本发明公开了一种桂圆果汁,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:桂圆汁30‑40%、中药提取液0.6‑0.8%、糖9‑12%、稳定剂0.16‑0.20%、苹果酸0.24‑0.30%、余量为水;所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:5‑12份雷公根、3‑8份薄荷、1‑5份车前草、1‑5份路边菊。本发明桂圆果汁中还加入了含有雷公根、薄荷、车前草、路边菊等中药提取液,具有清热降火、凉血止血、解毒消肿、疏风散热等功效,是很好的保健饮品,符合现代人即追求高营养又追求纯天然食品的潮流,且成本低,有益于推广。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种桂圆果汁。
背景技术
桂圆属于季节性水果,富含糖、蛋白质和多种维生素等营养成分。新鲜桂圆肉质细嫩,色白做乳,饱含浆汁,味甜如蜜,是人们喜爱的时鲜果品。晒干的桂圆色泽暗褐,肉质柔韧,甜味更浓,亦可食用。因此,除了直接食用果之外,还可以加工成储藏食品,这样可以不受季节的限制,随时可以吃到。但是,目前有关桂圆汁或饮料在市面上尚未得到广泛的推广,多数桂圆加工发酵成高度酒进行销售,但满足不了人们对低酒精含量饮品的需求,而且传统的水果饮料口味单一或含有过多的甜味剂,不符合现代人即追求高营养又追求纯天然食品的潮流。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种味道独特,具有保健作用的桂圆果汁。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种桂圆果汁,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:桂圆汁30-40%、中药提取液0.6-0.8%、糖9-12%、稳定剂0.16-0.20%、苹果酸0.24-0.30%、余量为水;
其中,所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-12份雷公根、3-8份薄荷、1-5份车前草、1-5份路边菊。
优选地,所述的所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:8.5份雷公根、5.5份薄荷、3份车前草、3份路边菊。
优选地,所述糖可以为白砂糖、蔗糖和蜂蜜中的一种。
优选地,所述的稳定剂为果胶、D-异抗坏血酸钠和柠檬酸钠中的一种。
本发明的优点是:本发明桂圆果汁中还加入了含有雷公根、薄荷、车前草、路边菊等中药提取液,具有清热降火、凉血止血、解毒消肿、疏风散热等功效,是很好的保健饮品,符合现代人即追求高营养又追求纯天然食品的潮流,且成本低,有益于推广。

其中,所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:5份雷公根、3份薄荷、1份车前草、1份路边菊。

一种桂圆果汁,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:桂圆汁35%、中药提取液0.7%、蔗糖10.5%、D-异抗坏血酸钠0.18%、苹果酸0.27%、余量为水;
所述的所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:8.5份雷公根、5.5份薄荷、3份车前草、3份路边菊。
实施例3
一种桂圆果汁,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:桂圆汁40%、中药提取液0.8%、蜂蜜12%、柠檬酸钠0.20%、苹果酸0.30%、余量为水;
其中,所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:12份雷公根、8份薄荷、5份车前草、5份路边菊。

1.一种桂圆果汁,其特征在于由以下质量百分比的组分制成:桂圆汁30-40%、中药提取液0.6-0.8%、糖9-12%、稳定剂0.16-0.20%、苹果酸0.24-0.30%、余量为水;所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-12份雷公根、3-8份薄荷、1-5份车前草、1-5份路边菊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桂圆果汁,其特征在于所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:8.5份雷公根、5.5份薄荷、3份车前草、3份路边菊。
