Abstract

本发明公开一种热转印处理方法,包括以下步骤(1)砂磨,(2)预热,(3)静电喷粉,利用静电喷涂的方式,将粉末材料涂覆在板材表面;(4)喷涂后冷却,得到涂层,用砂纸对涂层表面进行砂磨,使得涂层表面均匀平整;(5)热转印处理:将PVC热转印膜贴在板材的涂层表面,140‑150℃烘烤50‑60min,之后剥离PVC薄膜,即得到热转印纹理。本发明使用方便,且热转印效果佳,避免了印刷纹路的扩散问题;通过控制热转印时的温度和时间,可以获得高质量的热转印纹理,制作得到的产品的表面纹理附着牢固,纹理真实而无色差,且不易变色,满足了密度板表面的各种装饰需求。

一种热转印处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于家具板料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种热转印处理方法。
背景技术
高密度中纤板,是以木质纤维或其它植物纤维为原料,施加脲醛树脂,或其它合成树脂在加热加压的条件下压制成的一种板材,具有重量轻、抗冲击、耐磨、耐腐蚀、摩擦系数小、吸能、耐老化、阻燃、抗静电等优良性能。由于高密度中纤板的组织结构均匀,内外一致,因此可以进行表面的雕花加工和加工成各种断面的装饰线条,适于代替天然木材作结构材料。
然而密度板的一个通病就是耐水性差,一旦密度板沾水后其内部就容易发生膨胀变形,因此在密度板应用前通常会在其表面涂上一层油漆,既起着装饰作用,也能隔离外界水分的浸渍。现有的油漆施工中会释放大量有机挥发物,在后期使用中也会持续挥发,对环境造成极大危害。尤其密度板被广泛应用于家具制作方面,若是采用一般的油漆对密度板进行表面处理,油漆中所含的有机挥发物对人们的生活起居会造成极大的安全威胁。
静电喷涂工艺也称粉末涂装,是通过高压静电场使带负电的涂料微粒沿着电场相反的方向定向运动,并将涂料微粒吸附在工件表面的一种喷涂方法。相比于油漆涂装、贴膜涂装的方式,粉末涂装具有低成本、环保的优点,被广泛应用于金属板材表面涂装上。与金属板不同,密度板是不导电的非金属材料,在密度板表面进行静电喷涂的工序是有一定的难度的,因此,研究一种新的高密度中纤板表面静电喷塑、热转印处理工艺是非常重要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种热转印处理方法,它节能环保、操作简便、热转印效果好。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种热转印处理方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)砂磨,先用100-150目的砂布打磨,接着改用180-200目的砂布打磨;
(2)预热,将打磨后的板材加热到90-125℃,保温5-10min,使其含水率控制在4-8%;
(3)静电喷粉,利用静电喷涂的方式,将粉末材料涂覆在板材表面;
(4)喷涂后冷却,得到涂层,用砂纸对涂层表面进行砂磨,使得涂层表面均匀平整;
(5)热转印处理:将PVC热转印膜贴在板材的涂层表面,140-150℃烘烤50-60min,之后剥离PVC薄膜,即得到热转印纹理。
本发明使用方便,且热转印效果佳,避免了印刷纹路的扩散问题;通过控制热转印时的温度和时间,可以获得高质量的热转印纹理,制作得到的产品的表面纹理附着牢固,纹理真实而无色差,且不易变色,满足了密度板表面的各种装饰需求。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:一种热转印处理方法,包括以下步骤,
a、砂磨,先用100-150目的砂布打磨,接着改用180-200目的砂布打磨;
b、清理,通过真空吸尘的方式,将砂磨后的板材表面的粉尘清除;
c、预热,将清理后的板材加热到90-125℃,保温5-10min,使其含水率控制在4-8%;
d、静电喷粉,利用静电喷涂的方式,将粉末材料涂覆在板材表面;
e、喷涂后冷却,得到涂层,用砂纸对涂层表面进行砂磨,使得涂层表面均匀平整;
f、热转印处理:将PVC热转印膜贴在板材的涂层表面,140-150℃烘烤50-60min,之后剥离PVC薄膜,即得到热转印纹理;
g、转印纹理后对其表面进行覆膜。
作为优选,所述热转印木纹中,将PVC热转印膜的转印胶层一侧贴合在板材的涂层表面进行转印。
本发明使用方便,且热转印效果佳,避免了印刷纹路的扩散问题;通过控制热转印时的温度和时间,可以获得高质量的热转印纹理,制作得到的产品的表面纹理附着牢固,纹理真实而无色差,且不易变色,满足了密度板表面的各种装饰需求。

1.一种热转印处理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)砂磨,先用100-150目的砂布打磨,接着改用180-200目的砂布打磨;
(2)预热,将打磨后的板材加热到90-125℃,保温5-10min,使其含水率控制在4-8%;
(3)静电喷粉,利用静电喷涂的方式,将粉末材料涂覆在板材表面;
(4)喷涂后冷却,得到涂层,用砂纸对涂层表面进行砂磨,使得涂层表面均匀平整;
(5)热转印处理:将PVC热转印膜贴在板材的涂层表面,140-150℃烘烤50-60min,之后剥离PVC薄膜,即得到热转印纹理。
