Abstract

本发明提供了一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂及其制备方法,所述改进剂包括如下重量份数的组分:聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯8‑10份;聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5‑1份;二苯胺0.3‑0.5份;加氢精制基础油85‑89份。本发明所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂剪切能力较好,热解稳定性较好,能够满足市场上最苛刻的汽油和柴油发动机油要求品质的多级机油调制。

一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油领域,尤其是涉及一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
粘度指数改进剂是用于制备润滑油的主要添加剂,在润滑油中添加粘度指数改进剂,可获得低温起动性能好、高温下又能保持适当粘度的多级油,改进润滑油性能,提升润滑油档次,延长润滑油使用寿命。
当发动机运转时,润滑剂的功能是减少和分散积聚的发动机沉积物。它们也起到降低相接触的(通常是金属或陶瓷的)滑动移动部件间摩擦的作用。
众所周知,润滑油包含用于保护机械设备例如内燃发动机免受磨损、氧化、烟炱沉积物和酸度积累影响的多种添加剂,其中粘度指数改进剂是其中重要的添加剂。增粘能力是粘度指数改进剂的一个很重要性能。粘度指数改进剂的增粘能力越大,加量越小,多级油的成本也就越低。增粘能力主要与粘度指数改进剂的分子量大小和分子上的主链碳数[—CH2—]以及在基础油中的形态有关。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂,该粘度指数改进剂加到油品里起到剪切稳定的作用,生产方法简单,溶解聚合反应时间短,生产率高。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

上述润滑油粘度指数改进剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将加氢精制基础油按比例投入带有搅拌功能的调和釜中并升温至65-75度;
(2)将聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯用粉碎机粉碎,待步骤(1)的加氢精制基础油升温到65-75度后开启调和釜中的搅拌桨并同时缓慢加入粉碎后的聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯;
(3)将聚甲基丙烯酸酯和二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌3-5小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌5-8小时至完全融化得到混合液体;
(4)将调和釜内的混合液体降温至75-85度后,通过油泵循环方式对降温后的混合液体循环0.5-1小时,取样化验合格后即得润滑油粘度指数改进剂。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中调和釜将加氢精制基础油升温至75度。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中调和釜内混合液体降温至75度。
优选地,所述步骤(3)为:将聚甲基丙烯酸酯和二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌3小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌5小时至完全融化得到混合液体。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂及其制备方法具有以下优势:
(1)本发明所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂外观透明无悬浮物,稠化能力强,低温性能好;
(2)本发明所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂剪切能力较好,热解稳定性较好;
(3)本发明所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂在润滑油中抗氧化性能较好;
(4)本发明所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂能够满足市场上最苛刻的汽油和柴油发动机油要求品质的多级机油调制。
具体实施方式
除非另外说明,本文中所用的术语均具有本领域技术人员常规理解的含义,为了便于理解本发明,将本文中使用的一些术语进行了下述定义。
所有的数字标识,例如pH、温度、时间、浓度,包括范围,都是近似值。要了解,虽然不总是明确的叙述所有的数字标识之前都加上术语“约”。同时也要了解,虽然不总是明确的叙述,本文中描述的试剂仅仅是示例,其等价物是本领域已知的。
下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将89份加氢精制基础油投入带有搅拌功能的调和釜中并升温至75度;
(2)将10份聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯用粉碎机粉碎,待步骤(1)的加氢精制基础油升温到75度后开启调和釜中的搅拌桨并同时缓慢加入粉碎后的聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯;
(3)将0.5份聚甲基丙烯酸酯和0.3份二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌3小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌5小时至完全融化得到混合液体;
(4)将调和釜内的混合液体降温至75度后,通过油泵循环方式对降温后的混合液体循环0.5小时,取样化验合格后即得润滑油粘度指数改进剂。实施例2
一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将85份加氢精制基础油投入带有搅拌功能的调和釜中并升温至75度;
(2)将8份聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯用粉碎机粉碎,待步骤(1)的加氢精制基础油升温到75度后开启调和釜中的搅拌桨并同时缓慢加入粉碎后的聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯;
(3)将0.5份聚甲基丙烯酸酯和0.3份二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌3小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌5小时至完全融化得到混合液体;
(4)将调和釜内的混合液体降温至75度后,通过油泵循环方式对降温后的混合液体循环0.5小时,取样化验合格后即得润滑油粘度指数改进剂。实施例3
一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将88份加氢精制基础油投入带有搅拌功能的调和釜中并升温至70度;
(2)将8份聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯用粉碎机粉碎,待步骤(1)的加氢精制基础油升温到65度后开启调和釜中的搅拌桨并同时缓慢加入粉碎后的聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯;
(3)将0.8份聚甲基丙烯酸酯和0.3份二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌3小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌6小时至完全融化得到混合液体;
(4)将调和釜内的混合液体降温至80度后,通过油泵循环方式对降温后的混合液体循环0.5小时,取样化验合格后即得润滑油粘度指数改进剂。实施例4
一种润滑油粘度指数改进剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将86份加氢精制基础油投入带有搅拌功能的调和釜中并升温至65度;
(2)将9份聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯用粉碎机粉碎,待步骤(1)的加氢精制基础油升温到75度后开启调和釜中的搅拌桨并同时缓慢加入粉碎后的聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯;
(3)将1份聚甲基丙烯酸酯和0.5份二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌5小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌8小时至完全融化得到混合液体;
(4)将调和釜内的混合液体降温至80度后,通过油泵循环方式对降温后的混合液体循环0.5小时,取样化验合格后即得润滑油粘度指数改进剂。
对比例
一种润滑油粘度剂,由如下质量百分比的原料制备而得:8%的二元乙丙橡胶;0.04%的双环戊二烯基铁;0.03%的丁二酰亚胺;余量为机油。该粘度指数剂的制备方法与实施例1的制备方法相同。
将实施例1得到的润滑油粘度指数改进剂与对比例得到的润滑油粘度剂进行试验对比,具体的试验方法和试验结果见下表:

从上表可以看出,本发明所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂的剪切稳定系数值以及40℃、60℃、80℃、100℃温度下的运动粘度值均较对比例得到的粘度剂明显降低,由此可得,本发明制得的润滑油粘度指数改进剂,这种增粘剂颜色浅抗氧化性能好,剪切稳定指数比其他的粘度指数改进剂效果要好,加在润滑油里能使车保持良好的油压,不至于行驶一段时间就后压力下降,低温流动性能好。

(2)将聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯用粉碎机粉碎,待步骤(1)的加氢精制基础油升温到65-75度后开启调和釜中的搅拌桨并同时缓慢加入粉碎后的聚氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯;
(3)将聚甲基丙烯酸酯和二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌3-5小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌5-8小时至完全融化得到混合液体;
(4)将调和釜内的混合液体降温至75-85度后,通过油泵循环方式对降温后的混合液体循环0.5-1小时,取样化验合格后即得润滑油粘度指数改进剂。

7.根据权利要求4所述的所述的润滑油粘度指数改进剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)为:将聚甲基丙烯酸酯和二苯胺加入至调和釜内,继续升温至130度后保持恒温,搅拌3小时后观察融化程度,再继续恒温搅拌5小时至完全融化得到混合液体。
