油相混合,继续加热溶解;加入到步骤①中的亲水胶体溶液中,随后往亲水胶体溶液中投入乳化剂混合均匀,在50下强烈搅拌10分钟;
③导入均质机进行均质,得到平均粒径在20纳米的所述纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液;
c)岩藻黄素植物饮料的制备
①向上述a)步骤的植物浓缩果汁中加入植物浓缩果汁总量1%的b)步骤制成的溶纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液,混匀,制备岩藻黄素植物液体;
②将上述所述的盐藻黄素植物液体进行加水萃取得到初饮料,对所述初饮料进行后期加工处理得到成品岩藻黄素植物饮料。
实施例二:
a)植物果汁的制备
①称取合格的植物原料,用清水洗净;
②适当破碎上述洗净后的所有原料,进行压榨取汁;
③先向得到的植物果汁中加入2.0g/L明胶,搅拌均匀;再加入1.0g/L壳聚糖,搅拌均匀;最后于10℃冷藏处理5天;
④过滤祛除析出的沉淀,适当浓缩,即得稳定性良好的植物浓缩果汁;
b)岩藻黄素的制备
①首先将亲水性胶体和水混合,加热溶解,制成亲水胶体溶液;
②将岩藻黄素与油相混合,继续加热溶解;加入到步骤①中的亲水胶体溶液中,随后往亲水胶体溶液中投入乳化剂混合均匀,在70℃下强烈搅拌40分钟;
③导入均质机进行均质,得到平均粒径在800纳米的所述纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液;
c)岩藻黄素植物饮料的制备
①向上述a)步骤的植物浓缩果汁中加入植物浓缩果汁总量50%的b)步骤制成的溶纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液,混匀,制备岩藻黄素植物液体;
②将上述所述的盐藻黄素植物液体进行加水萃取得到初饮料,对所述初饮料进行后期加工处理得到成品岩藻黄素植物饮料。
实施例三:
a)植物果汁的制备
①称取合格的植物原料,用清水洗净;
②适当破碎上述洗净后的所有原料,进行压榨取汁;
③先向得到的植物果汁中加入1g/L明胶,搅拌均匀;再加入0.5g/L壳聚糖,搅拌均匀;最后于3℃冷藏处理3天;
④过滤祛除析出的沉淀,适当浓缩,即得稳定性良好的植物浓缩果汁;
b)岩藻黄素的制备
①首先将亲水性胶体和水混合,加热溶解,制成亲水胶体溶液;
②将岩藻黄素与油相混合,继续加热溶解;加入到步骤①中的亲水胶体溶液中,随后往亲水胶体溶液中投入乳化剂混合均匀,在65℃下强烈搅拌20分钟;
③导入均质机进行均质,得到平均粒径在300纳米的所述纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液;
c)岩藻黄素植物饮料的制备
①向上述a)步骤的植物浓缩果汁中加入植物浓缩果汁总量5%的b)步骤制成的溶纳米水溶性岩藻黄素液,混匀,制备岩藻黄素植物液体;
②将上述所述的盐藻黄素植物液体进行加水萃取得到初饮料,对所述初饮料进行后期加工处理得到成品岩藻黄素植物饮料。

Claims (10)
1.一种岩藻黄素植物饮料,其特征在于:所述植物饮料制品中含有岩藻黄素或复合岩藻黄素。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种岩藻黄素植物饮料,其特征在于:所述复合岩藻黄素由岩藻黄素和营养物质混合而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种岩藻黄素植物饮料,其特征在于:所述营养物质包括果酱、馅料、维生素C、生育酚、大豆卵磷脂、葡萄糖、蛋白质、低聚糖、膳食纤维和木糖醇其中的一种或几种组合而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种岩藻黄素植物饮料,其特征在于:所述植物饮料还包括植物原料。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种岩藻黄素植物饮料,其特征在于:所述植物原料包括苹果、柑桔、葡萄、木瓜、菠萝、椰子、猕猴桃、柠檬、乌梅、青梅、蓝莓、树莓、哈密瓜、西瓜、番茄、黄瓜、红枣、酸枣、黑枣、冬枣、桑椹、桃、山楂、枸杞子、胖大海、越橘、罗汉果、青果、女贞子、山茱萸、决明子、葡萄籽、大麦、燕麦、白果、大豆、咖啡豆、可可豆、人参、西洋参、三七、葛根、黄芪、甘草、地黄、山药、红景天、人参茎叶、西洋参茎叶、三七茎叶、百合、芦荟、薄荷叶、银杏叶、松树皮、绞股蓝、桑枝、桑叶、茶叶、石斛、三七花、人参花、红花、西红花、金银花、菊花、野菊花和槐花中的一种或几种组合而成。
6.一种制备岩藻黄素植物饮料的方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)植物果汁的制备
①称取合格的植物原料,用清水洗净;
②适当破碎上述洗净后的所有原料,进行压榨取汁;
③先向得到的植物果汁中加入0.1~2.0g/L明胶,搅拌均匀;再加入0.05~1.0g/L壳聚糖,搅拌均匀;最后于-5~10℃冷藏处理1~5天;
④过滤祛除析出的沉淀,适当浓缩,即得稳定性良好的植物浓缩果汁;
b)岩藻黄素的制备
①首先将亲水性胶体和水混合,加热溶解,制成亲水胶体溶液;

②将上述所述的盐藻黄素植物液体进行加水萃取得到初饮料,对所述初饮料进行后期加工处理得到成品岩藻黄素植物饮料。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种制备岩藻黄素植物饮料的方法,其特征在于:所述油相包括葵花籽油、橄榄油、花生油中的一种。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种制备岩藻黄素植物饮料的方法,其特征在于:所述亲水性胶体选自速溶琼胶、卡拉胶、黄原胶、结冷胶、印度胶、魔芋胶、罗望子胶、瓜尔胶、普鲁兰胶、阿拉伯胶、以及变性淀粉的一种以上。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种制备岩藻黄素植物饮料的方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂选自聚甘油脂肪酸甘油酯、蔗糖脂肪酸甘油酯或大豆卵磷脂的一种以上。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种制备岩藻黄素植物饮料的方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为聚甘油脂肪酸甘油酯和大豆卵磷脂按照重量比1∶0.3~2的复合乳化剂。
