Description
本发明涉及用于模具中的含脂肪产品的注射成型系统,其适于提供成形的固体。
具体地,本发明的系统可以通过复制所述模具和半壳体的表面光洁度和形状而应用于具有相对薄的厚度的产品的生产,通常成形为壳体,并且可能适合于用可食用组合物(成分)填充。
本领域中已知一种注射成型系统,该系统配备有成形为壳体的由两个半壳体组成的模具,这两个半壳体相互限定成型凹部;所述成型凹部在其顶部上具有适于将巧克力加压注入模具内的开口孔。然后,所述模具被从所述系统移除并被输送通过冷却室。一离开冷却室,所述模具就被打开或排空,从而允许移除固化的巧克力。
所述系统具有多个缺点,主要是由于为了完全填充模具需要使用大量时间;而且,所述固化产品的移除在模具已经在冷却室内被驱动之后发生,使得必须在等待单个模具的冷却时间后才能够进行新的成型过程,或者可能必须为系统提供另外的、相对昂贵的模具,以便减少第一单个模具的冷却等待时间。此外,如果与其他已知系统相比,因为所述系统以非常低的注射压力值操作(这有损该系统的产量),所述系统不能保证良好的成型产量。
还已知一种用于生产巧克力固体的设备,该设备装备有复合模具和注射工具。熔化巧克力通过所述注射工具在压力下被注入到由两个半壳体组成并配备有合适的注射孔的凹部中;而且,所述设备配备有冷却通道,冷却液体在所述冷却通道内部循环,并且所述设备配备有两个注射通道,所述注射通道的外部涂覆有隔离层并且在底部配备有喷嘴。所述喷嘴配备有放置在杆阀中的加热筒,并且所述喷嘴也涂覆有隔离层,诸如,例如EP0017104中所公开的。
清楚的是,主要是由于所公开的设备配备的冷却通道的尺寸,导致生产所公开的设备多么复杂并且多么高度累赘。此外,所述冷却通道的存在允许减少冷却以及随后从所述模具中移除所述巧克力固体所需的时间,但是其不能保证所述模具的整个凹部的均匀冷却,以及在所形成的固体中的巧克力重量的精确调节,而这可能有损其产量。
还已知一种成型系统,如例如在WO9412046中公开的,所述成型系统主要由三个部件组成:第一部件涉及注射通道,第二部件和第三部件由模具的两个半壳体给出。所述部件具有的形状和尺寸允许它们相互连接,以及使熔化巧克力能够注入到由两个半壳体限定的凹部内。特别地,这三个部件由不同的材料组成,取决于在差异模式下在熔融的巧克力沿着所述注射通道从注射点到所述成型凹部的通行期间使得能够实现热传递的必要导热性。
最后,已知一种注射成型系统,所述注射成型系统配备有内部热通道和/或次级通道,适于使熔化的产品能够在短时间内且以低的压力损失传送。所述类型系统的功能性特征显著地取决于所述热通道的设计,具体地取决于它们的结构性特征,诸如尺寸、直径等,这显著地影响成型固体的最终特征。
从现有技术的分析中清楚的是,现有的注射成型系统不允许功能性冷却和由所述模具固化的产品的最佳分离。此外,所述系统不允许在熔化材料沿着所述注射通道从所述注射点到所述模具凹部中的进入点的通行期间对产品温度进行检查。
因此,本发明的目的是通过提供一种注射成型系统来解决上述现有技术问题,所述注射成型系统能够优化含脂肪产品的成形固体的生产。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种注射成型系统,该注射成型系统能够在含脂肪产品在所述注射成型系统内部流动期间查证所述含脂肪产品的温度。
此外,本发明的目的是提供一种适于调节所述产品的冷却步骤从而确保均匀冷却的注射成型系统。

Claims (10)
