Abstract
本发明公开了一种切丁机,涉及一种水果切丁技术设备领域,包括两个立柱和安装在立柱上的固定架,所述固定架上固定安装有料斗,且料斗内安装有栅格状的切丁刀;所述切丁刀的下方还设置有可滑动的横切刀,横切刀的尾部穿出料斗;所述立柱上安装有安装架,且安装架上安装有驱动电机;所述驱动电机的输出轴上通过联轴器固定连接有螺杆,且螺杆上设置有与螺杆匹配的螺帽;所述螺帽上铰接设置有连杆,且连杆的另一端与横切刀的尾部铰接;所述两个立柱的上端还固定安装有安装板,且安装板上安装有推动气缸;所述推动气缸的活塞杆穿过安装板向下;所述推动气缸的活塞杆上安装有固定板,且固定板上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆。本发明切丁均匀,且不需要人工手动进行,使用方便,降低了劳动力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水果切丁技术设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种切丁机。
背景技术
随着食品加工的快速发展,特别是果脯、罐头加工领域需要将果料加工切制成片状或者丁块状;切丁机是适用于蔬菜、水果、冷冻果蔬加工厂等软质食材及食品酱菜行业加工各种根、茎类蔬菜成正方体、片体或长方 体形状的机器。
而现有技术中,通用的切丁机无法满足对切丁规整度、切丁速度的要求;产品丁块的外观、大小与规整度需要满足罐装水果的标准。作业效率低下,需要大量人工作业才能满足生产加工需求;工作量大、速度慢,用工成本高,很难达到丁块的规整度和尺寸要求;而使用通用切丁机对水果切丁处理,操作繁琐;丁块规整度与尺寸不佳,切丁效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切丁机,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种切丁机,包括两个立柱和安装在立柱上的固定架,所述固定架上固定安装有料斗,且料斗内安装有栅格状的切丁刀;所述切丁刀的下方还设置有可滑动的横切刀,横切刀的尾部穿出料斗;所述立柱上安装有安装架,且安装架上安装有驱动电机;所述驱动电机的输出轴上通过联轴器固定连接有螺杆,且螺杆上设置有与螺杆匹配的螺帽;所述螺帽上铰接设置有连杆,且连杆的另一端与横切刀的尾部铰接;所述横切刀上还设置有限位块,且料斗的内壁上安装有传感器,传感器连接设置有控制器,驱动电机与控制器电连接;所述两个立柱的上端还固定安装有安装板,且安装板上安装有推动气缸;所述推动气缸的活塞杆穿过安装板向下;所述推动气缸的活塞杆上安装有固定板,且固定板上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆,推杆规律间隔排列成网状;所述推杆与切丁刀匹配设置。
进一步的,所述料斗的下方为倒置的棱锥状,且料斗的底部开设有出料口。
进一步的,所述固定板的四周设置有防护罩,且防护罩与料斗的开口匹配。
进一步的,所述切丁刀的水平面低于料斗的开口。
进一步的,所述推杆的长度大于切丁刀的高度。
本发明的有益效果是,通过推动气缸的推动,能使固定板向下移动,随着固定板向下移动,使推杆随固定板一起向下移动,通过推杆向下移动,放置在料斗内的水果通过推杆的推动使切丁刀对水果进行切块,且切完后的水果丁通过料斗下方的出料口直接排除,本发明切丁均匀,且不需要人工手动进行,使用方便,降低了劳动力。
通过在切丁刀的下方安装横切刀,当水果的厚度较大时,使切丁到切出的水果为水果条,此时可以通过驱动电机驱动,使螺杆上的螺帽随螺杆的转动上下移动,通过螺帽的移动,使连杆拉动横切刀进行左右移动,从而使横切刀进行运动,使螺帽带动连杆移动,从而使切出的水果丁大小均匀,使用更加方便。而驱动电机通过传感器将信号传输给控制器,通过控制器与驱动电机电连接,从而实现驱动电机的转动。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种切丁机,包括两个立柱1和安装在立柱1上的固定架2,所述固定架2上固定安装有料斗3,且料斗3内安装有栅格状的切丁刀4;所述切丁刀4的下方还设置有可滑动的横切刀11,横切刀11水平设置在料斗3内,横切刀11的头部为横切刀11的刃口端,横切刀11的尾部穿出料斗3;所述立柱1上安装有安装架12,且安装架12上安装有驱动电机13;所述驱动电机13的输出轴上通过联轴器固定连接有螺杆14,螺杆14垂直向上设置,且螺杆14上设置有与螺杆14匹配的螺帽15;所述螺帽15上铰接设置有连杆16,且连杆16的另一端与横切刀11的尾部铰接;所述横切刀11上还设置有限位块17,限位块17位于横切刀11的头部,且料斗3的内壁上安装有传感器18,传感器18连接设置有控制器19,驱动电机13与控制器19电连接,通过传感器18将信号传输给控制器19,控制器19再驱动驱动电机13转动,能有效防止因驱动电机13转动过多而使横切刀11移动至料斗3外;所述两个立柱1的上端还固定安装有安装板5,且安装板5上安装有推动气缸6;所述推动气缸6的活塞杆穿过安装板5向下;所述推动气缸6的活塞杆上安装有固定板7,固定板7与料斗3的开口适配,具体为固定板7的四周与料斗3的内壁匹配,且固定板7上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆8,推杆8规律间隔排列成网状;所述推杆8与切丁刀4匹配设置,具体为推杆8的大小、位置与矩形孔的大小、位置适配,方便推杆8不仅能推动,同时能方便将卡设在切丁刀4上的推动至料斗3的下方。
所述料斗3的下方为倒置的棱锥状,且料斗3的底部开设有出料口10,掉落在料斗3下方的水果丁能直接通过出料口10全部排出,防止水果丁堆积在料斗3内。所述固定板7的四周设置有防护罩9,且防护罩9与料斗3的开口匹配,具体为防护罩9的内表面与料斗3的外表面匹配,防止在切丁过程中,水果飞溅、洒落。所述切丁刀4的水平面低于料3斗的开口,不仅方便将未切丁的水果防止在料斗3内,同时防止未切丁的水果从料斗3的开口处掉落。所述推杆8的长度大于切丁刀4的高,方便将卡设在切丁刀4上的水果丁全部推动掉落至料斗3的下方。

1.一种切丁机,其特征在于:包括两个立柱和安装在立柱上的固定架,所述固定架上固定安装有料斗,且料斗内安装有栅格状的切丁刀;所述切丁刀的下方还设置有可滑动的横切刀,横切刀的尾部穿出料斗;所述立柱上安装有安装架,且安装架上安装有驱动电机;所述驱动电机的输出轴上通过联轴器固定连接有螺杆,且螺杆上设置有与螺杆匹配的螺帽;所述螺帽上铰接设置有连杆,且连杆的另一端与横切刀的尾部铰接;所述横切刀上还设置有限位块,且料斗的内壁上安装有传感器,传感器连接设置有控制器,驱动电机与控制器电连接;所述两个立柱的上端还固定安装有安装板,且安装板上安装有推动气缸;所述推动气缸的活塞杆穿过安装板向下;所述推动气缸的活塞杆上安装有固定板,且固定板上还设置有若干互不相连的推杆,推杆规律间隔排列成网状;所述推杆与切丁刀匹配设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切丁机,其特征在于,所述料斗的下方为倒置的棱锥状,且料斗的底部开设有出料口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切丁机,其特征在于,所述固定板的四周设置有防护罩,且防护罩与料斗的开口匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切丁机,其特征在于,所述切丁刀的水平面低于料斗的开口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的切丁机,其特征在于,所述推杆的长度大于切丁刀的高度。
