一种家居门活性喷漆方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,具体是一种家居门活性喷漆方法。
背景技术
现有的家居门表面喷涂方法包括对家居门表面进行打磨、去静电和除尘等表面处理,以及对家居门进行喷底漆、刮腻子、刮灰及喷色漆等步骤。其中,刮腻子和刮灰是在家居门表面喷涂完底漆之后,通过填补或者整体处理的方式,清除家居门表面高低不平的部分,使得家居门表面平整光滑,使得油漆均能有效附着在家居门表面,保证家居门表面的外观质量。
但还存在以下问题:刮腻子和刮灰均需要工人手工反复的将腻子或原子灰涂覆在家居门表面,使得刮腻子和刮灰步骤施工进度缓慢,导致整个喷涂作业的周期较长,从而使得现有的家居门表面喷涂方法仅适用于小规模的喷涂处理,而不能满足当前汽车大规模生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种家居门活性喷漆方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种家居门活性喷漆方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.选择由碳纤维复合材料、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维或玄武岩纤维制成家居门,打开压力机,压制成毛坯;;
b.对家居门进行预处理,使家居门表面的光滑、干净无尘、无锈、无油脂;
c.对b步骤处理后的进行表面打磨,将毛刺打磨干净并抛光,再进行火焰处理或电晕放电的活性基团的表面处理,以增强表面吸附能力;
d.对表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,将上述经过底漆喷涂的胚件进行加热干燥处理30—50min,加热的温度保持在60—80摄氏度,接着对干燥过的胚件进行磨平处理;
e.在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
进一步地,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。
进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种家居门活性喷漆方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.选择由碳纤维复合材料、玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维或玄武岩纤维制成家居门,打开压力机,压制成毛坯;;
b.对家居门进行预处理,使家居门表面的光滑、干净无尘、无锈、无油脂;
c.对b步骤处理后的进行表面打磨,将毛刺打磨干净并抛光,再进行火焰处理或电晕放电的活性基团的表面处理,以增强表面吸附能力;
d.对表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,将上述经过底漆喷涂的胚件进行加热干燥处理30—50min,加热的温度保持在60—80摄氏度,接着对干燥过的胚件进行磨平处理;
e.在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。

b.对家居门进行预处理,使家居门表面的光滑、干净无尘、无锈、无油脂;
c.对b步骤处理后的进行表面打磨,将毛刺打磨干净并抛光,再进行火焰处理或电晕放电的活性基团的表面处理,以增强表面吸附能力;
d.对表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,将上述经过底漆喷涂的胚件进行加热干燥处理30—50min,加热的温度保持在60—80摄氏度,接着对干燥过的胚件进行磨平处理;
e.在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
