本发明公开了一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果,成分包括麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、牡蛎粉、营养酵母、食品添加剂,其制备方法是:把麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、牡蛎粉、营养酵母,加入体积分数为乙醇中把各组分混合后制成软材,然后制粒,烘干过筛;把制粒产品与食品添加剂混合半小时;把混合物用压片机压片,即得压片糖果。本发明的优点在于:制成压片糖果能够方便携带和食用,节约时间同时能够摄入有益元素,多种有效成分能够相互促进作用,对人体有益,改善亚健康状态,提高精子活力和质量。

本发明涉及一种提高精子活力和质量的保健品技术领域。
背景技术
现代人生活节奏快、生存压力大,人们的身体多数是处于亚健康状态。精子是人体较为敏感的细胞,人们日常工作、生活方面的不良习惯,不能抗拒的恶劣环境因素等,均会对精子的生成、活力、质量造成不同程度的不良影响,例如:抽烟嗜酒、饮食不调、环境污染、作息不规律、药物、射线照射、温度过高、精神不振等。传统的中药治疗需要煎煮,耗费太多休息时间,十分不便利;另外,摄入大量的中药成分,会产生一定的副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果及其制备方法,制得压片糖果便于人们食用,摄取营养物质,改善亚健康状态。
为了达到上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果,按重量份计,包括如下组分:麦芽糊精18-22份、蛹虫草粉15-19份、牡蛎粉15-24份、营养酵母10-15份。
进一步地,还包括食品添加剂,食品添加剂的成分包括山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁。
进一步地,按重量份计,食品添加剂是5-8份,山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁的重量之比是3-4:2-3:2-4。
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、牡蛎粉、营养酵母,加入体积分数为60%-70%的乙醇把各组分混合1小时后制成软材,然后制粒,在60-80℃情况下烘3-3.5小时,过筛;
(2)把步骤(1)的制粒产品与食品添加剂混合半小时;
(3)把步骤(2)的混合物用压片机压片,每片0.4-0.6g,即得压片糖果。
本发明的优点在于:制成压片糖果能够方便携带和食用,节约时间同时能够摄入有益元素,蛹虫草粉、牡蛎粉、营养酵母能够相互促进作用,对人体有益,改善亚健康状态,提高精子活力和质量。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此以本发明的示意性实施例及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果,按重量份计,包括如下组分:麦芽糊精18份、蛹虫草粉15份、牡蛎粉15份、营养酵母10份、食品添加剂5份,
食品添加剂的成分包括山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁,按重量份计,山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁的重量之比是3:2:2。
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称取麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、牡蛎粉、营养酵母,加入体积分数为60%的乙醇把各组分混合1小时后制成软材,然后制粒,在80℃情况下烘3小时,过筛;
(2)把步骤(1)的制粒产品与食品添加剂混合半小时;
(3)把步骤(2)的混合物用压片机压片,每片0.4-0.6g,即得压片糖果。
实施例二
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果,按重量份计,包括如下组分:麦芽糊精20份、蛹虫草粉17份、牡蛎粉20份、营养酵母13份、食品添加剂6份,
食品添加剂的成分包括山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁,按重量份计,山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁的重量之比是3:3:2。
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、牡蛎粉、营养酵母、中药提取物,加入体积分数为70%的乙醇把各组分混合1小时后制成软材,然后制粒,在80℃情况下烘3小时,过筛;
(2)把步骤(1)的制粒产品与食品添加剂混合半小时;
(3)把步骤(2)的混合物用压片机压片,每片0.4-0.6g,即得压片糖果。
实施例三
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果,按重量份计,包括如下组分:麦芽糊精22份、蛹虫草粉19份、牡蛎粉24份、营养酵母15份、食品添加剂8份,
食品添加剂的成分包括山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁,按重量份计,山梨糖醇、微晶纤维素、硬脂酸镁的重量之比是4:3:4。
一种提高精子活力和质量的压片糖果的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称取麦芽糊精、蛹虫草粉、牡蛎粉、营养酵母,加入体积分数为60%-70%的乙醇把各组分混合1小时后制成软材,然后制粒,在80℃情况下烘3.5小时,过筛;
(2)把步骤(1)的制粒产品与食品添加剂混合半小时;
(3)把步骤(2)的混合物用压片机压片,每片0.4-0.6g,即得压片糖果。
