Abstract
本发明公开了一种车门外漆喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:a.将车门放入到盐酸池里面浸泡1h,然后用清水清洗10—20min,在放入脱脂池里面浸泡40—60min,在放入到磷化池里面浸泡50—70min,随即取出放入钝化池里面浸泡30—50min,使用工业酒精进行擦拭,最后使用清水冲洗1—3遍;b.对a步骤清洗处理过的材料进行干燥处理20—30min,再对车门进行打磨,增大表面粗糙度处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力;c.对车门进行底漆的喷涂;d.将上述经过底漆喷涂的胚件进行加热干燥处理30—50min,接着对干燥过的胚件进行磨平处理;e.在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,干燥0.5‑1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。采用本发明有效提高了车体表面涂层的机械性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,具体是一种车门外漆喷涂方法。
背景技术
现有的汽车车门表面喷涂方法包括对汽车车门表面进行打磨、去静电和除尘等表面处理,以及对汽车车门进行喷底漆、刮腻子、刮灰及喷色漆等步骤。其中,刮腻子和刮灰是在汽车车门表面喷涂完底漆之后,通过填补或者整体处理的方式,清除汽车车门表面高低不平的部分,使得汽车车门表面平整光滑,使得油漆均能有效附着在汽车车门表面,保证汽车车门表面的外观质量。
但还存在以下问题:刮腻子和刮灰均需要工人手工反复的将腻子或原子灰涂覆在汽车车门表面,使得刮腻子和刮灰步骤施工进度缓慢,导致整个喷涂作业的周期较长,从而使得现有的汽车车门表面喷涂方法仅适用于小规模的喷涂处理,而不能满足当前汽车大规模生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种车门外漆喷涂方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种车门外漆喷涂方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将车门放入到盐酸池里面浸泡1h,然后用清水清洗10—20min,在放入脱脂池里面浸泡40—60min,在放入到磷化池里面浸泡50—70min,随即取出放入钝化池里面浸泡30—50min,使用工业酒精进行擦拭,最后使用清水冲洗1—3遍;
b.对a步骤清洗处理过的材料进行干燥处理20—30min,再对车门进行打磨,增大表面粗糙度处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力;
c.对车门进行底漆的喷涂,喷涂时喷枪与喷涂表面的距离为10—30cm,保持喷枪与被涂物面呈直角运行,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;
d.将上述经过底漆喷涂的胚件进行加热干燥处理30—50min,加热的温度保持在60—80摄氏度,接着对干燥过的胚件进行磨平处理;
e.在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。进一步地,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。
进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种车门外漆喷涂方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将车门放入到盐酸池里面浸泡1h,然后用清水清洗10—20min,在放入脱脂池里面浸泡40—60min,在放入到磷化池里面浸泡50—70min,随即取出放入钝化池里面浸泡30—50min,使用工业酒精进行擦拭,最后使用清水冲洗1—3遍;
b.对a步骤清洗处理过的材料进行干燥处理20—30min,再对车门进行打磨,增大表面粗糙度处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力;
c.对车门进行底漆的喷涂,喷涂时喷枪与喷涂表面的距离为10—30cm,保持喷枪与被涂物面呈直角运行,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;
d.将上述经过底漆喷涂的胚件进行加热干燥处理30—50min,加热的温度保持在60—80摄氏度,接着对干燥过的胚件进行磨平处理;
e.在底层漆表面喷涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。

a.将车门放入到盐酸池里面浸泡1h,然后用清水清洗10—20min,在放入脱脂池里面浸泡40—60min,在放入到磷化池里面浸泡50—70min,随即取出放入钝化池里面浸泡30—50min,使用工业酒精进行擦拭,最后使用清水冲洗1—3遍;
b.对a步骤清洗处理过的材料进行干燥处理20—30min,再对车门进行打磨,增大表面粗糙度处理,以增强车门表面吸附能力;
c.对车门进行底漆的喷涂,喷涂时喷枪与喷涂表面的距离为10—30cm,保持喷枪与被涂物面呈直角运行,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;
