Abstract

本发明的瓶坯(1)的特征为在由第一着色树脂(R1)构成的基材层(5)的外周侧形成有由颜色与第一着色树脂(R1)不同的第二着色树脂(R2)构成、且层厚朝上方逐渐减小的形成渐变区(Gr)的着色层,并且在该着色层(6a)的外周侧形成有由第一着色树脂(R1)构成的覆盖层(7)。

瓶坯及瓶
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有层厚逐渐减小的形成渐变区的着色层的合成树脂制的瓶坯,及通过对这样的瓶坯进行双轴拉伸吹塑成型而得到的瓶,特别地涉及要得到良好的渐变图案的瓶坯及瓶。
背景技术
以往,在饮料、食品、化妆品等各种领域所使用的PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙酯)等合成树脂制瓶中,已知有使着色的浓淡在瓶的上下方向(沿瓶的轴心的方向)上变化,并呈现出涉及着色浓度的渐变而对瓶进行装饰的双轴拉伸吹塑成型瓶(例如,参考专利文献1)。在专利文献1中,通过使用了三层喷嘴的共注射成型,在透明的基材层内设置由着色树脂构成的中间层,并通过该中间层而得到渐变图案。

发明内容
技术问题
然而,在专利文献1所记载的现有的瓶中,存在由于基材层为无色透明,所以无法强调渐变图案的问题。因此,能够想到在基材中添加着色剂,但在该情况下,存在中间层被隐藏而变得看不到渐变图案的问题。
本发明是鉴于以上现状而开发的,其目的在于提供一种能够得到良好的渐变图案的瓶坯和瓶。
技术方案
也就是说,本发明的主旨构成如下。
1、一种瓶坯,其特征在于,在具有层厚逐渐减小的形成渐变区的着色层的合成树脂制的瓶坯中,
在由第一着色树脂构成的基材层的外周侧形成有由颜色与第一着色树脂不同的第二着色树脂构成、且层厚朝上方逐渐减小的形成渐变区的着色层,并且在该着色层的外周侧形成有由上述第一着色树脂构成的覆盖层。
2、根据上述1的瓶坯,所述瓶坯通过从在与上述瓶坯的底部中央对应设置的浇口内填充有上述第一着色树脂的状态起,介由上述浇口,将上述第一着色树脂持续第一预定时间地注射到模具的型腔内,并且将上述第二着色树脂持续第二预定时间地注射到模具的型腔内而形成,
通过将上述第一预定时间的开始时刻设在上述第二预定时间的开始时刻之后,将上述第一预定时间的结束时刻设在上述第二预定时间的结束时刻之后,并且使上述第二着色树脂的注射速度比上述第一着色树脂的注射速度快,从而上述第一着色树脂在贯穿位于模具的型腔内的上述第二着色树脂的中央部之后,一边使上述第二着色树脂伸展一边流动,
由此,在上述基材层的外周侧形成上述着色层,并且在上述着色层的外周侧形成上述覆盖层。
3、根据上述1或2的瓶坯,上述第一着色树脂的IV值在0.5~0.63的范围内。
4、一种瓶,通过对上述1~3中任一项的瓶坯进行双轴拉伸吹塑成型,从而由上述着色层呈现出涉及着色浓度的渐变而进行装饰。
发明效果
根据本发明,通过在由第一着色树脂构成的基材层的外周侧形成由颜色与第一着色树脂不同的第二着色树脂构成的着色层,能够强调渐变图案,并且通过在着色层的外周侧形成由第一着色树脂构成的覆盖层,从而以薄的覆盖层来覆盖着色层使渐变图案的浓淡变化模糊,因此能够得到良好的渐变图案。
因此,通过本发明,能够提供一种能够得到良好的渐变图案的瓶坯及瓶。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~图4,对本发明的一个实施方式的瓶坯1及瓶8详细地进行示例说明。
在此,在本说明书中,上下方向是指沿瓶坯1的轴心的方向,上方是指从瓶坯1的底部2朝向口部4的方向,下方是指与上方相反的方向。
如图1所示那样,本实施方式的合成树脂制的瓶坯1构成具有底部2、主体部3以及口部4的有底圆筒形状,通过共注射两种着色树脂而成型。具体来说,瓶坯1具有由第一着色树脂R1(优选为添加了白色的着色剂的PET)构成的基材层5。另外,在基材层5的外周侧形成有由颜色与第一着色树脂R1不同的第二着色树脂R2(优选为添加了除白色以外的着色剂的PET)构成、且层厚朝上方逐渐减小的形成渐变区Gr的外侧着色层6a。另外,在外侧着色层6a的外周侧形成有由第一着色树脂R1构成的覆盖层7。
进一步地,在基材层5的内周侧形成有由第二着色树脂R2构成的内侧着色层6b。这样,瓶坯1在渐变区Gr成为从外周侧向内周侧为覆盖层7(第一着色树脂R1)/外侧着色层6a(第二着色树脂R2)/基材层5(第一着色树脂R1)/内侧着色层6b(第二着色树脂R2)的四层结构。应予说明,本实施方式的瓶坯1是重量为22g的饮料瓶用的瓶坯,能够通过双轴拉伸吹塑成型而形成例如266ml、542ml、579ml等的瓶。
成为这样的结构的瓶坯1能够按照以下要点进行制造。也就是说,瓶坯1通过使用双层浇口喷嘴,从在与瓶坯1的底部2中央对应设置的浇口内填充有第一着色树脂R1的状态起,介由上述浇口,将第一着色树脂R1持续第一预定时间地注射到模具的型腔内,并且将第二着色树脂R2持续第二预定时间地注射到模具的型腔内而形成。具体地如图2所示,将第一预定时间的开始时刻T1s设在第二预定时间的开始时刻T2s之后,并将第一预定时间的结束时刻T1f设在第二预定时间的结束时刻T2f之后。另外,使第二着色树脂R2的注射速度比第一着色树脂R1的注射速度快。
在此,可以将第一预定时间设为例如7秒,将第二预定时间设为例如0.68秒,并将第一预定时间的开始时刻T1s相对于第二预定时间的开始时刻T2s的延迟时间设为例如0.1秒。另外,可以将第二着色树脂R2的注射速度设为例如80mm/s,将第一着色树脂R1的注射速度设为例如6mm/s。
通过以这样的注射时刻和速度将第一着色树脂R1和第二着色树脂R2进行共注射成型,能够如图3所示那样使树脂R1、R2流动从而得到瓶坯1。也就是说,如图3的(a)所示那样,从在浇口内填充有第一着色树脂R1的状态起,开始进行第二着色树脂R2的注射,并在开始进行第一着色树脂R1的注射之前的时刻Ta,第二着色树脂R2一边将填充在浇口内的第一着色树脂R1推出一边在模具的型腔内流动。并且,在第二着色树脂R2的注射结束的时刻T2f,如图3的(b)所示那样,在型腔的外周面的与渐变区Gr对应的区域被第一着色树脂R1覆盖的状态下,第二着色树脂R2贯穿第一着色树脂R1的中央部。进一步地,在成为时刻Tb时,如图3的(c)所示那样,第一着色树脂R1贯穿第二着色树脂R2的中央部,一边使第二着色树脂R2伸展一边流动,在第一着色树脂R1的注射结束的时刻T1f,如图3的(d)所示那样,能够得到上述的瓶坯1的层结构。
根据以上说明的本实施方式的瓶坯1,通过对瓶坯1进行双轴拉伸吹塑成型,能够得到如图4所示那样由外侧着色层6a呈现出涉及着色浓度的渐变而进行了装饰的瓶8。根据本实施方式的瓶8,通过在由第一着色树脂R1构成的基材层5的外周侧形成由颜色与第一着色树脂R1不同的第二着色树脂R2构成的外侧着色层6a,能够强调渐变图案Gm,并且通过在外侧着色层6a的外周侧形成由第一着色树脂R1构成的覆盖层7,从而以薄的覆盖层7来覆盖外侧着色层6a使渐变图案Gm的浓淡变化模糊,因此能够得到良好的渐变图案Gm。
应予说明,为了得到良好的渐变图案Gm,第一着色树脂R1的IV值(固有粘度)优选设在0.5~0.63的范围内,更优选地设为0.6~0.63。
以上所说明的实施方式的瓶坯1及瓶8是用于饮料用的瓶,但作为变形例,也可以用于例如图5和图6所示那样的化妆品用的瓶。该变形例的瓶8’是通过对例如重量为50g的瓶坯1’进行双轴拉伸吹塑成型而得到的,能够形成具有例如550ml的容量的瓶。在该情况下,也与上述的实施方式的情况相同,能够得到良好的渐变图案Gm。
上述内容仅示出本发明的一个实施方式,在权利要求范围内可以进行各种变更。例如,第一着色树脂R1和第二着色树脂R2中的一方或双方可以使用例如PP(聚丙烯)来取代PET。另外,第一着色树脂R1和第二着色树脂R2除了着色不透明以外,还能够根据目的而设为着色透明。

Claims (4)

1.一种瓶坯,其特征在于,在具有层厚逐渐减小的形成渐变区的着色层的合成树脂制的瓶坯中,
在由第一着色树脂构成的基材层的外周侧形成有由颜色与第一着色树脂不同的第二着色树脂构成、且层厚朝上方逐渐减小的形成渐变区的着色层,并且在该着色层的外周侧形成有由所述第一着色树脂构成的覆盖层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶坯,所述瓶坯通过从在与所述瓶坯的底部中央对应设置的浇口内填充有所述第一着色树脂的状态起,介由所述浇口,将所述第一着色树脂持续第一预定时间地注射到模具的型腔内,并且将所述第二着色树脂持续第二预定时间地注射到模具的型腔内而形成,
通过将所述第一预定时间的开始时刻设在所述第二预定时间的开始时刻之后,将所述第一预定时间的结束时刻设在所述第二预定时间的结束时刻之后,并且使所述第二着色树脂的注射速度比所述第一着色树脂的注射速度快,从而所述第一着色树脂在贯穿位于模具的型腔内的所述第二着色树脂的中央部之后,一边使所述第二着色树脂伸展一边流动,
由此,在所述基材层的外周侧形成所述着色层,并且在所述着色层的外周侧形成所述覆盖层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的瓶坯,所述第一着色树脂的IV值在0.5~0.63的范围内。
4.一种瓶,通过对权利要求1~3中任一项所述的瓶坯进行双轴拉伸吹塑成型,从而由所述着色层呈现出涉及着色浓度的渐变而进行装饰。
