Abstract

一种橡胶定长自动裁断机及裁断方法,主要包括送料输送带、出料输送带及中间的裁切机构,所述送料输送带和出料输送带分别通过独立的送料电机和出料电机驱动,所述裁切机构包括剪切刀片,剪切刀片通过凸轮、旋转气缸驱动,所述送料电机、出料电机及旋转气缸均通过PLC控制器控制启动。本发明提供的一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,通过设置送料输送带、出料输送带及中间的裁切机构,利用PLC控制器控制,克服了胶片裁切长度不稳定、连续生产过程中操作调整困难、胶片合格率低的技术问题。

Description

一种橡胶定长自动裁断机及裁断方法
技术领域
本发明设计为一种改进型的橡胶自动化生产设备,主要用于橡胶行业胶片挤出或压延连续生产过程的定长裁断。
背景技术
现在常用的橡胶胶片裁断机存在连续生产过程中胶片裁断困难、裁切长度不准确的缺陷,无PLC程序控制,连续生产时适时调试较困难,新的裁断设备通过PLC程序设计和相关机械原理改造,可以通过程序控制自由输入裁切长度和裁切速度,满足在生产线设备的连续生产中实现各个设备之间匹配的适时调整,且裁断长度误差小于2毫米,有效满足了对模压产品胶片尺寸的严格要求,大大提高了裁切胶片的合格率和胶片的生产效率,简化了裁断设备的调试和生产过程中的操作调整。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种橡胶定长自动裁断机及裁断方法,克服了胶片裁切长度不稳定、连续生产过程中操作调整困难、胶片合格率低的技术问题,提供了一种裁切长度准确率高、操作简单、生产可靠性高的胶片裁断设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,包括送料输送带、出料输送带及中间的裁切机构,所述送料输送带和出料输送带分别通过独立的送料电机和出料电机驱动,所述裁切机构包括剪切刀片,剪切刀片通过凸轮、旋转气缸驱动,所述送料电机、出料电机及旋转气缸均通过PLC控制器控制启动。
所述剪切刀片处安装有红外探头。
所述送料输送带两侧安装有急停安全开关。
所述送料输送带上安装有多个压料辊。
所述压料辊两端设有Z型调节杆,Z型调节杆与固定套筒螺纹连接,并通过把手调节。
所述送料输送带前端装有单向送料导辊。
所述送料电机在剪切刀片裁切完成上升回到原位后瞬间启动送料输送带后退。
一种橡胶定长自动裁断机的裁断方法,包括以下步骤:
一)、准备工作:首先,将裁切机构两端输送带的速度进行偏差调整,使出料输送带的速度大于送料输送带的速度;然后,根据生产不同厚度的橡胶片将前后的输送带上设置的压料辊调整到合适高度位置。
二)、输送剪切:
1)、送料电机和出料电机均带动输送带运行,当送料电机带动胶片运动到合适长度后,PLC控制器控制送料电机停止(或降低速度),并同时通过电磁伺服阀控制旋转气缸带动活动上刀片下移进行剪切。
2)、PLC控制器控制送料输送带迅速反转将输送胶片退后,压料辊阻止胶片后退、滑落,出料输送带随即将胶片带走。
3)、当胶片没有时,急停安全开关动作,送料电机停止运转。
本发明一种橡胶定长自动裁断机及裁断方法,具有以下技术效果:
1)、通过设置两台同步电机,驱动裁切机构前后的送料输送带和出料输送带,保证裁断长度准确。
2)、通过两台电机对裁切送料和裁断出料速度分开控制,不仅克服胶片粘连的问题,而且有效解决了裁切设备连续生产过程中胶片的积压的问题,简化了裁切操作调整过程,提高了胶片合格率和劳动生产效率。
3)、通过控制器控制,可使剪切刀片速度调整与送料输送带同步关联反映,调整裁刀速度不影响切片长度,保证胶片长度的稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,包括送料输送带1、出料输送带2及中间的裁切机构3,所述送料输送带1和出料输送带2分别通过独立的送料电机4和出料电机5驱动,送料电机4和出料电机5均为同步电机,通过同步电机精确控制送料转子的运转周长,从而保证剪切长度的准确性,所述裁切机构3包括剪切刀片6,剪切刀片6由固定下刀片和活动上刀片组成,活动上刀片安装在滑轨内,活动上刀片两侧通过摇杆与凸轮7铰接,构成曲柄滑块机构,凸轮7通过旋转气缸8带动。在剪切刀片6上方的固定架上安装有两个红外探头9,红外探头9用于检测输送带上有无胶片,这样方便快速启动剪切;红外探头9用于安全保护,当红外探头检测到有物品靠近防护网附近时,剪切刀片将停止动作,可以有效避免生产过程中意外事故的出现。由于上下刀片在对切过程中直接接触容易导致磨损变钝,因此,可在下固定刀片底端安装弹性橡胶片,弹性橡胶片两端设有长度为0.5cm-1cm的弹性凸起,这样可在剪切过程中实现一定的缓冲,减少直接正切过程中,上刀片由于位置偏移或电机震动导致刀片对切磨损变钝损坏的问题。
两个红外探头9、送料电机4、出料电机5及旋转气缸8均通过PLC控制器14控制启动。在工作时,送料电机4和出料电机5均带动输送带运行,当送料电机4带动胶片运动到合适长度后,PLC控制器控制送料电机4停止(或降低速度),并同时通过电磁伺服阀控制旋转气缸8带动活动上刀片下移进行剪切,剪切完成后,送料输送带1迅速反转将输送胶片退后,避免胶片粘刀对胶片向前输送的阻碍,同时单向送料导辊及时阻止胶片后退的重力滑落,防止裁切长度的不稳定;出料输送带2随即将胶片带走,输送带2的速度大于输送带1的速度,以保证裁断的胶片不阻碍后面胶片的输送,这样既可保证胶片的有效裁断,同时解决了裁断的橡胶胶片粘刀对连续生产不利因素的困扰。
所述送料输送带1两侧安装有急停安全开关10。当胶片没有时,通过红外线检测后,使急停安全开关动作,送料电机4停止运转,从而避免后面空切带来对刀片的损伤。
所述送料输送带1上安装有多个压料辊11。所述压料辊11两端设有Z型调节杆12,Z型调节杆12与固定套筒13螺纹连接,并通过把手调节。由此可根据不同厚度的胶片,旋转Z型调节杆12,调节压料辊与工作台之间的间距,从而有效调整松紧度。

1.一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,其特征在于:包括送料输送带(1)、出料输送带(2)及中间的裁切机构(3),所述送料输送带(1)和出料输送带(2)分别通过独立的送料电机(4)和出料电机(5)驱动,所述裁切机构(3)包括剪切刀片(6),剪切刀片(6)由固定下刀片和活动上刀片组成,活动上刀片安装在滑轨内,活动上刀片两侧通过摇杆与凸轮(7)铰接,构成曲柄滑块机构,凸轮(7)通过旋转气缸(8)带动;固定下刀片底端安装弹性橡胶片,弹性橡胶片两端设有长度为0.5cm-1cm的弹性凸起;所述送料电机(4)、出料电机(5)及旋转气缸(8)均通过PLC控制器(14)控制启动;所述送料输送带(1)上安装有多个压料辊(11);所述送料电机(4)在剪切刀片(6)裁切完成上升回到原位后瞬间启动送料输送带(1)后退。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,其特征在于:所述剪切刀片(6)处安装有红外探头(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,其特征在于:所述送料输送带(1)两侧安装有急停安全开关(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,其特征在于:所述压料辊(11)两端设有Z型调节杆(12),Z型调节杆(12)与固定套筒(13)螺纹连接,并通过把手调节。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶定长自动裁断机,其特征在于:所述送料输送带(1)前端装有单向送料导辊。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的一种橡胶定长自动裁断机来裁断的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一)、准备工作:首先,将裁切机构两端输送带的速度进行偏差调整,使出料输送带的速度大于送料输送带的速度;然后,根据生产不同厚度的橡胶片将送料输送带(1)上设置的压料辊(11)调整到合适高度位置;
二)、输送剪切:
1)、送料电机和出料电机均带动输送带运行,当送料电机带动胶片运动到合适长度后,PLC控制器控制送料电机停止或降低速度,并同时通过电磁伺服阀控制旋转气缸带动活动上刀片下移进行剪切;
2)、PLC控制器控制送料输送带迅速反转将输送胶片退后,压料辊阻止胶片后退、滑落,出料输送带随即将胶片带走;
3)、当胶片没有时,急停安全开关动作,送料电机停止运转。
