[0002] 现有的汽车车门表面喷涂方法包括对汽车车门表面进行打磨、去静电和除尘等表面处理,以及对汽车车门进行喷底漆、刮腻子、刮灰及喷色漆等步骤。其中,刮腻子和刮灰是在汽车车门表面喷涂完底漆之后,通过填补或者整体处理的方式,清除汽车车门表面高低不平的部分,使得汽车车门表面平整光滑,使得油漆均能有效附着在汽车车门表面,保证汽车车门表面的外观质量。
但还存在以下问题:刮腻子和刮灰均需要工人手工反复的将腻子或原子灰涂覆在汽车车门表面,使得刮腻子和刮灰步骤施工进度缓慢,导致整个喷涂作业的周期较长,从而使得现有的汽车车门表面喷涂方法仅适用于小规模的喷涂处理,而不能满足当前汽车大规模生产的需要。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明旨在提供一种带花纹车门活性漆喷涂方法,以解决上述问题。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种带花纹车门活性漆喷涂方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.对车体表面进行打磨,且在打磨过程使用细雾状水流对打磨处进行清洗,再采用去离子水和有机溶剂对车体表面进行清洁处理,使车体表面的光滑、干净无尘、无锈、无油脂;
b.对a步骤清洗处理过的材料进行干燥处理20—30min再对车门进行火焰处理或电晕放电的活性基团的表面处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力,至车门能够吸附的所述油漆的厚度达到预设范围为止;
c.对车门进行底漆的喷涂,喷涂时喷枪与喷涂表面的距离为10—30cm,保持喷枪与被涂物面呈直角运行,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8〜15μπι,并干燥30分钟;
d.接着对干燥过的车门进行磨平处理,在磨平过的车门上贴上颜色图案花型,对贴过花型的车门进行喷色,在喷色的过程中,喷涂时喷枪与喷涂表面的距离为10—15cm,保持喷枪与被涂物面呈直角运行;
e.再喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
[0005] 进一步地,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μπι-120μπι。
[0006] 进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μηι-150μηι。
[0007] 进一步地,所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μπι-150μπι。
[0008] 本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。

3.根据权利要求1所述的带花纹车门活性漆喷涂方法,其特征在于,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为13 Oym-15 Oym。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带花纹车门活性漆喷涂方法,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μηι-150μηι。
