Abstract
本发明公开了一种水果切丁设备,涉及一种水果切丁技术设备领域,包括两个立柱和安装在立柱上的固定架,所述固定架上固定安装有料斗,且料斗内安装有栅格状的切丁刀;所述切丁刀的下方安装有倾斜的隔板,且隔板的低端设置有排料口;所述料斗的底部还安装有垂直的转轴,且转轴的上端穿过隔板至切丁刀的下方;所述转轴的上端固定安装有与转轴垂直的旋切刀;所述两个立柱的上端还固定安装有安装架,且安装架上安装有推动气缸;所述推动气缸的活塞杆上安装有固定板,且固定板上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆;所述推杆与切丁刀匹配设置。本发明切丁均匀,且不需要人工手动进行,使用方便,降低了劳动力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水果切丁技术设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种水果切丁设备。
背景技术
随着食品加工的快速发展,特别是果脯、罐头加工领域需要将果料加工切制成片状或者丁块状;切丁机是适用于蔬菜、水果、冷冻果蔬加工厂等软质食材及食品酱菜行业加工各种根、茎类蔬菜成正方体、片体或长方 体形状的机器。
而现有技术中,通用的切丁机无法满足对切丁规整度、切丁速度的要求;产品丁块的外观、大小与规整度需要满足罐装水果的标准。作业效率低下,需要大量人工作业才能满足生产加工需求;工作量大、速度慢,用工成本高,很难达到丁块的规整度和尺寸要求;而使用通用切丁机对水果切丁处理,操作繁琐;丁块规整度与尺寸不佳,切丁效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水果切丁设备,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种水果切丁设备,包括两个立柱和安装在立柱上的固定架,所述固定架上固定安装有料斗,且料斗内安装有栅格状的切丁刀;所述切丁刀包括第一刀片和第二刀片,且第一刀片和第二刀片呈纵横交错排布;所述第一刀片和第二刀片上均开设有多个缺口,多个缺口之间的间距相等;所述第一刀片固定安装在料斗上,且第一刀片上的缺口朝上,第二刀片通过缺口卡设在第一刀片上;所述切丁刀的下方安装有倾斜的隔板,且隔板的低端设置有排料口;所述料斗的底部还安装有垂直的转轴,且转轴的上端穿过隔板至切丁刀的下方;所述转轴的上端固定安装有与转轴垂直的旋切刀,旋切刀至少为两个,且两个旋切刀对称设置;所述转轴的下端穿过料斗连接设置有驱动电机;所述两个立柱的上端还固定安装有安装架,且安装架上安装有推动气缸;所述推动气缸的活塞杆穿过安装架向下;所述推动气缸的活塞杆上安装有固定板,且固定板上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆,推杆规律间隔排列成网状;所述推杆与切丁刀匹配设置。
进一步的,所述固定板的四周设置有防护罩,且防护罩与料斗的开口匹配。
进一步的,所述切丁刀的水平面低于料斗的开口。
进一步的,所述推杆的长度大于切丁刀的高度。
本发明的有益效果是,通过推动气缸的推动,能使固定板向下移动,随着固定板向下移动,使推杆随固定板一起向下移动,通过推杆向下移动,放置在料斗内的水果通过推杆的推动使切丁刀对水果进行切块,且切完后的水果丁通过料斗下方的出料口直接排除,本发明切丁均匀,且不需要人工手动进行,使用方便,降低了劳动力。
通过在第一刀具和第二刀具上开设缺口,使第二刀具通过缺口卡设在第一刀具上,使第二刀具的安装更加方便,且当将第二刀具安装在第一刀具上时,可对水果或蔬菜进行切丁;同时当取下第二刀具时,可直接通过第一刀具对水果或者蔬菜进行切菜,使用更加方便。
当通过切丁刀切出的水果为条状时,可通过驱动电机驱动转轴转动,使转轴上的旋切刀将条状的水果进行再次旋切,使旋切后的水果丁大小均匀,且旋切后的水果丁可直接掉落在隔板上,通过隔板的自身倾斜角度能使掉落在隔板上的水果丁自动通过排料口排出。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1、图2和图3所示出了本发明提供的一种水果切丁设备,包括两个立柱1和安装在立柱1上的固定架2,所述固定架2上固定安装有料斗3,且料斗3内安装有栅格状的切丁刀4;所述切丁刀4包括第一刀片4a和第二刀片4b,且第一刀片4a和第二刀片4b呈纵横交错排布,使第一刀具4a与第二刀具4b形成多个矩形孔,且使切丁后的水果通过矩形孔掉落至料斗的下端;所述第一刀片4a和第二刀片4b上均开设有多个缺口4c,多个缺口4c之间的间距相等,缺口4c均开设在第一刀具4a、第二刀具4b的一侧,且第一刀具4a上的缺口4c长度为第一刀具4a的高度一半,第二刀具4b上的缺口4c长度为第二刀具4b的高度一半;所述第一刀片4a固定安装在料斗3上,且第一刀片4a上的缺口4c朝上,第二刀片4b通过缺口4c卡设在第一刀片4a上,不仅方便第二刀片4b的安装,同时方便对第二刀片4b的支撑;所述切丁刀4的下方安装有倾斜的隔板11,隔板11为实心板,隔板11的倾斜角度为30°~60°,且隔,11的低端设置有排料口12;所述料斗3的底部还安装有垂直的转轴13,且转轴13的上端穿过隔11板至切丁刀4的下方,转轴13转动设置在料斗3上;所述转轴13的上端固定安装有与转轴垂直的旋切刀14,旋切刀14至少为两个,且两个旋切刀14对称设置,通过转轴13的旋转,使旋切刀14进行转动旋切;所述转轴13的下端穿过料斗3连接设置有驱动电机15,且转轴13通过联轴器与驱动电机15的输出轴连接,驱动电机15安装在料斗3外,方便对驱动电机15的安装和维修;所述两个立柱1的上端还固定安装有安装架5,且安装架5上安装有推动气缸6;所述推动气缸6的活塞杆穿过安装架5向下;所述推动气缸6的活塞杆上安装有固定板7,固定板7与料斗3的开口适配,具体为固定板7的四周与料斗3的内壁匹配,且固定板7上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆8,推杆8规律间隔排列成网状;所述推杆8与切丁刀4匹配设置,具体为推杆8的大小、位置与矩形孔的大小、位置适配,方便推杆8不仅能推动,同时能方便将卡设在切丁刀4上的推动至料斗3的下方。
所述固定板7的四周设置有防护罩9,且防护罩9与料斗3的开口匹配,具体为防护罩9的内表面与料斗3的外表面匹配,防止在切丁过程中,水果飞溅、洒落。所述切丁刀4的水平面低于料3斗的开口,不仅方便将未切丁的水果防止在料斗3内,同时防止未切丁的水果从料斗3的开口处掉落。所述推杆8的长度大于切丁刀4的高,方便将卡设在切丁刀4上的水果丁全部推动掉落至料斗3的下方。

1.一种水果切丁设备,其特征在于:包括两个立柱和安装在立柱上的固定架,所述固定架上固定安装有料斗,且料斗内安装有栅格状的切丁刀;所述切丁刀包括第一刀片和第二刀片,且第一刀片和第二刀片呈纵横交错排布;所述第一刀片和第二刀片上均开设有多个缺口,多个缺口之间的间距相等;所述第一刀片固定安装在料斗上,且第一刀片上的缺口朝上,第二刀片通过缺口卡设在第一刀片上;所述切丁刀的下方安装有倾斜的隔板,且隔板的低端设置有排料口;所述料斗的底部还安装有垂直的转轴,且转轴的上端穿过隔板至切丁刀的下方;所述转轴的上端固定安装有与转轴垂直的旋切刀,旋切刀至少为两个,且两个旋切刀对称设置;所述转轴的下端穿过料斗连接设置有驱动电机;所述两个立柱的上端还固定安装有安装架,且安装架上安装有推动气缸;所述推动气缸的活塞杆穿过安装架向下;所述推动气缸的活塞杆上安装有固定板,且固定板上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆,推杆规律间隔排列成网状;所述推杆与切丁刀匹配设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水果切丁设备,其特征在于,所述固定板的四周设置有防护罩,且防护罩与料斗的开口匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水果切丁设备,其特征在于,所述切丁刀的水平面低于料斗的开口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水果切丁设备,其特征在于,所述推杆的长度大于切丁刀的高度。
