背景技术
用于治疗在人体或动物体中的或人体或动物体上的正渗出血液和/或其它体液的生理目标部位处的伤口或其它开口的伤口敷料材料已知晓了一段时间。这些伤口敷料材料起到吸收血液和/或其它体液并还阻止它们从身体内流出的作用。用于上述用途的伤口敷料材料描述在例如MedTrade产品有限公司的WO2010031995中,并且可以商购。
在伤口护理和外科手术过程中,渗出物的处理当然是非常重要和关键的。控制渗出物的目的实质上是在伤口床处提供湿润的伤口环境,并使浸软的风险最小化,这又可以减少对人体或动物体的负面影响,并且还缩短患者恢复所需的时间。
报道的具有伤口愈合作用的一种材料是壳聚糖。壳聚糖是已知的用于伤口敷料材料中的止血剂,并且是来自贝类加工处理的固体废物的衍生物,并且能够从真菌培养物中提取。它是不溶于水的阳离子聚合物材料。
有许多不同类型的壳聚糖可用作具有不同伤口敷料特性和吸收特性的伤口敷料材料。不同类型的壳聚糖可具有不同的分子量、不同的脱乙酰度、两种单体的不同排列、不同的手性形式,或者它们可衍生自不同的物种或来源(和真菌),或者可在制备过程中已进行不同的处理。这些不同种类的壳聚糖材料中的每一种以及全部均能在本发明中使用。
在与来自人体或动物体的流体接触时显示出凝胶化性质的壳聚糖材料通常由乳酸和例如可以是纤维形式的壳聚糖组成。然而,当这些壳聚糖纤维浸没在模拟伤口流体和溶菌酶溶液中时,纤维确实发生凝胶化,但是在小于24小时的时段内,纤维失去其流体保留能力,导致凝胶塌陷。人们认为这种塌陷归因于体液中的酶使凝胶结构降解。

发明内容
因此,根据本发明,提供一种伤口敷料组合物,包括壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物,其中所述伤口敷料组合物在与来自人体或动物体的流体接触时形成凝胶,并且能够使凝胶完整性保持至少约24小时。
通常,所述伤口敷料组合物包括壳聚糖盐。
“凝胶完整性”在本文中是指当伤口敷料组合物在约40mmHg的压力下挤压时,该伤口敷料组合物的流体保留率为至少约70%,更通常为至少约80%。该挤压通常在该压力下施加约2分钟~4分钟,通常为3分钟。选择该压力水平是因为通常认为该压力水平是加压疗法中脚踝处的压力。
另外,伤口敷料组合物保持其“凝胶完整性”是指所形成的凝胶能够与不平坦的表面保持一致,即,该伤口敷料组合物能够采用并保持施用其的任何不平坦表面的形状,与此相反,已经丧失凝胶完整性的伤口敷料组合物并不能够做到这些,因为它流动性更大。

本发明的伤口敷料组合物防止发生这种凝胶完整性的丧失,从而在吸收来自人体或动物体的流体时,该伤口敷料组合物将形成凝胶并保持由上文所定义的标准所确定的其凝胶完整性至少24小时的时段,从而避免了伤口和伤口周围皮肤浸软的问题,并且还避免了在伤口初始愈合期间由于饱和而需要增加伤口敷料的更换次数。在这段时间之后,它将降解并丧失其完整性,并显示出上述丧失凝胶完整性的特征。
通常,本发明的伤口敷料能够使其凝胶完整性保持约48小时、72小时、4天、5天、6天或甚至最少约7天的时段。本发明的伤口敷料甚至能够使其凝胶完整性保持约14天或21天的时段。当然,凝胶完整性的持续时间取决于来自生理目标部位的渗出物的量。
“伤口敷料”在本文中是指当与来自人体或动物体的生理目标部位的血液或其它体液接触时能够形成凝胶的任何试剂。
“止血剂”在本文中是指当与来自人体或动物体的生理目标部位的血液或其它体液接触时能够产生使出血停止或减少的凝块或栓的任何试剂。
生理目标部位可以是由于伤口或在外科手术期间暴露的动物体内的任何部位。该动物可以是人或非人动物。
术语“壳聚糖衍生物”在本文中是指根据需要可具有不同的脱乙酰百分比的部分脱乙酰化的壳多糖。适用于本发明的部分脱乙酰化的壳多糖通常具有高于约50%的脱乙酰度、更通常具有高于约75%的脱乙酰度,并且最通常具有高于约85%的脱乙酰度。
也包括在本文中的术语“壳聚糖衍生物”内的是壳聚糖与其它化合物的反应产物。这样的反应产物包括但不限于:羧甲基壳聚糖、羟基丁基壳多糖、N-酰基壳聚糖、O-酰基壳聚糖、N-烷基壳聚糖、O-烷基壳聚糖、N-亚烷基壳聚糖、O-磺酰基壳聚糖、硫酸化壳聚糖、磷酸化壳聚糖、硝化壳聚糖、碱性壳多糖、碱性壳聚糖或具有壳聚糖的金属螯合物等等。
壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物可以是任何形式,例如纤维、颗粒、粉末、薄片、泡沫、冷冻干燥泡沫、压缩泡沫、薄膜、多孔膜、珠子;然而壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物通常是纤维形式。
通常,本发明的伤口敷料是纤维形式,例如是无纺布的形式,其在结构上能够一体地施用于伤口上和移除。或者,也可以用能够凝胶化并且保持其凝胶完整性的颗粒涂覆于伤口表面上。也可以制造干燥的薄片,其在与流体接触时凝胶化(像片状水凝胶)并且保持其凝胶完整性。
本发明的伤口敷料组合物通常还含有阴离子表面活性剂。此外,本发明的伤口敷料组合物还可以包括共聚物,该共聚物含有通过共价键连接的两种或更多种均聚物亚单元。当然,阴离子表面活性剂和泊洛沙姆都必须是人或动物生理上可接受的。
阴离子表面活性剂与壳聚糖交联并使溶菌酶活性失活,而泊洛沙姆也用于使溶菌酶活性失活并被用作润湿剂。溶菌酶的失活阻止了酶对凝胶的降解。
在本发明中可以使用的阴离子表面活性剂的实例包括但不限于十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、月桂基硫酸铵、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、月桂基硫酸钾、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、肉豆蔻醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、链烷醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(sodiumpareth sulphate)、硬脂酸钠,以及它们中任意两种或更多种的组合。通常,阴离子表面活性剂包括或为十二烷基硫酸钠。
上述阴离子表面活性剂通常以所述伤口敷料组合物的约0.01wt%~约10.00wt%的量存在。更通常,上述阴离子表面活性剂以约1.00%~约5.00%,更通常以约1.50%~约3.00%的量存在。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,含有通过共价键连接的两种或更多种均聚物亚单元的上述共聚物包含近似分子量为100g/mol~400g/mol的聚(环氧丙烷),具有百分含量为约10%~约80%的聚(环氧乙烷);更优选地包含近似分子量为150g/mol~250g/mol的聚(环氧丙烷),具有百分含量为约50%~约80%的聚(环氧乙烷)。
通常,含有通过共价键连接的两种或更多种均聚物亚单元的上述共聚物是泊洛沙姆。泊洛沙姆是由两侧与两个聚(环氧乙烷)亲水链相连的聚(环氧丙烷)中心疏水链构成的非离子三嵌段共聚物。可商购的泊洛沙姆例如以商标名Synperonics、Pluronics和Kolliphor而为人所知。因为聚合物嵌段的长度可以调节,所以存在性质略微不同的许多不同的泊洛沙姆。
在本发明中可以使用的泊洛沙姆的实例包括但不限于Poloxamer 101、Poloxamer105、Poloxamer 108、Poloxamer 122、Poloxamer 123、Poloxamer 124、Poloxamer 181、Poloxamer 182、Poloxamer 183、Poloxamer 184、Poloxamer 185、Poloxamer 188、Poloxamer 212、Poloxamer 215、Poloxamer 217、Poloxamer 231、Poloxamer 234、Poloxamer 235、Poloxamer 237、Poloxamer 238、Poloxamer 282、Poloxamer 284、Poloxamer 288、Poloxamer 331、Poloxamer 333、Poloxamer 334、Poloxamer 335、Poloxamer 338、Poloxamer 401、Poloxamer 402、Poloxamer 403和Poloxamer 407,以及它们中任意两种或更多种的组合。Poloxamers 188是通常使用的泊洛沙姆。
因为聚合物嵌段的长度可以调节,所以存在性质略微不同的许多不同的泊洛沙姆。本领域中公认的泊洛沙姆的命名法是通常用前缀字母‘P’(‘Poloxamer’中的‘P’)及其后的三位数字表示这些共聚物。前两位数字乘以系数100得到聚氧丙烯核的近似分子量,并且最后一位数字乘以系数10得到共聚物中聚氧乙烯的百分含量。
含有通过共价键连接的两种或更多种均聚物亚单元的上述共聚物,例如泊洛沙姆,通常以所述伤口敷料组合物的约0.01wt%~至约5.00wt%的量存在。更通常,上述共聚物以约1.00%~3.00%,还更通常以约1.50%~约2.50%,最通常以约2.0%的量存在。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,上述伤口敷料组合物还可以包括生理上可接受的酸。可以使用的酸的实例包括但不限于有机酸和/或无机酸,包括羧酸、单价酸、二价酸或多价酸。羧酸的非限制性实例包括甲酸、乙酸、抗坏血酸、卤乙酸(诸如氟乙酸或氯乙酸)、丙酸、丙烯酸(propenoic acid)、乳酸、琥珀酸、丙烯酸(acrylic acid)、乙醛酸、丙酮酸或羟基丙酸/羟基丁酸,或者它们中任意两种或更多种的混合物。更通常地,所使用的羧酸是选自乳酸、乙酸和琥珀酸中的一种或多种酸。最通常地,所使用的羧酸包括乳酸和/或乙酸,特别是乳酸。无机酸的非限制性实例包括选自盐酸和硫酸中的一种或多种。使用人体或动物体内已经存在的酸因为其降解而有利于促进伤口敷料组合物的生物可接受性。
生理上可接受的酸通常以所述伤口敷料组合物的约15wt%~约55wt%的量存在。更通常地,该酸以所述伤口敷料组合物的约20wt%~至约50wt%,或约22wt%~约40wt%,或更通常地约25wt%~至约30wt%的量存在。如果使用的酸量低于15%,凝胶在24小时内“塌陷”,例如,材料从凝胶外观变为织物,这与不足的流体保留率(<70%)相关。
本发明的伤口敷料组合物在正常体温(37℃)下有效地工作
应当理解,上述伤口敷料组合物中存在的表面活性剂、共聚物和生理上可接受的酸的量可显著影响组合物的降解性质,并且对于所需降解性质来讲表面活性剂、共聚物和生理上可接受的酸的最佳量可随其不同的具体化合物,以及不同级别的壳聚糖(例如具有不同的分子量和/或脱乙酰度)而变化。除了其它因素之外,所需降解性能所需的表面活性剂、共聚物和生理上可接受的酸的最佳量也可以随壳聚糖伤口敷料的形式而不同。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,提供了包括壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物;阴离子表面活性剂和泊洛沙姆的伤口敷料组合物。该组合物还可以包括一定量的生理上可接受的酸。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,上述伤口敷料组合物包括纤维形式的壳聚糖;乳酸;十二烷基硫酸钠;以及含有聚(环氧乙烷)单元和聚(环氧丙烷)单元的嵌段共聚物的泊洛沙姆,例如Pluronic F68(泊洛沙姆188)。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,上述伤口敷料组合物是壳聚糖盐。如果使用壳聚糖盐,则该盐通常是在壳聚糖与合适的生理上可接受的酸接触时原位制备的。应当明白,该酸可以是产生可溶于体液中的并能够在人体或动物体内安全地降解的壳聚糖盐的任何无机酸或有机酸。产生可溶性壳聚糖盐的合适的酸或酸的组合对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。例如,壳聚糖磷酸盐基本上不溶于水,所以单独使用磷酸因此不太适合作为用于此目的酸。本文中通常的壳聚糖盐包括但不限于选自壳聚糖乙酸盐、壳聚糖乳酸盐、壳聚糖琥珀酸盐、壳聚糖苹果酸盐、壳聚糖丙烯酸盐、壳聚糖甲酸盐、壳聚糖抗坏血酸盐、壳聚糖氟乙酸盐、壳聚糖氯乙酸盐、壳聚糖丙酸盐、壳聚糖乙醛酸盐、壳聚糖丙酮酸盐、壳聚糖硫酸盐或壳聚糖盐酸盐中的一种或多种盐。更通常地,本发明中使用的壳聚糖盐是壳聚糖乳酸盐。
此外,壳聚糖盐表现出温和的抗菌性能,因此它们的使用降低了感染的风险。
用于制备根据本发明的伤口敷料组合物的壳聚糖的分子量通常小于约2000000,更通常小于约1000000,甚至更通常小于约500000,并且最通常小于约175000。
根据本发明所用的壳聚糖的粘度可通常小于约1000cps,更通常小于约500cps,甚至更通常小于约300cps。有利地,当在20℃下在布氏粘度计上测量时,粘度为约40cps~约200cps。
壳聚糖通常具有约6.0~约8.0的pH。壳聚糖盐可具有约3.5~约8.0的pH。pH在很大程度上取决于所使用的特定的壳聚糖或壳聚糖盐,因为它们各自具有不同的pH。
通常,本发明的伤口敷料组合物为纤维形式。纤维形式在本文中是指壳聚糖由具有所需尺寸的纤维组成,并且形成为织物或垫子以供使用。织物或垫子可以是纺织的或无纺的。
如果伤口敷料组合物以纤维形式提供,则纤维通常具有约3mm的最小平均长度和约500mm(更通常不大于约76mm)的最大长度。纤维通常优选的长度为至少10mm;更优选至少38mm;最优选至少51mm。
或者,本发明的伤口敷料组合物可包括纳米纤维,即直径不大于约100微米的纤维。类似地,纳米纤维的长度不大于约100微米。
当施用于需要渗出物处理的伤口或需要渗出物处理的外科手术开口时,本文所述的伤口敷料组合物提供并保持有效的吸收性质。
还有益的是提供一种不粘附到身体组织上的伤口敷料组合物,从而确保任何伤口敷料产品在移除时不会导致创伤;本发明也能够满足该要求。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,所述伤口敷料组合物可以与其它生理上安全的材料(例如聚氨酯泡沫、聚氨酯膜,即第二敷料)一起应用。对于本领域技术人员来讲,可以与所述伤口敷料组合物组合的其它合适且安全的材料是显而易见的。
可以添加到所述伤口敷料组合物中的其它成分包括但不限于:选自药物制剂、润湿剂(诸如表面活性剂)、生长因子、细胞因子、吸收延缓愈合试剂的试剂(诸如MMP(基质金属蛋白酶)和弹性蛋白酶)和/或另一种伤口敷料成分(诸如钙、维生素K、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶、因子VII、因子VIII、粘土(诸如高岭土)、氧化再生纤维素、明胶或胶原等)中的一种或多种。
任何这些成分的通常的量可以是约50ppm至高达伤口敷料组合物的约50wt%。更通常的量是小于伤口敷料组合物的约10wt%,还更通常小于约5wt%。小于伤口敷料组合物的约1wt%的这些成分也被设想在本发明内。
本发明的另一个实施方式是遍及伤口敷料的主体包括提供结构强度的其它纤维或织物,使得产品能够在饱和后从伤口处移除。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供了一种用于制造包括壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物的伤口敷料组合物的方法,其中,所述伤口敷料组合物在与来自人体或动物体的流体接触时形成凝胶,并且能够使凝胶完整性保持至少约24小时。
上述方法通常包括使壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物与包括生理上可接受的酸、阴离子表面活性剂和/或共聚物中的一种或多种的溶液接触,该共聚物含有通过共价键连接的两种或更多种均聚物亚单元。通常添加阴离子表面活性剂,也可以添加酸和共聚物中的一种或两种。添加所有这三种组分。生理上可接受的酸、阴离子表面活性剂和泊洛沙姆可以是上文中限定的那些材料中的任一种。所述溶液还可以包括生理上可接受的溶剂,例如但不限于一元醇,例如异丙醇或乙醇。
壳聚糖材料通常为纤维形式,并且在与所述溶液接触之前可以已经含有抗微生物剂和/或任何其它所需的组分。如果壳聚糖材料是纤维形式,那么它通常被梳理成织物或垫子以供使用,例如无纺布(50gsm~300gsm)。
通常可以使用例如浸浴批次或喷雾系统或本领域技术人员已知的任何其它合适的涂覆技术将上述溶液涂覆到壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物上。在使壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物与所述溶液接触之后,干燥经涂覆的壳聚糖材料。
壳聚糖材料可以以无菌或非无菌形式提供。当材料最初以无菌形式提供时,可以使用本领域常规已知的任何方法,例如γ辐射、电子束处理、热处理、x射线等进行灭菌,或者可以使用环氧乙烷进行处理。优选使用环氧乙烷进行灭菌。非无菌形式的材料可以与一种或多种防腐剂组合提供。然而,优选以预灭菌的形式提供伤口敷料组合物。
在一个实施方式中,在涂覆步骤之前可以首先清洗壳聚糖原料,以减少内毒素的存在。这可以通过以下方式进行,使壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物与碱溶液接触形成混合物;然后,在最后干燥该混合物之前,使该混合物静置可为短至约1分钟至约12小时以上的时段。“碱溶液”是指pH值大于pH 7.5的溶液。
该方法中所使用的碱溶液的浓度可以为约0.01M~约1M。碱溶液的浓度通常为约0.02M~约0.2M,更通常为约0.1M。
碱溶液相对于壳聚糖的量可以为约1份壳聚糖比约10份碱溶液至高至约10份壳聚糖比约1份碱溶液。碱溶液相对于壳聚糖的量通常为约1份碱溶液比约2份壳聚糖,更通常为约1份碱溶液比约1份壳聚糖。
碱溶液可以单独或组合地包括选自以下的碱金属或碱土金属成分:金属氢氧化物、金属碳酸盐、金属亚硫酸氢盐、金属过硅酸盐(persilicate)、共轭碱和氢氧化铵。
合适的金属包括钠、钾、钙或镁。通常地,碱成分是氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾或碳酸钠。通常地,使用氢氧化钠。
另外,如上所述,可以对本发明的最终伤口敷料组合物进行清洗,以减少内毒素的存在。通常地,进行该清洗步骤。
在各个实施方式中,上述伤口敷料组合物通常在包装之前也进行灭菌,以便医师可以直接从其包装中使用该组合物。
本发明还提供了一种吸收从人体或动物体排出的流体例如血液的方法,和一种阻止从人体或动物体的生理目标部位排出的流体流动的方法,包括将本文描述的伤口敷料组合物施用于目标部位。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供一种使本文描述的伤口敷料组合物在暴露于来自人体或动物体的流体时保持凝胶完整性至少约24小时的时段的方法。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供本文描述的伤口敷料组合物在吸收从人体或动物体的生理目标部位排出的体液或者阻止从人体或动物体的生理目标部位排出的流体流动中的应用。
具体实施方式
现将参照下列实施例,以示例的方式对本发明进行进一步描述,下列实施例仅是说明性的,绝不限制本发明的范围。
实施例
方法
可按照以下步骤来制备根据本发明的伤口敷料组合物:
1、将壳聚糖纤维(根据需要,其可以含有或不含有抗微生物剂)梳理成无纺布(50gsm~300gsm);
2、制备乳酸、SDS、泊洛沙姆和溶剂(例如异丙醇)的溶液(溶液SLP);
3、使用浸浴、喷雾系统等将溶液SLP涂覆到壳聚糖无纺布上并干燥;和
4、然后切割无纺布并包装,并且可以使用γ辐射进行灭菌,或使用环氧乙烷对无纺布进行处理来灭菌,优选后者。
为了评价伤口敷料组合物的凝胶性质,已经在与暴露于来自人体或动物体的流体(该组合物将在其中使用)的条件非常接近的溶液中对该组合物进行了测试。因此,本发明的伤口敷料组合物已暴露于溶菌酶溶液、血清和模拟伤口流体中。模拟伤口流体含有50%胎牛血清和50%蛋白胨水(在去离子H2O中的0.9%NaCl+0.1%蛋白胨)。
首先,将本发明的伤口敷料组合物浸没在溶菌酶溶液、血清和模拟伤口流体各溶液中。在每种情况下,溶液的体积大于组合物的最大吸收量。
然后将伤口敷料组合物和溶液密封,并在37℃,即体温下孵育一段时间以备观察。
在此期间,观察在初始浸没时凝胶的形成,并且在许多时间点目测评价组合物的逐渐降解和凝胶完整性的丧失。
分析和实验表明,含有添加有不同量的乳酸的100%壳聚糖无纺布的样品,当在37℃下孵育时,在SWF中表现出一系列性能。
如果样品含有少量的乳酸,例如含有12.5%添加物的样品,凝胶在24小时内塌陷,例如,材料从凝胶外观变为织物,这与流体保留率(<70%)降低相关。
如果将25%的乳酸添加到无纺布中,材料将形成凝胶(吸收度30g/cm2,保留率>80%),其将在约72小时内溶解/降解。
存在诸如粘胶纤维的支撑结构可以防止样品的完全溶解;然而凝胶不被保持。在少量的乳酸添加物(<25%)下的壳聚糖/粘胶无纺布与凝胶塌陷相关,这被认为是因为较少的乳酸量已经被模拟伤口流体中的生物活性物所利用或掩蔽。
含有较大量(>25%)乳酸的壳聚糖/粘胶无纺布也与凝胶塌陷相关,这被认为是因为壳聚糖降解,从而原位留下没有壳聚糖的凝胶化性质的粘胶纤维。
根据本发明,通过添加阴离子表面活性剂(例如SDS)和泊洛沙姆(例如Pluronic泊洛沙姆(例如Poloxamer 188)),可以获得当在37℃的模拟伤口流体中孵育时可凝胶化的材料,其中该凝胶在若干天内保持有可接受水平的吸收度和保留率。
这些样品的凝胶性质由多位评价者使用主观评分方法评价。在37℃下,在过量的模拟伤口流体中孵育多天后,给样品打1~5分。评分方法示于下表1中。

添加有18.7%乳酸、2%SDS和2%Pluronic Poloxamer 188的壳聚糖无纺布的样品在多天内保持凝胶;即它能够在第0天评为5分,在第5天评为4分。该制剂在盐水和模拟伤口流体中显示出优异的流体处理性能;例如挤压时吸收度为32g/100cm2,挤压时流体保留率的水平为85%。
类似地,由壳聚糖无纺布、21.7%乳酸、2.1%SDS和2.1%Poloxamer 188组成的另一制剂在SWF中在多天内保持凝胶,在第5天评为4分。其在盐水和模拟伤口流体中也显示出优异的流体处理性能;例如挤压时吸收度为35g/100cm2,挤压时流体保留率的水平为89%。
因此可以看出,根据本发明的伤口敷料组合物可使其凝胶完整性保持大于24小时的时段,而不含阴离子表面活性剂和泊洛沙姆的那些组合物不能。
当然,应理解的是,本发明不受限于仅以示例方式描述的上述实施例。

1.一种伤口敷料组合物,包括壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物,其中,所述伤口敷料组合物在与来自人体或动物体的流体接触时形成凝胶,并且能够使凝胶完整性保持至少约24小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷料组合物,进一步包括阴离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的伤口敷料组合物,进一步包括共聚物,该共聚物含有通过共价键连接的两种或更多种均聚物亚单元。
4.根据权利要求3所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述共聚物包括由两侧与两个聚(环氧乙烷)亲水链相连的聚(环氧丙烷)中心疏水链构成的非离子三嵌段共聚物。

16.根据权利要求15所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述有机酸选自甲酸、乙酸、抗坏血酸、卤乙酸、丙酸、丙烯酸、乳酸、琥珀酸、丙烯酸、乙醛酸、丙酮酸或羟基丙酸/羟基丁酸,以及它们中任意两种或更多种的组合。
17.根据权利要求16所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述有机酸是乳酸。
18.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述伤口敷料组合物为纤维形式。
19.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述伤口敷料组合物包括壳聚糖盐。
20.根据权利要求19所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述壳聚糖盐包括选自壳聚糖乙酸盐、壳聚糖乳酸盐、壳聚糖琥珀酸盐、壳聚糖苹果酸盐、壳聚糖丙烯酸盐、壳聚糖甲酸盐、壳聚糖抗坏血酸盐、壳聚糖氟乙酸盐、壳聚糖氯乙酸盐、壳聚糖丙酸盐、壳聚糖乙醛酸盐、壳聚糖丙酮酸盐、壳聚糖硫酸盐或壳聚糖盐酸盐中的一种或多种盐。
21.根据权利要求20所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述壳聚糖盐包括壳聚糖乳酸盐。
22.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述伤口敷料组合物包含壳聚糖盐,所述阴离子表面活性剂包括十二烷基硫酸钠,所述泊洛沙姆包括含有聚(环氧乙烷)单元和聚(环氧丙烷)单元的嵌段共聚物,所述生理上可接受的酸为乳酸,并且所述伤口敷料组合物为纤维形式。
23.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,用于制备所述伤口敷料组合物的壳聚糖的分子量小于约500000。
24.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,用于制备所述伤口敷料组合物的壳聚糖的粘度在20℃下测量时为约40cps~约200cps。
25.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物,其中,所述伤口敷料组合物是无菌的。
26.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物,进一步包括选自药物制剂、润湿剂、着色剂、加工助剂、疏松剂、吸收性聚合物、抗微生物剂、生长因子、细胞因子、吸收延缓愈合试剂的试剂和/或另一种伤口敷料成分中的一种或多种成分。
27.一种伤口敷料,包括根据权利要求1~26中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物。
28.一种用于制造根据权利要求1~26中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物的方法。
29.根据权利要求28所述的方法,包括使壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物与包括阴离子表面活性剂和共聚物的溶液接触,该共聚物含有通过共价键连接的两种或更多种均聚物亚单元。
30.根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中,所述溶液进一步包括生理上可接受的酸。
31.根据权利要求29或30所述的方法,其中,所述溶液进一步包括生理上可接受的溶剂。
32.根据权利要求29或30所述的方法,其中,所述壳聚糖、壳聚糖盐或壳聚糖衍生物被所述溶液包覆并随后干燥。
33.一种吸收从人体或动物体的生理目标部位排出的流体或阻止从人体或动物体的生理目标部位排出的流体流动的方法,所述方法包括将根据权利要求1~26中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物施用于所述生理目标部位。
34.根据权利要求1~26中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物在吸收从生理目标部位排出的流体或阻止从生理目标部位排出的流体流动中的应用。
35.一种使权利要求1~26中任一项所述的伤口敷料组合物在暴露于来自人体或动物体的流体时保持凝胶完整性至少约24小时的时段的方法。
36.一种基本如本文所述的伤口敷料组合物、方法或应用。
