本发明属于保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高男性精子活力的压片糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
硒具有增强生殖功能、调节多种维生素的吸收和利用、抗氧化、增强免疫、抗有害金属等功效。市面上有很多硒补充剂采用的是无机硒,该种硒的吸收差、生物利用率低,富硒菌粉是运用生物技术,以食用菌为载体直接提取,获得聚硒能力强、吸收利用率高的天然富硒营养食品。
锌是精液中的组成成分,影响精子产生、成熟、活动度及精子的受孕能力;维生素C具有抗氧化性,可抑制过氧化物和过氧化氢自由基,防止精子凝集。人体正常的生理代谢会损失一部分锌,而食物中补充的锌又不足以满足人体的正常代谢的锌,市面上常见的锌补充剂为第一代无机锌,第二代有机锌,和第三代生物锌,无机锌和有机锌都存在生物利用率低、肠胃刺激性大等缺陷,酵母锌属于第三代生物锌,通过酵母在生长过程中对锌进行吸收和转化,锌与酵母蛋白和多糖结合,形成纯生物态的锌,而且酵母中含有丰富的氨基酸和维生素,都能促进锌的吸收。

(1)按重量份数称取原料并混合的步骤;(2)将混合料过筛的步骤,筛孔的大小为80目;(3)将混合料制粒的步骤,在混合料内加入润湿剂制成软材,过筛后制粒,筛孔的大小为20目;(4)干燥的步骤,将步骤(3)中得到的粒料在不超过60℃的条件下沸腾干燥,直至粒料含水率≤4%,过筛后得整粒,筛孔的大小为18目;(5)将混合料压片成型的步骤,步骤(4)中的粒料加入一定量的硬脂酸镁并混合均匀,压片机压片。

(1)按重量份数称取原料并混合,以重量份计称取富硒菌粉85份、营养酵母粉100份、维生素C 11份、番茄红素65份、果糖470份、微晶纤维素和甘露糖醇辅料1250份;
(2)将混合料过筛,筛孔的大小为80目;
(3)将混合料制粒,在混合料内加入润湿剂制成软材,过筛后制粒,筛孔的大小为20目;
(4)干燥,将步骤(3)中得到的粒料在不超过60℃的条件下沸腾干燥,直至粒料含水率≤4%,过筛后得整粒,筛孔的大小为18目;
(5)将混合料压片成型,步骤(4)中的粒料加入一定量的硬脂酸镁并混合均匀,压片机压片。
实施例五:
(1)按重量份数称取原料并混合,以重量份计称取富硒菌粉90份、营养酵母粉95份、维生素C 12份、番茄红素70份、果糖500份、白砂糖和微晶纤维素辅料1350份;
(2)将混合料过筛,筛孔的大小为80目;
(3)将混合料制粒,在混合料内加入润湿剂制成软材,过筛后制粒,筛孔的大小为20目;
(4)干燥,将步骤(3)中得到的粒料在不超过60℃的条件下沸腾干燥,直至粒料含水率≤4%,过筛后得整粒,筛孔的大小为18目;
(5)将混合料压片成型,步骤(4)中的粒料加入一定量的硬脂酸镁并混合均匀,压片机压片。
Claims (4)
1.一种提高男性精子活力的压片糖果,其特征是:以重量份计包括以下组分,
富硒菌粉80-110份、营养酵母粉80-120份、维生素C 8-15份、番茄红素60-70份、果糖450-600份、辅料1100-1400份。
2.如权利要求1所述的提高男性精子活力的压片糖果,其特征是:以重量份计包括以下组分,
富硒菌粉90-100份、营养酵母粉90-110份、维生素C 9-13份、番茄红素60-70份、果糖480-550份、辅料1200-1300份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的提高男性精子活力的压片糖果,其特征是:所述辅料选取为柠檬酸淀粉、麦芽糊精、白砂糖、微晶纤维素、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、硬脂酸镁中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的提高男性精子活力的压片糖果的制备方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数称取原料并混合的步骤;
(2)将混合料过筛的步骤,筛孔的大小为80目;
(3)将混合料制粒的步骤,在混合料内加入润湿剂制成软材,过筛后制粒,筛孔的大小为20目;
(4)干燥的步骤,将步骤(3)中得到的粒料在不超过60℃的条件下沸腾干燥,直至粒料含水率≤4%,过筛后得整粒,筛孔的大小为18目;
(5)将混合料压片成型的步骤,步骤(4)中的粒料加入一定量的硬脂酸镁并混合均匀,压片机压片。
