Claims (10)
1. Sustav (1) oblikovanja injekcije u kalup najmanje jednog proizvoda koji sadrži mast u najmanje jednom alatu (9) kalupa, koji ima najmanje jednu jedinicu (3) za ubrizgavanje, pri čemu navedena jedinica (3) za ubrizgavanje ima najmanje jedan kanal (2) za ubrizgavanje, pri čemu navedena jedinica (3) za ubrizgavanje je pričvršćena na najmanje jednu transportnu jedinicu (17) radi prijenosa navedenog proizvoda koji sadrži mast kroz najmanje jednu jedinicu (6) s grijanim čvorištem, navedeni sustav (1) sadrži:
- najmanje jedan grijač (5) postavljen unutar navedene jedinice (3) za ubrizgavanje na navedeni kanal (2) za ubrizgavanje;
- najmanje jedna muška poluškoljka (8), alata (9) kalupa, priključena na najmanje jednu donju površinu najmanje jedne hlađene potporne jedinice (7);
naznačen time što sadrži najmanje jedan plinski izolacijski sustav koji sadrži najmanje jednu jedinicu (11) za unos najmanje jednog izolacijskog plina i najmanje jednu jedinicu (12) za reguliranje, svaka od navedenih jedinica (11), (12) je priključena na najmanje jednu donju površinu navedene jedinice (6) s grijanim čvorištem, navedeni izolacijski plinski sustav je prilagođen omogućiti najmanje jedan ulaz navedenog izolacijskog plina kroz navedenu jedinicu (11) za ulaz, induciranje toplinske izolacije između navedene poluškoljke (8) i navedene jedinice (3) za ubrizgavanje, navedeni plinski izolacijski sustav prilagođen prenijeti navedeni plin, kroz navedene uređaje (12) za reguliranje, u u navedeno tranzicijsko područje (13), i radi poticanja njegovog izlaska iz navedenog tranzicijskog područja (13), kroz navedene prolazne proreze (15) navedene hlađena potporna jedinica (7), induciranjem kontrole fizičkih uvjeta navedenog alata (9) kalupa.
2. Sustav (1) sukladno prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što navedena muška poluškoljka (8) ima najmanje jedan unutarnji prostor s najmanje jednom jedinicom (10) za termo izolaciju, navedena jedinica (10) za termo izolaciju je priključena na najmanje jedan donji kraj navedenog kanala (2) za ubrizgavanje navedene jedinice (3) za ubrizgavanje.
3. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što su navedene jedinice (10) za toplinsku izolaciju pričvršćene na najmanje jednu unutarnju površinu navedenog unutarnjeg prostora navedene muške poluškoljke (8).
4. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedena muška poluškoljka (8) prilagođena surađivati s najmanje jednom ženskom poluškoljkom (9) navedenog alata (9) kalupa razgraničavanjem najmanje jednog obujam (16), pri čemu se navedeni obujam (16) prilagođava smjestiti navedeni proizvod koji sadrži mast ubrizgan pomoću navedena jedinice (3) za ubrizgavanje, i da osigura oblikovanje čvrstog sastava navedenog proizvoda koji sadrži mast.
5. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što najmanje jedan gornji kraj navedenog kanala (2) za ubrizgavanje navedene jedinice (3) za ubrizgavanje je linearno spojen s najmanje jednim provodnim elementom (19) navedene transportne jedinice (17) kroz navedenu jedinicu (6) s grijanim čvorištem.
6. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što navedena jedinica (3) za ubrizgavanje sadrži najmanje jedan prvi brtveni element (4) prilagođen onemogućiti proizvodu koji sadrži mast isteći odmah do navedne linearne spojnice, između navedenog provodnog elementa (19) i navedenog gornjeg kraja kanala (2) za ubrizgavanje.
7. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedena hlađena potporna jedinica (7) sadrži:
- najmanje jednu središnju rupu prilagođenu omogućiti najmanje jedno umetanje jedinice (3) za ubrizgavanje u navedeni unutarnji prostor navedene muške poluškoljke (8), i najmanje jedan umetak najmanje jedne jedinice (12) za reguliranje unutar najmanje jednog volumena (11a) razgraničene spojnicom između navedene jedinice (3) za ubrizgavanje i navedene muške poluškoljke (8);
- više prolaznih rupa (15) raspoređenih paralelno s navedenom jedinicom (3) za ubrizgavanje.
8. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su navedene jedinice (6) s grijanim čvorištem u kontaktu s navedenim ohlađenim potpornim jedinicama (7) kroz najmanje jedan drugi brtveni element (14), navedene jedinice (6) s grijanim čvorištem i navedene ohlađene potporne jedinice (7) se razgraničavaju na najmanje jednom tranzicijskom području (13).
9. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedeni izolacijski plin suhi zrak.
10. Sustav (1) sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedeni grijač (5) s najmanje jednim termo-regulacijskim elementom, postavljenim na distalnom dijelu grijača (5).
